The residents of this facility were the motivating factor for my grandmother's decision to move here. Cannot sing enough praises for this facility and its programs for seniors!

I had a gentlemen call me a couple times to go over the detail of what they offer. This community was too far from my other family. We needed to find a convenient location for everyone. They were professional and gave reliable answers. They were excellent at getting back at me.

We toured this community for the care for my mom. The staff was able to answer the questions I had on the care that is given. I found the community to be clean and nice. They offer a good variety of good meals on the menu. They have activities that are offered. I would recommend families to tour the community for the care of a loved one.

I think they do a good job in hiring the right people. I was very impressed with them compared to other places that we toured. They will be having construction for a year which will be hard for the residents, but they are doing a good job communicating it to the families. My mother is doing well since her move, she is still adjusting. It is difficult in the memory care with so many people going through, but she will get used to it. The meals are okay.

we selected Madrona Hills for our mother but unfortunately she fell and broke her hip at the same time we were moving her furniture in. She will not be able to live without additional assistance after rehabilitation so we were not able to enjoy the wonderful ambiance and food. Mom was looking forward to moving to Madrona Hills

I looked at many properties in the Salem area and this was the best one! My parents moved in recently and they like the staff, cleanliness and food. They are also getting involved in activities.

I am pleased with the apartment I got at the Cascadian Place. It is very comfortable with plenty of storage. The meals are very good, though they don't always serve what I like. But that is any place. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

She's not really delighted with the food. She doesn't like how bland it is. She said the housekeeping does an adequate job but it could be better. Those are the only two complaints she's had. She's getting involved in activities and seems happy. We chose this community because it is close to family and makes visiting easier.

I have been visiting Clearwater Springs for 2 1/2 months now. What a beautiful building! Bright, open floor plan. Caring and kind staff. I love that this community fosters dogs through Must Love Dogs! I've really enjoyed snuggling with puppies and watching them go into great homes. I feel part of a huge community impact. The food at Clearwater is fantastic too! I enjoy dining with my loved one and watching residents build friendships.

We were very happy to have found this community. While my father was there, it was an amazing experience. I wish we would have found the place sooner. The staff was all very easy to work with, they were accommodating in every way possible. My sister and I stayed with my father on his last days, and they let us sleep there on the floor so we did not have to leave his side. They checked on him regularly, I could not say enough good things about the place! I highly recommend it.

This is a very clean facility with caring people and many activities to try out, if you want to do that. The lunch we had was very good and the servers were attentive. Whatever questions we had were quickly answered. Everyone we met was friendly.

I highly recommend the Brookdale Manteca. I really like the care my mother is receiving from the staff, and am impressed with the sales representative [Removed]. She is great! The meals served there are very good and tasty. We are happy with our decision to chose this place.

Everyone at Carson Plaza is excellent! All have treated my Mother with the utmost respect & care!! Although, she does have an odor in her appt that has been there since she moved in...This particular odor is also apparent in the stairwell from dining room to 2nd floor. Can someone please look into this for us & possibly have her carpet cleaned and deodorized?? We would really appreciate it!

Based on the time that my mother has been here, things are going very well. We are pleased with everything. The place is clean and the food provided is very good. The staff are all very friendly, we have no complaints.

We couldn't have hoped for anything better than Cedar Creek! We were spending so much time worrying about my grandmother and now we have a sense of relief. She was resistant at first, but quickly made it her home. She has made so many friends and is always busy. There's always some event going on and staff & management are always involved. The staff knows everyone by name and treats everyone like family. They assist her with so much and from previous experiences, we know that you can't find quality care everywhere. Cedar Creek is the answer to our prayers! Grandma is happy and that's all that matters to us!

I am very happy with the care here for my mom. The community is very clean. My mom says that she is not very happy with the staff, it might be due to short staffed. I am happy that she is now getting active with the activities for others. She would like a few more activities offered. We would recommend this community to other families for great care for love once

Very nice apartments-bright and spacious with call cables everywhere. Other residents were happy. Two thumbs up. [Removed] is very good at his job, too.

This place is such an upgrade from the community I was in before! The meals are served hot and fresh! The staff is awesome, they come in and clean my room weekly. They offer activities and social gatherings! They are even pet friendly so i'm able to have my dog with me!

Excellent facility. Beautiful setting, beautiful views of the mountains. Lovely units; very gracious staff.

Absolutely beautiful. Large units (the best I saw). A real laundry room, best layout of the apartments; grounds are perfectly maintained and lovely. The only drawback is the lack of interesting activities. If you don't like to play cards, there is not much to do. They wern't even aware of the West Valley Symphony. I would have selected it for its beauty but was afraid I would not be stimulated by its services.
