From the time I moved in I have been content and happy here. And it's getting better annually from. [name removed] is a super director.

Friendly- Always smiling- Polite and helpful caring.

The apartments are small yet comfortable for independent living. They are associated with a facility offering meals, pool, gym, transportation, entertainment & other activities which the residents at the loft can take advantage of for no charge or meals for $10. The residents and staff are friendly.

Touring with [name removed] was a wonderful experience. She was very upbeat and friendly. She presented it beautifully but sadly my relative had passed away before we could move forward. [name removed] was so kind the whole time though and even reached out with sympathy for our loss afterward. Highly recommend seeing [name removed].

This community has been great for my mom. We moved her from her own apartment to the Cogir. She has made a lot of friends and is more active. The staff is wonderful and very nice to all of the residents.

It is my husband who lives there so I can only answer my observations and what he tells me. A tough year but things seem to getting somewhat better my loved one will be at Harvard Square for just about a year. While he wants to come home I know he needs to be where he is safe; he has friends and has no responsibilities. They are, once again, in lockdown due to a virus they still can't get a handle on. He doesn't do well with this. You put an Alzheimer's patient in isolation and it is not a good situation. I watch him go back downhill. I can't visit until they lift the lockdown He and others do complain about the food (not always the healthiest). The other categories I would rate as a 5. [name removed] at the front desk is beyond wonderful! She has a tough job but always kind and happy to help everyone. I would definitely recommend Harvard Square for memory care.

The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and I really enjoy the food—they always have delicious options. I'm especially excited about my newly renovated apartment; the updates are fantastic and make everything feel fresh and modern. It's a wonderful place to call home!

Cogir at the Narrows is a clean, well-maintained community with excellent amenities. The directors are fantastic—always accessible with their personal cell numbers, offering helpful and transparent support. Any negative reviews don't reflect the true quality of this place. It’s a comfortable, well-managed environment that stands out! My aunt is here and is always talking about what a great time she is having!

The amenities are wonderful—they even have a dog park! I think they offer plenty of social offerings/events for their clientele, and every time I’ve visited something fun is happening. The staff is very helpful, caring and encouraging, so it’s easy to feel “at home” here. Totally recommend!

Modern and clean. Beautiful community.

I would rate them all 5. It is a great community. Best decision we've made! Food is great. Not institutional at all. They really take good care of the property. Not like a "old folks home" at all. I'm only familiar with Moms apartment but it's good sized, not cramped. As with any place you can be as involved as you want. Lots of fun things to do.

They are great! The staff, the cleanliness and all the activities they do for the residents are things we like most about the community!

My mother-in-law moved into Cogir after her previous facility converted to a senior apartment community and discontinued meal services. The activities and kind, caring staff transformed her from someone just getting by into her old joyful self. She blossomed, and we saw her spark come back. We had trouble reaching her by phone because she was always out participating in bingo or chair yoga or puzzling with friends. We will always be grateful to Cogir for helping her live her best life.

I spoke with a gentleman who helped me find a wonderful place for my dad. I was not aware of my options, until he helped me to understand them. I was guided to an independent living facility that was a reasonable price that fit within my dad’s budget.

The staff are all polite and professional. My Mom enjoys how nice everyone is. The only complaint my Mom has is she wishes everyone could wear name tags. After thinking about it, that would be hard unless they incorporated them on their keys or life-alert.

Management is great, good, well kept facility, friendly people. The staff is welcoming and genuine, wanting to help. Usage of the facilities is easy and safe with someone always close to help. The pool is always in a heated environment with towel and a jacousy.

The great customer service and warm environment has meet my needs and more. I have been very happy with The Lofts. If anything has come up the staff has been quick to respond and solve my problem. The community there has been equally as great.

My mom has had a great experience at Cogir. The staff’s caring and attentive and the activities are just enough. The community has rules that reinforce inclusiveness and belonging which is critical for a new resident. It was a good decision. She loves her 1 bedroom apt with a deck - lots of light and very quiet and private.

After personally touring all the local assisted living options for my mother-in-law, Peninsula Pointe in Rolling Hills Estates was selected. It checks off all the boxes: great staff, warm hospitality with compassionate front line caregivers, beautiful new facility, very good food, and responsive management. With the many needs of my family member, Peninsula Pointe has taken the burden off of me for worrying if her needs will be met. And BTW, my mother-in-law is very happy there. If the location works for you and/or your family member, you should give the facility a serious look.
