My home in the LOFTS feels like a home. The staff is skilled, friendly, and helpful. The surroundings are always in good order both inside and outside. There are opportunities to socialize and activities to do if I want to participate.

I've lived at the lofts for over 4 years and it was the best decision my wife and I ever made. We don't have the responsibilities of taking care of a home. We're still totally independent but love having all the activities and amenities available to us to use. The management and staff is so kind and attentive to our needs. If we don't feel like cooking we can get a meal. If we want to go on an outing there's always something to sign up for and we can go with all of our friends. The residents are very kind and friendly. We feel safe here and her happy to call the lofts home.

I would recommend. Our mother is loving living at Solista, she is doing fun things and meeting new friends, and all the staff is so nice and welcoming. They have been great! Mom said she wished she would have moved in 5 years ago, she is so happy.

Our first impression when we arrived was very welcoming, well decorated and everything is so clean. Our apartment is quiet and we don't hear the neighbors, which is a plus. The apartment is large with good closet space in the bedrooms. And we have a nice balcony to spend our warm evenings on. We also have a nice kitchen with standard size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. We are very happy with our move.

Orchard Point has very good nursing oversight with an on staff RN. The aids seem well trained and responsive to residents needs. A nurse practitioner comes once a week and is available if needed. Our family member has been monitored and changes made to her plan of care as needed. The staff is very good about calling us with any changes. The facility is memory care only as opposed to a facility that is assisted living with a memory care. This seems to make it more focused on the needs of this population.

We are happy with it. They staff are helpful. I would recommend it to others who are searching for a place for their loved one. I believe they are at capacity so there may be a waiting list to get in at this point. The food is good too.

The staff were extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process including the initial tour, evaluation process and "on boarding". The whole process was seamless and they made it easy to accomplish a difficult process. The resident is comfortable in her new surroundings.

Staff is friendly, and quick to resolve settling in issues (i.e., getting phone hooked up). The food is delicious. My brother has a studio sized apartment, kitchenette, walk in shower. Microwave wasn't working and was promptly replaced. Everything feels fresh & new. The skyline view of the city, on the top floor inside/outside patio is beautiful. Everyone has made us feel very welcome at The Cogir!

I have lived at Cogir The Loft for over 4 years, it is an independent senior facility. If you are looking for a new home, consider The Loft. There are many activities from daily games to long trips. Or, just sit by the fire and read a good book. Residents are friendly and the staff is the best.

I’m so happy I moved to The Lofts by Cogir! I lived at another senior community before, and the difference is incredible. The moment you walk through the door, The Lofts truly feels like home. The residents are always around, friendly, and welcoming—it’s such a warm, comfortable environment. I’m grateful to have found this place!

Great staff and supportive atmosphere, along with good food make the Lofts a great place to live. There are many activities to choose from or if you prefer the opportunity to be more private it certainly possible. There are always trips that are suggested by residents that to take advantage of if you wish. All of this for a reasonable price.

My mother is a resident of The Lofts and I am continually impressed with their communication with me. Whenever the manager or housekeeping staff see anything out of the ordinary they are quick to communicate with me. Mom recently had an unexpected overnight stay at the hospital and the manager made sure that her cat was fed and taken care of until her return. I feel confident that mom is safe, secure and looked after in her independent living community.

Staff is friendly. Facility is clean. The common areas are always festively decorated. [name removed] seems to know the residents and genuinely cares about their well being. They provide a good variety of activities for the residents. A beauty parlor on site.

My mom loves it there. She thinks the food is gourmet, but I think it's too salty. The staff are wonderful. She's not had any care. The staff is really lovely. Everyone from the care people to front desk to servers and admin. I've not had a poor experience with anyone. When I need to borrow tools they make it happen. I've been there several times since she moved in.

1) They need a better selection of meals. 2) They should consider increasing their drive radius to 15 miles. Everything around here is very spread out.

They are very welcoming and the staff is attentive to the residents. They made the transition for my father as easy as possible and helped him assimilate into their community with grace and compassion. He loves it there!

Staff is very helpful and kind. Activities are fun with chair exercises, cards, painting, movies. Large dining area. Food is very good with dessert every night. Room is very adequate, balcony off living room, large bathroom with washer dryer. Wide doorways for walkers/wheelchairs. Full size kitchen. High ceiling. Very light and bright. Hallways very wide.

Been visiting this community for quite a few years. This is the best it has been. The facility has been remodeled and looks wonderful. Excellent choices in color scheme and very clean. The staff are always pleasant and professional. I have noticed residents have been very happy lately.

I believe a process change needs to take place for every new resident to the Community. I can only speak for Garner location as that is where my loved one was. Change I suggest is: Every new Memory Care resident needs to be assigned a staff member for day and night to be with that resident all the time for at least a week. I recommend this process change so the Dementia resident gets more familiar with the community and the staff. Dementia residents new to community don’t understand when staff says stay here I will be right back for you. Resident doesn’t know these people and their mind doesn’t process that information normally. This process change would help eliminate some early accidents for the resident. Some of the accidents can be very serious if residents are Fall Risks. I realize Dementia resident that is fall risk will more than likely fall several times while resident, but this would eliminate New Resident from early disaster falls. Chef was very accommodating when had special food presentation required. Have varied activities planned through out the day for Memory Care residents. There are various options for specific care in Memory Care Is good value overall. [name removed] is person that provides tours of community. She will explain cost, requirements for rooms, etc. She is very thorough in her discussions with perspective family. [name removed] is very kind, compassionate, helpful and very good person to be in this job. She explains and answers and questions you may have related to community. She was best of all the communities we visited for our loved one. She was the most upfront and honest about the community. Additionally: [name removed]- Staff in Memory Care. He is an Angel among the residents. He shows compassion, gentleness, kindness and a true sense of caring for the residents. [name removed] - Staff in Memory Care. Another Angel among the Memory Care resident. He shows compassion, kindness, gentleness and true sense of caring for the residents. [name removed] - Director of Memory Care: Very responsive to any questions or concerns you have about your loved one. Responds to emails very quickly. Staffing in Memory Care needs to be more than the number of staff they have; especially as number of residents increases.
