When we lost my dad we lost part of my mom. After caring for my dad for so long she had to focus on herself. After months of being alone she decided to move across country. We toured a number of places but when we arrived at The Virginian, my teenage daughter and I knew this was it. Unlike any other property even from the entrance. The gorgeous chandelier and clean smell off lavender took me to a place of peace and comfort. [name removed] was truly amazing and made my daughter and feel like we were the only people in her world. She described the Virginian in a way I could visualize my mom's new life. The Concierge Club is what she deserved. It cannot be matched. She has personalized service from every staff member. They know her name. These people treat my mom like their mom and that makes her apartment, home. With exercise classes twice a day, outings with new friends, happy hour every afternoon and dinner with more friends every night my mom gets up happy with plans every day. Saved her life

The accommodations are more than plentiful. Its well maintained and for costs are reasonable. I would certainly give a 5 plus. The only issue is communication is very poor. It's issues with calling them and speaking with someone. You can choose an option for sales or customer service. You can leave a message and the one time I did I didn't receive a call back. That being said needs attention.

The Virginian has undergone a multi-million-dollar renovation and is truly an exceptional community to explore for your loved one. We recently visited and met with the sales representative, who was extremely knowledgeable about the community, its offerings, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our visit. We especially appreciate that The Virginian offers all levels of care within one community, providing flexibility and peace of mind for the future. It’s also a rental model, which means there’s no large upfront investment like many other nearby communities require. After visiting many options, we feel confident that The Virginian will provide the right living environment for our mother—and give us comfort knowing she’s in a wonderful place.

So cool how they have a transportation system that allows residents to go out and go to their appointments without having to pay for a taxi. The tour guide was very nice too and seemed to enjoy her job thoroughly. I ate lunch here during my Tour and it sat very well with me, even though i am very particular about my food.

Getting my dad set up here was super easy. All the individuals I interacted with were friendly and helpful. My father moved in October after living in Hawaii for over 30 years. So far he's super happy, enjoying the food and the people. He's looking forward to movie night as well. Thank you for your hospitality. I will 100% recommend this place to other individuals.

Staff is professional, compassionate, and reasonably timely. The facility is well appointed and always makes a very good first impression for visitors. The activities for the residents are always happening and seem to be properly suited for their functional level.

Cogir is a very nice facility. Food is good mostly. Staff friendly and helpful. Good entertainment 4 times a week. No complaints

I like Solista Longmont so much. The people are so friendly and the staff are responsive and want to help. So many activities and outings are the best !!!

[name removed] was extremely helpful when my mom/her husband were looking at residing at Solista, taking note which facilities would best suite my mom due to weather conditions, distance from the main building, etc., all which was greatly appreciated. Wanting to ensure my mom/ her husband felt at home from the get go, [name removed] provided photos to me of the apartment they would be moving into to help me navigate space, colors, etc., again very helpful as I do not live nearby. The first time touring Solista was move-in day and upon arrival, I was extremely impressed by the beautiful grounds as well as the interior, ie; dining area, library, cleanliness throughout. I can't reply to Activities as I'm uncertain there are any provided and or if my mom/husband participate in such things. In add't, although I am not the one taking care of the cost, I do believe from my research of the area that Solista is a good value and has been a good fit for my mom/her husband.

The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by two kind residents. They had big smiles on their faces. I toured with [name removed] their community relations director. There wasn’t a question I asked that she didn’t have an answer for and was very knowledgeable and kind. If you are looking for an independent living property, I would tour this location. They have beautiful, rose gardens with a stream in the back of the property. They also have cute cottages.

[name removed] has been happy with the staff and the activities and particularly Sunday Chapel. She is not always so happy with the food, but she still thinks she needs to prepare her own food at home in her apartment.

I've been a resident for 2 plus years and I'm impressed with the upgrades to property, the hiring of the right people, quality of the food and recreational activities. The population has grown due to a fantastic sales person. I've referred several people to her and they all mention her good nature and wealth of knowledge. I know I can't use her name but I'm going to do it anyway. Thank you [name removed] for being you. By the way, all the staff are great.

Wonderful low income program and the residents are very talkative and funny. The staff is very attentive and timely. Med techs are are on top of everything there. The variation in food / meals is great and very low sodium.

Very nice. Staff were extremely helpful and they made the transition for my uncle as smooth as possible. Good communication after he moved in. Ended up being too expensive for my uncle but he enjoyed his time there. 5 out of 5

The activites department is the shining star of this community. They do everything from trivia to bingo to even current event talks. The residents always seem to be busy and while speaking to them, they all appear to be really happy. They have a great physical therapy program too which can be utilized through insurance. Love it here and will definitely recommend to others!

Studio Royale has had many changes, and I can say the changes are for the better of the resident. the staff is helpful; we are getting a new carpet in the hallways, and they are making it easy for the residents.

My father and I came for a tour, my father needs to move into an assisted living facility. I liked the community and everything I saw, My father liked it so much he wanted to sign up to move in by the end of it. I am keeping an open mind and touring other communities, but this community is currently on my top three.

I was not open minded to move into an assisted living facility this community was such delight; the staff is great. the community is nice. The activities are are ok but we are next to the senior center.
