I believe a process change needs to take place for every new resident to the Community. I can only speak for Garner location as that is where my loved one was. Change I suggest is: Every new Memory Care resident needs to be assigned a staff member for day and night to be with that resident all the time for at least a week. I recommend this process change so the Dementia resident gets more familiar with the community and the staff. Dementia residents new to community don’t understand when staff says stay here I will be right back for you. Resident doesn’t know these people and their mind doesn’t process that information normally. This process change would help eliminate some early accidents for the resident. Some of the accidents can be very serious if residents are Fall Risks. I realize Dementia resident that is fall risk will more than likely fall several times while resident, but this would eliminate New Resident from early disaster falls. Chef was very accommodating when had special food presentation required. Have varied activities planned through out the day for Memory Care residents. There are various options for specific care in Memory Care Is good value overall. [name removed] is person that provides tours of community. She will explain cost, requirements for rooms, etc. She is very thorough in her discussions with perspective family. [name removed] is very kind, compassionate, helpful and very good person to be in this job. She explains and answers and questions you may have related to community. She was best of all the communities we visited for our loved one. She was the most upfront and honest about the community. Additionally: [name removed]- Staff in Memory Care. He is an Angel among the residents. He shows compassion, gentleness, kindness and a true sense of caring for the residents. [name removed] - Staff in Memory Care. Another Angel among the Memory Care resident. He shows compassion, kindness, gentleness and true sense of caring for the residents. [name removed] - Director of Memory Care: Very responsive to any questions or concerns you have about your loved one. Responds to emails very quickly. Staffing in Memory Care needs to be more than the number of staff they have; especially as number of residents increases.

I have lived at The Lofts by Cogir a little over 2 years ago I moved into this community. I enjoy living here. Great activities they offer a variety of different foods. Very tasteful. All the staff members are very helpful and kind. I'm very glad I chose to live here.

Very polite staff, upscale environment, great food and dining experience with beautiful grounds. Heated pool and a ton of activities for the residents. It's a big place with a lot to offer! The facility is also in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

What we like the most about the community is the staff and guests are very welcoming. We would absolutely recommend Solista Roseburg by Cogir to other families based on the experience so far. Our family's experience with Solista has been a breath of fresh air following mom's stroke. There are many interesting activities for her to choose from each day.

I was extremely satisfied with Solista. They were very kind & helpful in every way possible. I would recommend Solista to anyone. Very clean. Good food & great variety of it. Snacks available all day. Great place.

We recently toured Cogir of Kirkland, WA, for a two-week respite stay for my husband. We could see they were expecting us when we arrived because our names were on a placard at the front desk. All of the staff were friendly, pleasant, and helpful but we were most impressed with [name removed] , the Community Relations Director. She made us feel very welcome, answered all of our questions, and invited us to lunch in the airy, spacious dining room. To say that the food was fantastic is an understatement. I understand that it is rated #1 for food out of all 130 Cogir establishments in the country and we can see why. My husband is excited about his upcoming stay there while I visit my elderly mother on the east coast. And I am relived and happy that my husband will receive excellent care. I cannot recommend this outfit more highly!

My Aunt is happy and comfortable. She does have some issues with laundry that I don't have much info on. You may want to ask her about it. Otherwise, all is good.

We especially appreciated [name removed] and his customer service support. The staff was very friendly. Facility was very clean. We have reserved a room for our friend. Thank you for the quality of service.

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care my mom receives at The Terrace at Beverly Lake memory care facility. The staff is truly remarkable — not only are they compassionate and attentive, but they go above and beyond to ensure that every resident feels valued and supported. They always treat my mom with kindness, patience, and respect. The variety of activities offered is fantastic, ensuring that all residents have opportunities to stay engaged, stimulated, and have fun. From arts and crafts to music therapy, exercise classes, and social events, there's always something for her to do. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment where each individual’s needs are met with the utmost care and consideration. I’m so thankful for everything they do, and the peace of knowing my mom is in such a loving and attentive place. Their dedication truly makes a world of difference in each and every life they touch, including mine!??

My wife and I have spent the past 4 weeks looking for a place for my mom and was taking the time to tour and look at several options to as my mom was moving up from Cali. Such a welcoming environment - it was nice to see folks walking around and not just sleeping in the corner. We ended taking a long tour and had a lot of questions and was happy with the information that was provided. She has been living there for just over a month and she is happy and comfortable.

Mom is loving living there, she is very happy. Mom feels totally safe. She has enjoyed the activity they provide. And I'm happy she's happy.

These people, including the staff, are wonderful. They're very kind and very special to me! They definitely need more maintenance. People immediately!

My wife was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimers in 2019 and after 5 years I had to make the tough decision to place her in a memory care facility primarily due to safety and health issues. In the summer of 2024 I toured 4 different facilities as well as "The Terrace at Beverly Lake". A friend of mine knew a friend that had put his spouse at the Terrace. I selected the Terrace because I had a friend with personal experience that was good, good location, the place was clean, being updated, and had nice decore throughout the facility. After my wife moved in we waited 2 weeks for a visit (highly recommended). This is for the client as well as caregiver. Now after over a year I am glad I made the decision to place her at The Terrace. The front office is welcoming and always willing to listen and help with any issues. The cost was/is very competitive with others and the staff are professional, caring and kind. The activites are also really in line for the clents.

Cogir west is a great facility. I would recommend to others.

I would give it a 5! I thought there would be a long waiting period to get her in anywhere! I was shocked that there was an immediate opening! From the moment I made the appointment with [name removed] to take the tour and my Mom's move in, everything was seamless! Her room is small but it's all she needs. The only problem we have had is with her room being cleaned but that has been taken care of!! We ate lunch with her on her second day and really enjoyed the food and the way the residents were treated! Just like a restaurant only no tipping required! Thank you to you all also! I had no idea where to begin to find a place but after the first phone call from your service everything fell into place!
