I toured at Gresham Manor, and I thought the community was nice overall. It's a little less fancy than some others we looked at, but the staff are very nice. I ultimately was looking for a larger community for my loved one though.

My father is as comfortable as he can be at this facility. He hasn’t complained about anything which is a good sign and he also keeps himself busy. During dinner he sits with some other residents in order to socialize and the staff team there are playing a role in order for him to feel at home as much as possible There are about 3-4 levels at this facility and it works out for us because my father has a room on the ground level. They also provide activities like games and crafts. Once a month they go down to the Yakima reservation casino.

I live here and it’s a very wonderful place. The cleanliness is great and there are no bad odors. It looks and feels like home and they put a lot of effort into helping the residents feel like they’re at home, not just living in a motel. The employees and staff are very caring. I can’t get around very well and I haven’t been able to walk around the whole place or tour other communities because I’ve been sick, but a woman that moved in before I did was able to tour 7 other places and she wound up here. It really made me feel like I made the right choice. You don’t have the same thing for dinner every night and the food is prompt. Everything looks nice. The staff doesn’t just sit around all day and then go home. They seem like they’re always hard at work and still make time for you. Even the other residents that are here always say hi and seem to be very helpful and positive. You don’t see people walking around complaining. Honestly, I’m surprised at how well my cat has even adjusted. I really don’t have anything bad to say about the place.

He has a nice apartment here. The staff is very caring and will take the time to talk to the residents when they start to wonder. The dining room is to die for it is a really nice restaurant it's on the high end of the scale. The meals are exceptional. It is clean and the decor is simple but elegant. They try to engage him to join the daily activities. I would recommend this community.

Awesome experience. [Removed] was excellent. He answered our questions and provided great information. This community will be considered when we make our choice.

All I can say is wow! It looks and smells - and feels like a boutique hotel! New, clean and beautifully decorated - but it was the warm welcome from the lady at the front desk, caregivers and management that impressed me the most! Everyone smiling - especially the residents! A variety of activities---outings, intellectual presentations and entertainment. The Bistro was my favorite -full of residents, family and others enjoying coffee, magazines and music. The HWD shared that an LPN is on each shift and that they received a deficiency free state survey - so good care. The all inclusive pricing is great - you know the exact price and can make a long term budget from that. I really liked the key fobs (security and no keys), the check in kiosk, concierge service and 3 elevators! And they gave me a pie after my tour-still warm! Top of the list for my Dad...

My friend is in this community and it is nice and clean the housekeeping is good there. They will go in weekly to clean her apartment. Her studio is a good size. They will try to engage her to join the daily activities. She gets 3 meals a day and the food is very good. They have a bus service to take here to her doctor appointments. The staff is nice, friendly and helpful. It is a very very nice place. I would recommend this community.

I love the fact that the amount of money my mom is paying here takes care of her needs and they don't nickel and dime you. The staff treats her with excellence. Everyone she had had contact with is over exceptionally kind it's been excellent. Mom is quite satisfied with her good food 3x a day. And after meals they will go play table games. She is making friends which makes me so happy. She is also satisfied with the housekeeping they come in weekly to clean and do here linens. The courtyard is gorgeous. I would highly recommend this community.

Looked at all available such facilities and private homes. This appealed to us the most and we have been delighted with the facilities and staff at all levels. Encourages independence and activities in a safe environment, giving everyone peace mind.

I absolutely recommend this location to other families. The staff here is just great. They’re there just looking out for my mother and everyone else there. It has a very friendly, relaxing, and comfortable atmosphere. They just got done painting the interior so it looks even nicer. It is very elegant. The facility itself is well cared for; very neat and clean. My mother’s place is nice and cozy. In the process of her moving she had a similar floorplan very much like the condo she was living in. So it looks familiar to her which she liked. There’s always a lot of stuff going on as well. There’s yoga, walking groups, puzzle tables, and there is even a beauty salon on site. There is a 24 hour bistro that you are able to get snacks and coffee. They also offer transportation services that take the residents places every week. They can transport them to doctor’s appointments or just whatever it is they need to do. In the exterior of the facility they have several courtyards that are very pretty. They line around the perimeter with little benches and it is a close walk to the Edmond's Gazebo. All in all, it is a very homey place. There are always people around all the time and they are really kind to everyone.

We like that it is on a month to month expense. She gets 3 good meals a day It does take awhile to be served. The staff is nice. She is happy with the housekeeping. The only negative here was when we were moving her in her plants got [Removed] when the were moving in.

We really liked Harvard Square. [Removed] was great. She had all of the necessary information about the available apartments and let us spend as much time as we needed evaluating the options and deciding what would be best for Mom. The property was clean, staff was friendly, and the residents looked happy. We liked all of the activities, that the dining area is open from 7 AM - 7 PM, and their ambassador program where they match current residents with new ones to help them get acquainted with others and the property.

My friend is here currently and it’s been good. Everyone has been just great so far. All of the assistance there is great, the food is good, and they’re very friendly to everyone. They have a set menu every day and then there are specials for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day with alternate options. There are all kinds of sandwiches and things; they can make you soup or a sandwich at any time of the day. The facility is brand new and gorgeous and it’s just beautiful. It looks like it’s being taken care of very well. The activities are limitless! There’s a big screen TV that shows what’s going on that day. They have different menus of things that are going on and what you can do. You have to have a lot of money to be there, though, that’s the only thing I would say. I absolutely would recommend them and already have.

I loved it. [Removed] put me at ease he helped me understand the levels of care that mom needed. It helped me look at it in a whole new way. I was really stressed at this point. He answered all of my question's. There was a pool here which mom loves but had no attendant at the pool. The corridors were just too long for mom to do.

[Removed] was excellent at giving me a tour. She was exceptionally knowledgeable. There was a high level of care there. They didn't accept 2 things and this was the deal breaker no toaster's and know assist poles.

I have been at Park Terrace for about 45 days now, and I have found the experience outstanding. The management and staff are very accommodating and do a fantastic job taking care of residents’’ concerns. I would highly endorse Park Terrace to anybody who is looking for a well-run retirement home.

[Removed] was great. Facility and even residents were nice.I will probably schedule another tour so I can take pictures. Today was not a good day for me so I need to go back and revisit before finalizing my choices.

My friend loves it here. As soon as we walked in, both of us fell in love with this facility. We loved the apartment they showed us and the prices are reasonable for the care they provide. The staff members are very helpful and accommodating. The food here is much better than other places. It's hot when it's served and prepared very well. They actually served fish the other day and it was excellent. He is in 7th heaven. I've even thought about moving there myself! I would recommend it here.

When I went to tour the facility it was very vibrant and active. A lot of the residents were up and walking about. The facility itself was extremely spacious. I unfortunately had to take my Husband out of another facility, but if he had to go back, I would pick this facility. There were also a lot of residents in the Alzheimer’s group. Everyone just seemed so active. There was nothing that seemed strange or concerning to me. I would recommend this facility.
