I toured Cascadian Place and it was a good tour. The facility was clean and everyone there was very friendly. It was just not the place for me.

This community seemed awesome when we took our tour. This was our second choice of a community. The community is open and it was very much what we were looking for. It is a lively and inviting community. The staff were nice and helpful.

The activities at this community are great. They offer new activities daily and they are good at explaining them. The caregivers go above and beyond and many of them have been at this community for years. The food has been great and they offer good portions. The community is clean and well taken care of. The cost is reasonable and the amenities that are included are incredible. I would recommend this community.

I moved my mom to The Terrace at Beverly Lake a month ago and could not be happier. I was a marketing manager in an assisted living community for many years, so I know what to look for. If I could give them a higher rating, I would. My mom loves her care providers, telling me more than once that they 'are so sweet'. But most importantly, I know she is getting great care, attention and activities. Even though there is no such thing as "reasonable" costs when it comes to eldercare, this is the best priced community at any level that I know of in this area. Well done and thank you!

I really like it here. Been here 2 weeks. Brookdale of Manteca California. Staff management housekeeping maintenance. Especially the food n dining staff. Residents friendly. Town great for seniors. Receptionists friendly n courteous. Management. Has all answes. If they don't they will find out. [Removed] n [Removed] my favorites. Like decorations and activities. Very fun. Love sitting by fire. Think i died n went to heaven.

My mother recently moved into this Brookdale and so far things are going very well. The place is very clean and the food that they serve is very good as far as she has told me. We have no complaints at all.

The staff at this community are nice and encourage mom to make friends. They have a nice walk outside where she can walk her dog and this has helped with her leg strength. They only thing I think that could be improved is they could use a few more activities. The food is great and they offer a variety of choices. The community is clean and I have noticed that mom has made some positive changes.

Up to this point all is going good for my mom. She has activities and amenities to choose from daily and there is plenty of them. The meals are pretty good. She likes her apartment it is enough for her to personalize it. This was the home for mom based on the general impression I got while touring, the people, and the fair price. I also like that it is owned by company, a little more organized.

My mom is happy in the community she is in. She likes the meals that is served so far. They have plenty of activities to keep her busy, that is a good thing and she likes them. The staff are very friendly to her.

We've been extremely pleased with Clearwater Springs Assisted Living. We moved my mom in mid-October, and she has adjusted better than we could have imagined. The staff is friendly and caring, and because it's not too large of a facility, they really get to know each resident much more personally. Mom has developed some friendships, and she has become involved in a few weekly activities. The only recommendation I have is regarding the food. Mom is disappointed in several of the menu selections. I think this could be improved upon. Other than that, we are extremely pleased with the warm, cozy, inviting environment. We are so happy we found Clearwater Springs Assisted Living for my mother.

I liked this community when we took our tour. The people we met were nice and the food was good. The community seemed clean. This community was smaller and unfortunately, was not what we needed for mom. I would recommend taking a look at this community.

Mom likes living at The Montecito. The maintenance staff have been very helpful. The sales and boarding team have been great to work with. The food is good and they offer a lot of variety. They offer daily activities including bingo. They have two outdoor pools and one is heated. They offer water aerobics. All the residents seem to be friendly, kind and welcoming.

Carmel is a great facility. Mom's issues were meals, which at 93, taste buds are not like they used to be. Facility was clean, odor-free, This was her 2nd visit and she's really warming up to the place.

The Montecito is an excellent very upscale community. The staff is great, they respond in a good manner and are very efficient. The meals are wonderful, my only complaint is I wish they would offer meals for diabetic residents. The community, in general, is very clean and well maintained, I highly recommend them.

A loved one was placed here 1 1/2 weeks ago and overall we have been very happy with the care level and the kindness of the staff. The facility is very welcoming and they deal with the memory issues very thoughtfully. My loved one needs every service that is offered so the cost reflects all the additional services being given to her but it is still a better price than most others we evaluated. After being in the hospital she was in a skilled nursing facility in Roseville that costs much more and fails in comparison, so happy with everything at this point in time.

Soo friendly . . . . embraced me completely on my visit; look forward to living there for my remaining years.

The nursing care that my loved one has been receiving has been wonderful. I cant say enough good things about the staff, they are always smiling and have been very welcoming to my mother. The chef does a great job at making sure that the food is fresh and has healthy options for the residents. Overall I am very pleased with this community.

This community is very pretty and clean all the time. The only thing that got to me was the meals. This community does not offer nutritious or healthy meals. I did talk to the staff about this and they are taking care of that. Also I saw that activities were happening on one wing and the other did not get any. Also brought this to the attention of the staff. They are really good about handling the problems that I do have to make this a great place for my loved one.

Very nice place . Clean environment , good food , friendly staff . My parents have been there a month and they like it there . A tough adjustment period as change is difficult especially at that age . Everyone there has been very nice including the other residents . The staff has made the transition easier for them . There are alot of activities and my mother goes to physical therapy 4 times a week . We are very happy with atrium village .

My mother has described Carmel Place as being "like a neighbourhood." She is happier here and more peaceful as a result--and do is her family!
