Wonderful place. I would highly recommend this for your loved one. I have had a family member there for 3 years. The management and caregiving staff has always been attentive and responsive to all my mothers needs. They have lots of family friendly events. The staff go above and beyond for not just my mom, but all the residents and each other. The food is excellent. If you are looking for a family oriented place, defiantly consider Oak Park as an option!!

The staff is wonderful and very friendly. They go above and beyond for all the residents who live there. I am in there often visiting and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The residents are always smiling and the atmosphere is so calm and inviting. The staff treat everyone in the facility like a member of their own family. I looked at many other facilities (even out of town) and found them to be not as inviting and family oriented feeling as Oak Park. The food is wonderful, occasionally its a little unique, but they have something for everyone in the menu. The management is engaging and are not afraid to pitch in and help out when needed. They are always available to ask questions or even just to talk. If looking for your loved one, I would recommend this over and over again.

Oak Park is beautiful, has a friendly staff, treat people like family.

My husband has been here for almost 2 years and the staff are very kind to all residents. They feel like the residents are family. They are also very helpful to the families I would like to commend [Removed] for helping me out. I forgot my cell phone here. They immediately took it, labeled and locked it up. All workers were made aware of it and that it was mine. When I came in and received it, all workers asked if I had gotten it. Thank you all for your kindness. [Removed]

Studio Royale has been excellent to us so far. They are wonderful, there is nothing more I can say, they are just the best people. You couldn’t find a better place. Absolutely recommended.

So far, we are very, very happy with Pelican Pointe. The people there are very attentive, and seem very knowledgeable. We are also thrilled that they are part of the Marquis Group, which has their own Medicare sup insurance plan that is cost effective with good coverage

All of the staff from the caregivers all the way up to the administration are very [hands-on]. I've been greeted at the door by the administrator. She has an open door policy. I've been served lunch by the resident care coordinator. All the staff help each other to care for the residents. I love the set up and the homey feel of the pods. It has been easy for my loved one to find her way around.

Tour was nice. 5 stars for the elegant decor & amenities. [removed] pool, many great patios, lovely bar & all common areas. Rooms are very generous with full kitchen/laundry. Con: no outdoor walking paths. Must use off site public sidewalks.

We like the care the care here for my mom. The community is clean and the staff is caring to her needs. We like the meals of the variety of choices that are served. They do have activities that are offered for the residents to participate. We would recommend this community for the good care.and the good value.

My friends were impressed with the courteous and positive feeling from the community. All the staff are coordinated, very, very helpful, and they all have great attitudes. They have helped hang pictures and set up the TV. The community is laid out with shrubbery and trees with sidewalks to walk through. My friends love their apartment. It has a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, a large study, and a large covered patio that lets them exit from the gate to the community sidewalk. They also really like the meals and they were the only one with the most variety of food when touring. It comes with guest meal ticket and recently I was invited with other friends and saw they were able to entertain with not doing anything, the staff were there to help the whole time. The also get 3 meals delivered to their room if needed, after 3 meals they will start to charge. His wife has a caregiver help her out and the community is okay with outside help coming in but they also work with 3 party caregivers if someone needs extra help. The community is close to Wal-Mart so they are both able to ride their scooters to the store and they like that a lot. They have both gotten better since moving in with all the activities like bingo, and they found they like it. They love the ambiance which is like walking into a 5 star hotel. My friend is not worried about his wife and feels like so much weight has lifted off his shoulders.

The community is wonderful in itself but my mom is still trying to settle in. They have activities and a garden to walk around. The staff are supportive and there for her. I had chance to eat with her and the meal was great. She picked this community to live in.

I am very happy with the care that I received here. The staff is always helpful. The community is clean and I like the nice environment. They offer a large variety of healthy meals. The activities have been very helpful. I would recommend this community for the good care and value for others

Our mom has never lived alone before and she seems to be settling in well here at Blossom Valley. She knows that this is home. They are taking good care of her and her care needs. It is easy to communicate any of our questions or care needs to the staff members. They care as much as I do, and it makes me feel that she is a priority with the staff. The atmosphere is very upbeat and everyone seems to have such a positive attitude. It feels warm and inviting whenever we come and visit. The food is adequate enough to meet the requirements of most dietary needs. The staff encourages her to participate in the activities and take the trips they take. My mom feels like she belongs and the residents are friendly. Her apartment is very nice and roomy, you don't feel crowded, it looks comfortable. They are so supportive at Blossom Valley we really appreciate the care they are providing for us.

This is such a good fit for my dad. He is enjoying living here so much. He is happy with the meal plan and his weekly housekeeping services. He is enjoying the other residents and playing cards with them. The staff has been very nice and helpful and I appreciate the communication they provide me since I live in another state. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the independent living.

Everyone in the family fell in love with this community when we saw it. Not only is it the right fit for my dad but we couldn't ask for anything close to us. From myself to my sister and my dad who the search was for felt very comfortable with this community after touring it and meeting with the staff. My dad is so happy here he loves the staff, the residents and the food. No complaints what so ever from any of us.

Visited Harvard Park with a good friend looking for independent living options in the Spokane area and [Removed] took us around the residence. Very nice updated feeling building; beautiful park-like grounds with many walking paths and outdoor sitting spots; friendly and happy staff and residents; clean, light, airy rooms and hallways; many activities planned; convenient transportation available; fitness classes, and shared community activity spaces; delicious sounding foods available and residents raved about it; close access to many SouthHill neighborhoods by walking or scheduled transit; and covered parking carports. Flexibility for guests/family to stay up to 45 days over the year for free, in 2 week blocks, and reciprocity of being able to stay in Brookdale retirement centers all over the country (300!) for free for 1 wk blocks, including meals; all made these our friend's top pick! Cost was a little higher but included more 'perks' than other top pick so probably will even out and he will see tomorrow if it is in his budget.

The staff have been friendly and encouraging with dad. He has started to participate in some of the daily activities they offer. The food is really good. The community is clean and the grounds are nice. I would recommend this community.

I absolutely love it here. All of the staff have been so helpful and my studio apt is bigger than I thought it would be. They have a lot of activities and field trips for those who want to take advantage of them, me I like bowling and I'm on a league and close to the bowling alley I use which is great. I look forward to going the dining room where I get to talk with the other residents and I enjoy the food too. This has been a great place for me.

Mom loved the people and the bright clean atmosphere. She also fell in love with the grounds. The creek and trees, everything. She can hardly wait to move in.

The community worked out fine and we are happy with choice. The advisor from A Place For Mom was so helpful and I thank him for his help.
