I have looked in many retirement homes my mother-in-law is staying at a different one but this one was the best people dining atmosphere you name it. it is the best. COGIR!!

Palm Court is an exceptional independent living facility for seniors — it truly feels like another home waiting for you! The community is beautifully managed, the restaurant is spotless and serves absolutely delicious meals, and the staff treat everyone with the utmost respect and kindness. If there’s one place I would trust for my parents or loved ones, Palm Court would be my top choice. The location is excellent, the activities are vibrant and thoughtfully planned, and the overall environment feels elite, warm, and worthy of calling home. Highly recommended!

From the staff,caregivers and servers are all good .Every saturday we have entertainment we’re all dancing . We have bingo,pokeno,exercise,we lots of activities.The place is clean and beautiful .We have cocktail twice a week and the courtyard

My life here at Cogir is much different from she way it used to be. I had never has anything to do with old people and here I'm one of them. Most of the people are very friendly and nice. I have some very wonderful friends here. The staff is very good. I have learned if you respect the staff and treat people well, you to will have a good time here.

Cagir, Vallejo is a beautiful location and facility. My mom has been a resident for over a year and the staff there are impressive and the facility is always clean and decorated beautifully. Whether asking for assistance or simply checking in. The staff at Cogir provide a warm greeting and gracious and professional response to very need and request. I am grateful for their care of my mother; from cleaning staff to these with prepare and serve meals. Thank you!

Love it, absolutely love, love all the people! Why? The way I've been treated and all the activities like Happy Hour today! I didn't have that all at home. I've made so many friends already.

This place has been wonderful for my loved one. The staff are so caring and it shows in their attention to detail. It feels clean and the other residents seem happy. I would highly recommend this place.

Mom is doing so much better now that she’s a resident at Cogir of Sonoma Plaza. She loves the rose garden and Chef [name removed] cooking. Her Caregivers are wonderful! [names removed] are super helpful and caring. The warm environment and fun activities really make Cogir Memory Care a great place for Mom.

It is brand new, and amazing array of activities, good food. It is expensive but family members opted to pay a significantly higher amount(additional care services, often included in base amount at other places, had to be added for more $ per month) than originally budgeted.

It is for memory individuals only, many activities and very nice, caring people that work there. I would definitely recommend to others. Also staff is very patient with residents and are effort to get residents involved with activities.

So thankful to find a place for my husband who has advanced dementia. They take good care of him and I know he is safe. They provide good food and activities that he can participate in if he wants to do so.

The staff have been wonderful. The facility is kept very clean. love the size of my 1 bedroom apartment. and the food is great. no complaints.

Cogir Northgate has been attentive and kind to my mom. The management and staff are skilled and easy to communicate with.

Staff and management were exceptionally helpful to the point that I was suspicious but they are the real deal. The driver [name removed] is amazing and so caring. The chef listens to suggestions.

I’ve recently toured a lot of places in the area and the customer service I received was incredible. Every member of staff, I encountered whether it was someone working in the dining room, or it was a Director was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it really made all the different as someone whose trying to make a very very hard choice. It really shows that they care about the people who are residents.

Everything I've needed or had a question about, was resolved in a satisfactory way.

The value for cost gets a 4 as we are still assessing this. What we like about the community so for is that it is clean, has good food, and the most important is that it is safe for my mom. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.
