I think a five is too low, they were tremendous. They had lots of actvities and the pool was great! The staff was really nice and the food was wonderful.

Just starting my search for a place for my friend, this rates high on the list from just my first visit. Everything is visually appealing and the people seem friendly and helpful. Prices are in line with others I have see so far, a tour is a must if you are looking too.

A close friend has lived at Silverado for about a year now and she loves it there. She is much happier since moving to Silverado and everyone is so caring and welcoming. [Removed]are two of the main caretakers there and they are truly wonderful! These girls make sure her hair and makeup is done everyday and I am so thankful for them. The nursing director is not always helpful, and she seems somewhat absent minded. She is sometimes rude to the care staff, but I have no other complaints. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of memory care. They really know what they are doing, and can handle difficult behaviors. The activities director, kitchen staff and nurses are top of the line and I couldn't be happier with the care provided. Thank you Silverado! You have given life back to my friend and words cannot express how happy I am that she found you.

A great community and staff. We toured the community on April 25, 2017. Definitely a place to call home. Unfortunately my sister is not ready to relocate.

The Seaport Landing our went great. Between another community, we were expecting my mother-in-law to pick this one. It is a much larger community and the people were great. We got to see everything for my mother-in-law to see.

The staff were nice and caring and were able to assist me with all the questions I had about the care that is given here. The community I liked due to being clean on the inside and out. The menu was appealing and the activities would have been helpful to her care. I would recommend this community for the care and families might want to consider this community for a loved one.

My father was here for a short term, however everyone was welcoming, kind and most importantly patient with all the residence. The administration is excellent, which obviously leads into the day to day hands on care. The activities provide stimulation and involvement. There definitely is a community atmosphere, however the rooms are designed to also give the privacy each person residing needs. Families are welcome at all times and the staff strive to accommodate.

I am happy with this community. The staff are caring and they do try and keep me informed on the progress. The community is clean and maintained. The meals are very good and a nice variety to choose from. They offer some great activities that are enjoyed. We would recommend this community to other families for the care of a loved one.

The tour at Brookdale Mill Creek was very positive. The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions. I would recommend them!

[Removed] was easy to talk to and was extremely in tune to the needs of those aging. My situation did not seem unique to her which added a level of comfort unmatched by anyone else I've spoken with as I'm making decisions about my mom's care. This was my clear choice for a provider when the time comes to coordinate care for my mom. One of the residents reached out to her and spoke jokingly and fondly, creating just the touch necessary to help me to be confident about the possibility of my mom being there.

My father is doing well since his move to the Brookdale Stock Ranch Road. I would recommend this community based on what I have seen and heard so far since his move in. It seems to be a good facility.

My mother-in-law has Alzheimers and because of her violence, I needed to get her into assisted living immediately. The Bellingham at Orchard worked with me and she was placed the very same day. I'm so grateful for their help.

My mom is doing good in this nice community. They staff are very nice nd helpful to her needs. The community is clean. She has not been here long. The meals havea nice variety. She is enjoying the music from the activiites that are offered. We would recommend this community to other families for good care and value.

Mom loves living at Pinecrest. She said she is content and I feel comfortable with her living her. The entire staff are friendly. The food is good and the community is well maintained. Mom is enjoying the activities and I would recommend this community.

I am happy with this community. The staff are outstanding. They offer us alot of great choices of meals that are served. The chef will come out and make sure that the meals are good or if anything needs .They do offer alot of good activities for the residents. I would recommend this community for other families.

This is a very nice place, although designed more for independent, rather than assisted living. That being said, many services can be obtained through home health agencies, which they graciously shared companies they use, and is generally convered by personal insurance. This is a great option for those not needing services like medical dispensing, help getting to dining hall, or toileting assistance.
