We are new to the senior living experience and have only had our apt. for 3 weeks and will not move in for another 10 days. We have been eating there regularly while we get a few things done in the apartment and have been very pleased with the friendliness of the other residents and the food is very good. The staff have been most co-operative and friendly.

Walking through on a first tour I loved the hallways individual shelf decoration. It showed pride of the apartments. There were tenants visiting and interacting creating a warm environment. I felt safe and welcomed in the activities. As an independent resident it is fun to choose where and when to eat lunch and dinner. My full kitchen lets me have complete independence. I also have requested a raised garden bed and have my two cats keeping me company. I love my new home.

Overall is very nice. My Mother fell and broke her hip and she called the caretaker and the caretaker wasn't responsive. Now my mother is fine. They need better caretakers for the non mobile residents. On the other hand the food was excellent.

They have all kinds of activities and programs and really try to get the residents involved and participating. They welcome people into the facility very well. They really help people come out of their box. I think that they have done a superb job with their food service; they always offer a lot of different choices. The managers are all kind and nice and welcoming. It has been very positive experience.

What a godsend. I had to fly back East for the holidays. There was no way I could leave my Pops at home on his own. He thinks he can do his own medications but that just doesn't work. He over medicated the last time I went on vacation and fell. Cedar Creek was able to provide respite service for us. I took care of my business and they took care of my sweet but frail Father. When I need to travel again, Dad will be in good hands. A grateful son.

After reviewing several options for a home for my father in law, he decided that he liked Cascadian Place the best. My wife and I agree that this is the best choice. We have peace of mind that he is in good hands with the caring and friendly staff that is there. There are also lots of activities to keep him active. We are so impressed with Cascadian Place that we are considering it for our own retirement community when the time comes.

The cleanliness of the building is one of the first things you notice when you walk into the building. The staff here is excellent and so is the level of care. Overall a very nice place that is maintained beautifully.

This is a great place for my Mom and everything is going fine. It is all good so far.

Our mother was treated with dignity and respect and was kept comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. We are grateful for this experience.

Harvard Square is going well overall. I enjoy what activities I do participate in. The ambiance is wonderful. It is a friendly place. They have a wide variety of things to do. The one area that needs improving is the dining area. The service can be slow. The staff don't always understand what you are saying. They need advocates to help those residents who are unable to vocalize their needs to the dining staff. Overall it has been a good experience here.

We have a lovely, large, three-bedroom apartment and are most happy with it. The support staff has been most helpful with some of our move-in needs like reconnecting stereo speakers and quickly replacing a beeping fire alarm battery. People have been very friendly and inviting. All in all it has been a very good move and we thank you for all your help and suggestions. Best part - we didn't have give them all our money up front!

My Mother was living with me in a lovely apartment in my home but as nice as it was she was missing out on activity and friends. I didn't believe their was another option or that we could afford a retirement community. The staff is friendly and everyone has been very accommodating. Not the case at all, I was blessed to have been directed to Brookdale and the Manteca facility. It has everything that will make her life full again. So glad I found this place.

The staff, atmosphere, facilities are all super. I found this to be the perfect place for Mom. The only things I'd change is the kitchen cabinets are really outdated and the outside porch area would be better screened in. They made everything as painless as possible during move in and were extremely helpful frim start to finish.

Everyone has been very helpful and more than willing to answer each and every question that we have. The facilities are warm and welcoming and inviting. The dining experience has been excellent and the quality of the food and the variety of offerings has been more than we expected for my Mom. She is settling in and I am confident she will be happy here in her new home.

This was truly great site to help you find a place for a " bed one. The places we visited was in the areas that we needed. She ended up at Pinecrest. It was the first place that we saw and we love it. They are so warm and friendly there. She is safe and is part of a family there. All the activities at Pinecrest is what she needed.

Moved my reluctant mother into Cascadia 2 months after my dad's passing. She is 95 and still pretty independent but isn't good about cleaning and cooking nutritional meals for herself. She is also a smoker so finding a place that allows her to smoke is difficult. She has a deck and can go out there to smoke. We found everyone so friendly and so many activities she is interested in here. Hopefully she will enjoy her new lifestyle. The place was so wonderful about letting family members eat meals with her and since I live out of town let me spend the first week with her getting her adjusted. This is a place I would consider when my time comes.

My ratings are based on first and second impressions. They always seemed to have an answer for our concerns The apartment is very clean, modern and functional. Joe tells us of friendliness of the other tenants, and enjoys the dining. We're glad he is a safe and caring environment.

They have really gone above and beyond to help us figure out what we need to do with our aunt. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Comparing it to my last experience at another place, I do notice that they sometimes are not as available as much at the front desk. But overall everything with Pelican Pointe Assisted Living & Memory Care has really been great and I would highly recommend them.
