this is the first retirement community we looked at and decided to move there over another place because we liked the location and the rate lock we were able to get so our monthly expense would not go up EVER. We choose a large one bedroom to keep it simple and downsized to fit into the unit. We are moving our large furniture in 5/29/15 and know we are going to love it. The staff and tenants are so nice to you and make you feel most welcome!

My sister has been very pleased with Silverado. They have been outstanding in every respect. Not so with A Place for Mom. When we first learned that her husband would need to be placed in memory Care I asked my church`s parish nurse for recommendations and she gave me several I also checked the internet. That is how you got my name. From that point forward your organization badgered me incessantly. I finally got battle worn and demanded that you stop and you did 7 months ago. I also requested of Silverado that you not receive a fee just based on a name only. All of this because I went onto your web site. The Virginian is a high quality operation. They provide very good care. The staff is very friendly and provides any help needed. My mother consistently compliments the food.

I am happy on the whole. Parking is a little rough, there are no assigned spots. The place is very well kept, and the staff is excellent. They have two options for dining. It's nice that the cafe is open if you want to eat out side of the hours they are serving in the dining room. They have a pretty good fixed menu in the cafe, and a good variety in the dining room. I would give them 4 and 3/4 out of five.

At last! I am through with fighting windmills and happily retiring. Brookdale: I could not ask for more. Having visited some other like facilities: I was turned off. Appeared like incarceration. I am very happy with my choice.

I have been very satisfied with the care my Mother has received at Atrium Village. The staff is very professional, kind and caring. My mother had a very difficult time transitioning from independent living in her own apartment to assisted living but with much help from the staff she is very happy there now. There are lots of activities and Audrey does a great job with that. All in all, moving my mom there has been the best thing I could have done for her.

Overall I'd say they do an excellent job at Clearwater Springs, I'd give them high marks across the board. They've really gone out of their way to make Mom feel welcome, and they obviously put a lot of effort into making sure their residents are happy and comfortable. Mom had to take a trip to the hospital, and Clearwater had balloons and flowers delivered, which I thought was a nice gesture.

So far it's going pretty good. She likes it, she is very happy there. The food is good, and everything seems to be working out so far. I don't really have any concerns or complaints.

This would have been a wonderful place for my mother had she been healthier and lived longer. The community is very friendly and the managers could not have been more helpful.

The staff at Emeritus at Manteca really went above and beyond. They would work outside of their shift if need be to make sure mom was comfortable and cared for. The director of the facility, Sharon, was absolutely phenomenal and wonderful to work with. It has been a great experience and one we would very highly recommend.

They are doing a good job, and they have been so easy to work with. They have so many activities, that part is great. The food is the only thing I ever hear complaints about. I almost didn't look here because I thought it would be too much money, but it's affordable, and the unit is adorable.

The people here have been very nice, and helpful, and just wonderful for her. There are a few things that could be improved a little. The food is hit or miss. It's something that they said they really focused on, and the it's not bad, but it's kind of like cafeteria food. It's small and the laundry isn't amazing. The people however, have been phenomenal! They have been excellent, they are very prompt to answer any questions. There are somethings that could be updated. But they have been wonderful.

My parends moved into Emeritus Mill Creek about a month ago. My mom talks about how friendly everyone has been to them and how they were immediatly invited to join the Bridge group (a game they both love). They also love the fact that the dining room is open for meals from 7am - 7pm and that shopping is so convenient (my mom likes to walk to the library and the Mill Creek Town Center). They have a beautiful view of the courtyard and the fountain from their apartment, which is also a plus for them.

I cannot say enough about Michael. Anything that needs to be repaired is done in a timely fashion. He's professional,kind, friendly and I know my Mom is not the only one that needs his services. The Atrium is lucky to have him and I'm lucky that I chose the Atrium for my mom.

This has been the nicest place for my Mother In Law. She stayed in 2 other assisted living places in Cottonwood AZ. The food is great I have ate there many times. All the staff are very respectfull to all her needs. All you have to do is walk in the door, you will be amazed. They have been right on with her medical needs even bringing in an ultrasound machine when needed. I toured 6 places this was the best one.

I went with my sisters. I was really impressed with it. We toured the entire place. It was the most reasonable place we checked out. They only offer independent or assisted living; not particularly care. They have alot of activities; there are activities I would enjoy. The day I was there they were coming in from a field trip of some kind, and they have an icecream social. The location is good; it is close to my one sister who lives in Walnut Park; it is about five minutes away from her.

The staff are wonderful and they treat their residents like family. I'm so thankful for these caring people and the respect and dignity they give my Dad.

I had a good friend move into Emeritus at Citrus Gardens. I was impressed with the staff. They were very nice and attentive to my friends needs. The facility is lovely, and very inviting. The food is wonderful, dining room is great. Overall I was pleased with their services.

I have found Marymount Greenhills to be very friendly. The staff and residents are helpful and pleasant. My apartment is comfortable and housekeeping comes in every day and changes towels and makes the bed. They wash any dishes in the sink and clean the bath room and kitchen. They change the bed linen at least once a week and vacuum. The meals are healthy and tasty. There are many activities that you can join or not, whatever you want. I am a level 1 and I need some assistance which is available. At a later date I may need more assistance which will be available when I need it. I am very comfortable and happy here.

We moved my mother into Pelican Pointe in June 2014. That was one of the best things we could have done for her. The staff is friendly and very caring. We have not meet anyone there that we have not liked. The staff really cares about the residents. Someone is always available to answer questions or lend a helping hand when one is needed. Mom is happier than she has been in a long while. She has much more socialization than she was getting when she was living at home alone. She even seems to be healthier and is more active. Mom, has started going to church again. She plays Bingo several time a week. Participates in the exercise programs that are offered to the residents. Goes to the musical events that are offered throughout the week. The cost is comparable to the other Assisted Living facilities here in our area. We feel it is worth every penny for the peace of mind we have knowing that someone is looking after Mom at all times and that she is not home alone.
