We had a nice tour of this community. Everything went well for the most part. From what we saw the community looked nice and clean, the staff was nice, and our questions were answered. It was a nice experience, but it wasn't the right fit for my Aunt.

The care at this community. The staff is helpful and very attentive. The staff seems to be very happy to be doing their jobs. We find that is to be a good feeling to know that people show that they like what they do. The menu is good and we liked that we were able to talk with the chef. The community is clean and well enjoyed. They have a lot of activities that she is participating and we like that they have a movie room. We would recommend this great community for care

Everything is going just fine! The staff is very accommodating and the facility is kept very clean. Though my parents don't participate in too many of the activities, they are definitely encouraged to do so, if they choose. My parents are having a great experience!

The Fountains at Washington House was willing to work with me on the pricing for my mother as she would only be there 4 days instead of the required 2 weeks. They met all of my mom's needs and the staff bent over backwards for her, they did try to encourage her to join in the activities and come to the dining area for her meals. But she perferred to stay in her room, so they made sure they brought all her meals there for her and checked on her regularly. I was very pleased with the care my mother got and would definitely recommend The Fountains to my friends and family.

I have no complaints of how things are going for my loved one since he has made the move into this community . He is absolutely loving it and I am comfortable with the quality of care he has been receiving from the staff. The food is excellent and he is always saying it is better than most restaurants. The activity program they have is great and he has been making lots of friends. Overall we are very pleased with how things are going and would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is a great community for my father. The staff is attentive and caring. The community is clean and a nice environment. The menu is appealing. The menu could use some small improvements. The activities are the offer to my father, but he is not participating at this time.I would recommend this community for the care and value of care for others.

This is a nice community for the care for my sister. The community is clean and very beautiful. This is a good home environment for her. The menu is appealing and she has liked the variety. They have activities that are offered to the resident who wants to participate. We would highly recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

Brookdale Sonoma is a beautiful community. My parents really love living here. They choose this community because it provides them with the quiet comfortable independent living space they needed. They provide light housekeeping in my parents two bedroom apartment. The community is kept exceptionally clean. Right now it is messy because they are replacing the carpets. They serve three meals a day of excellent food where my parents enjoy eating in the dining room for two meals a day. As they've gotten older they do not eat that much. The staff is caring and available if they are needed. There are plenty of activities for the residents to participate if they wish to. They provide a printed sheet full of daily activities. I personally like it because of all the activities they offer; trips to the casinos, art classes, jewelry repair classes, bridge, trivia and movie nights.

We toured this community for care for my mom. They are always caring and have helped us in the past. We like the cleanliness and the menu. They have a lot of nice activities. We would recommend this community to others.

Very hospitable, the employees are all very friendly and helpful. The inside is well maintained and clean. It has a comfortable, homey atmosphere. There are numerous activities, they give my mom a daily schedule of the activities and she can pick and choose the ones she wants to participate in. The community looks very inviting from the outside. They provide adequate balanced meals, although not very exciting.

Mom has said she is starting to like this community more each day. She is starting to make friends and get involved in a few of the daily activities. The staff are great and encouraging. The food is good. This community is close to family. It feels like you are living on a cruise ship as you have everything you need. I would recommend this community.

I am happy that I moved into this community for care. I like the atmosphere of the community. The staff are nice and caring to the needs of the residents. They do need to make some small improvements in the menu of the meals. They have excellent activities for the residents. This is a nice community for the care and value.

Beautiful facility friendly tour guide. If you can afford it we would highly recommend it.

My dad is doing well it is a transition for him. From what it looks like he is comfortable. He is not crazy about the meals, he says some of the meals are salty. He likes the activities that is available for the residents.

They were wonderful when touring with them. After seeing what they offer we saw that it was not the right fit. She does not need memory care yet and she did not want to live in Salem.

My father-in-law is doing wonderful since he got here. The staff have been great with their services for him. I believe he is enjoying the activities and he likes the meals. I have no problems with them.

It is great community and we are big fans. My mother-in-law is doing very well. At first they called us a lot because things were not going very well. Since then we haven't heard anything wrong and we get to visit when we want. It is very clean from what I can see. It is like a 10!

Everyone, from administration to residents made Mom feel welcomed. It waa ao good to see her smiling! I believe that God led us to the right place for her for sure.
