What we like the most about the community is the staff is really friendly and involved with their clients. They've really helped me with caring for my friend.

Cadence is a wonderful facility that genuinely cares about their residents . They have a wide variety of activities to stimulate all interests and levels. They make a concerted effort to get everyone involved whether it's in a group setting or a one on one setting. The food is very good and the facility is amazingly well cared for. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The facility also does a great job getting families involved with numerous events that they put on.

Cadence Senior Living is such a warm and welcoming community. My husband felt very safe and cared about. The staff is so friendly. The residents are too. He also loved the food. His 2 weeks of respite care was a great experience for him. [name removed]oved the staff and residents. He loved the food. Such a warm and welcoming community.

The staff is very professional and the facility is kept very clean and the dining room menu and meals are delicious.

Everything is great except for limited parking. [name removed] said she would give [name removed] time to adjust and check up on her periodically. She was very helpful and caring. Its great that they offer meals throughout the day but I haven’t eaten there yet.

Cogir is clean, attractive, and well-maintained. There are several types of apartments. Mine has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is quite roomy and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The residents are also friendly, active, and welcoming. Food is varied and delicious. Two meals a day are included if you are in independent living. Assisted living residents have three meals a day included. Numerous activities available as well as a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and beauty salon. A movie is shown every evening. A bus is available for shopping, medical appointments, and leisure trips. If you are bored here, it’s your own fault! I’m very happy here and heartily recommend Cogir of Mill Creek.

The people are very friendly, the staff is very responsive, the food is great, and there are always activities to keep you moving. The housekeeping service is a great addition. They not only clean the apartment but they also change the sheets on your bed. A definite plus.

I recently moved my Dad from a different memory care facility where the care was questionable and had no communication with family members. My Dad has been at Orchard Pointe going on two months and the care and communication is top notch. I get consistent communications from the staff on how he's doing and what he needs moving forward. In addition, they have a great event coordinator and everything is posted on the LifeLoop app which is awesome. There are plenty of staff to assist the residents for their particular need and always seem to be smiling and in a good mood.

Everyone has been friendly and attentive since the day my mom moved in. The services have been above and beyond what we expected. Every staff member has been cheerful and willing to help with whatever she needs.

Her warmth, compassion, and genuine passion for what she does radiate through every interaction. [name removed] didn’t just answer our questions—she made us feel seen. She treated our family like her own, taking time to understand our needs, our concerns, and our hopes. It’s so rare to meet someone who truly loves what they do, but with [name removed], it’s undeniable. She lives and breathes this work, and her kindness and sincerity made all the difference during what could have been an overwhelming time. Because of her, we found not just a beautiful and supportive community at The Terrace at Beverly Lake—but also peace of mind and confidence that our loved one will be surrounded by people who care deeply. [name removed] did a great job helping me through the admissions process, she was in constant contact with me showing me that Cogir wanted my mom and was willing to make the process as seamless as possible.

The community is full of things to do since it's right next to the Vancouver Mall for shopping, with lots of restaurants for dining. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The facility is very well kept and they respond to repair changes quickly. The staff tries to be friendly but my brother is a loner and isn't very talkative. They are always kind and positive. The gal that cleans his room is really nice. My brother doesn't choose to participate in any activities but from what I can tell there is a good variety and if he'd give them a try he'd enjoy them.

Everything except the last two are five I'm told repeatedly there is not enough activities when I look it seems like there are enough, but she is not a joiner so and as for the value, you know, I was kind of under the impression if you're sharing a room you know that's like a 50-50 but that's not the case so we actually we're still paying 2/3 of the full rate we've been actually looking around. The staff are amazing all of them. They do keep me informed they take very good care of my mom. The food she says is very good. All the meals that I've seen look very good.

She is so happy, as am I! Thank you. What we like the most about Solista Yakima is The people, food ,and presentation of the facilities! Cleanliness too! Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on our experience

It's a very nice community, however, my husband was kidnapped from the facility by my step children even though it was in his file that he was not to leave the grounds with them. So if that is an issue with families that disagree about placement this is not the best placement. There is someone at the front desk, but they don't necessarily monitor resident visitors and follow family wishes.

What I appreciate most was the staff's training and knowledge of residents memory care needs: they way they calm the residence, and direct them away from potential issues. Overall, I'd describe the experience as extremely positive. Not having been in a situation like this, they was they kept me informed and helped walk me through the processes, and the treatment of the residence's is very reassuring, and gives me piece of mind that I made the correct choice!

The atmosphere or environment is great and very inviting. The staff is great also. Nothing comes to mind for improvements at this time.

The staff is amazing!! They all have found their calling. It takes a special kind of person to do their job and I'm so happy we found them.

I like the fact that it is still almost brand new. It's a beautiful facility in a great area. Your staff in the memory care unit are amazing. They are patient and kind and very attentive. The food from the in-house chefs is amazing and it has great freeway access.
