I would give it a 5! I thought there would be a long waiting period to get her in anywhere! I was shocked that there was an immediate opening! From the moment I made the appointment with [name removed] to take the tour and my Mom's move in, everything was seamless! Her room is small but it's all she needs. The only problem we have had is with her room being cleaned but that has been taken care of!! We ate lunch with her on her second day and really enjoyed the food and the way the residents were treated! Just like a restaurant only no tipping required! Thank you to you all also! I had no idea where to begin to find a place but after the first phone call from your service everything fell into place!

Always pleasant and kind with great knowledge and experience in all areas of elderly care. Mom is safe as she lives out her life in comfort and care.

The staff at Solista has been amazingly kind, courteous and helpful during an incredibly stressful and emotional time. The food has been wonderful, staff has been extremely helpful, the salon is wonderful. Overall, the staff and accommodations has made this transition bearable.

Very positive. People are so friendly!! I think more meetings. In living room regarding and notification! Some people didn't not set word out regarding cook out the door!

The community was warm and inviting the staff was exceptionally kind to me and my husband. Our sales representative was understanding of our situation. Community was overall very clean and residents were very chatty with us.

We visited and found this a great choice for living. Hallways and entry are very inviting and feel like a regular apartment building. Independence is a key factor here and you feel good about moving in. We spoke with several people that live here who feel the meals are excellent and well done. Information is well posted for group activities if you chose to participate. You can sign up to go on excursions, attend musical events, and participate in holiday happenings. Near to shopping and public bus if you chose to go on your own and don't drive. Parking for your own vehicle is available along with going for a ride in their small bus too if you need a ride. Outdoor the grounds are kept nicely, greenspaces, seating and even horseshoes if you like to play.

It feels like a nice home inside the apartments, not a facility. The staff are all very kind and helpful.

I like that I don't have to cook my meals. I like that I don't have to shop for food. Yes, I would recommend Park Terrace Senior Living to other families based on the experience so far.

My honest feedback is based on 5 years of loving care that Cogir of Stock Ranch provided my beloved aunt. My aunt always felt cared for at Cogir and she never felt alone. The staff is amazing, always patient and caring, especially [name removed]. She works hard to make the residents feel loved and heard. [name removed] at the front desk is also amazing, she knows everyone’s comings and goings. [name removed] has the unpleasant job of dealing with grief stricken families who just lost their loved one. We were treated with such respect the day my aunt died, giving us one on one attention even on the weekend. This review is my way of saying thank you and I hope this helps other families feel good about their choice in elder care.

The staff workers are excellent and we would absolutely recommend Redwood Heights by Cogir to other families based on the experience so far.

Solista was the first facility that I toured about 2 years ago. I was impressed then, even with them being in the midst of a remodel. During the next 6 months I toured probably 15 other facilities. Many were nice but I always found myself comparing them with Solista. Everything was put on hold because my parents weren't quite ready to make that move yet. A few months ago my mom said that it was time. I toured Solista again but this time took my sister with me so she could see it also. I was still impressed, even more so. My parents moved in [date removed] and they are very happy there.

I advocate for a 91-year-old woman who moved into Cogir Alexandria Fillmore's assisted living community a month ago and has been treated with consistently high expertise and attention. The Nursing Director herself spent 90 minutes with my friend on her admission and personally oversaw the implementation of an appropriate level of healthcare. By the end of her move in, I. had met everyone from nurses and PTs to the Activities Director, and all contributed to a thorough onboarding experience. I've been particularly impressed with the leadership and initiative the staff display in contacting me with ways I can promote my friend's well-being and settling in. I feel as if my friend is in safe, competent, and caring hands and am personally grateful.

All staff very helpful and food is great.

Cogir of Kent has been a great place for my dad. He enjoys the food. There are multiple activities planned each day. He looks forward to the live music each week. The staff is attentive and addresses concerns promptly.

Clean, friendly staff, newer compared to many other places we viewed, and the pricing was pretty good. The facility has an intimate feel with a close knit community.

Brighter and more open from the lobby to the hallways. Mom has loved living here and I actually enjoy visiting her here. The costs are always going up as they are most places but it’s seems like it’s worth it at this location.

From the curb appeal driving in to to everything upon departing after our tour, we loved the experience that A PLACE FOR MOM provided. [name removed] , the agent who assisted me on the phone from my initial call, made our experience easy and very pleasant. I am so happy I opened the newspaper that day and saw their ad. We had a lease signed in 2 days.

Everyone is friendly, including the residents. I am often addressed by first name. The facility is open, bright and clean. While my father doesn’t take advantage of most of the outings, there are a number of them every month.

This is a great facility. They take great care of my family member they care so much and really focus on their health and happiness. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a family member that needs assistance with the day to day issues of life
