This community is in a convenient location and it is open and spacious. The rooms are large and you do not feel trapped in them. The food is a little bland. The staff are excellent. They are friendly and attentive. The nurses are on top of her medications. They have a lot of activities and she stays very busy. I would recommend this community.

I'am doing very well since my move to this community. This is an amazing community, with lovely people. The staff is wonderful, they are very kind, and accommodating. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. They come to my room once a week, to dust and clean. The residents are very pleasant. When I was sick they were very worried about me. It has been a positive experience. This is a community I would recommend.

I like knowing my father is in a community that cares about his good being. the staff members are extremely helpful to his needs. He is not always happy with the meals. They do offer him a lot of good activities. I like the cleanliness of the community. I think other families would be happy with the care and value of this nice community.

I toured this community for care for my mom. The staff was very helpful and caring. They answered all my questions for the care that is offered here. I was happy with the meals that were offered from the menu. It is a clean community and offers a lot of great activities. I would recommend family looking for a great community to see this for themselves.

I toured this community for my parents. We found the staff to be nice and helpful with the questions. We wanted a room that was a little bigger with more in the kitchen area for them. This community is nice and clean. We did like the variety of meals. Families might want a tour to see if this is what they are looking for the rooms being on the small side. Overall nice value.

We are pleased with everything. Brookdale has friendly, helpfull and courteous staff. Good dining also.

I absolutely loved this community. The staff was super and they were very helpful and understanding. I really wanted to go here, but I was afraid that something would happen to me and I would have to move again.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Everyone is very accommodating to the new people. They have an ambassador program and fit personalities together so they feel comfortable with the move. If they don't show up for meals or an activity they signed up for, they check on them. They have the 3 meals included, I've eaten there and they have great food, also they have the option to get small or large portions which are awesome. The place is kept up very well. They always have something going and the community is conveniently close to Walmart and other stores. I love the positive vibe they have going on there all of the time.

I am very happy with the care my mother gets at Redwood Heights. She is pretty independent but needs assistance with various things. The staff provide quality care along with keeping her apartment clean and tidy. She enjoys going on various outings as provided by Redwood and also involved in the various activities provided. She is quite social and the staff and other residents interact with her in a positive way. I would recommend Redwood Heights to anyone looking for Senior Care options.

I am very pleased with the quality of care that my mother has been receiving from all of the staff at this community. All of the staff are lovely and have made my mom feel right at home. She has recently been involved in many different activities and seems to really enjoy the company of the other residents. The only thing she said could use some improvement is the meals they provide throughout the week.

[Removed] was very personable. Lovely grounds and well maintained. Did have an understated tone/atmosphere which would suit our father quite well. Really appreciative of the ambassador program to welcome new residents.

A Place for Mom gave us a list of 3 places to visit, based on how we described our desires for my husband's brother. Cascadian Place in south Everett was first, and we all fell in love with the wonderful entrance, the smiles and greetings of the current residents, the layout of the interior, all of the amenities for the residents, the gorgeous view of the Cascade Mtns. from the huge 1-bedroom unit with extra-large bathroom & kitchen areas. Visited 2nd place on the list, & knew we already had decided on Cascadian Place. Cancelled 3rd place. [Removed] in marketing offered a "90-day same as cash" rate lock in which we pd. equivalent of 2 months rent, plus a one-time only community fee; rate lock means as long as our loved one lives here, his monthly rental will never ever go up! All 3 meals/day, weekly housekeeping, 24/7 snacks and beverages, & van transport included in rent---among other things. Main meal served in middle of day; menu changes daily. Free van trips for necessities as well as fun activity outings. We signed contract next day & wound up participating in the weekly ice cream social occurring right then!! Our loved one enjoys meeting residents & hearing their stories, talking with veterans of various wars, delicious meals & snacks, his gorgeous view, being close to family, & many options available to him. We are relieved and appreciate the care and concern manifested by all of the administrative staff, as well as the concern and joy shown by residents. If more help is needed, residents are welcome to hire whom they wish to assist with physical therapy, bathing, medication monitoring/set-up, and any other assistance they might need above and beyond the services covered by Cascadian Place. Because Cascadian's services are many and varied, we do not anticipate requiring extras. After seeing and experiencing everything (first 2 weeks of the new resident's occupancy, family is welcome to meals for free), we are deeply grateful to A Place for Mom for sending us to this wonderful place. (Maybe I should sign up myself!!) [Removed]. even came in on his day off to enable us to sign the contract for the unit we chose, as he had shown us 3. When head managers are off-site, they make certain the office is covered by other competent managers. Recently, new pendants were issued to every tenant; these enable tenants to push a button in case of emergency or become lost---even if they are off-site. We give Cascadian Place 5 stars plus. Do visit.

This is a amazing community for my mom. The food outstanding. I enjoy the meals with my mom. The environment is so nice for my mom to enjoy. The staff goes out of there way for everyone. My mom likes the snacks and is enjoying having cable. Alot like a home environment with alot of support. This has taken alot of stress away from me, but I can not be happier about the great care that is received here for mom. I recommend the care here to other families for the care and over all value.

they are very good at keeping the community clean. All the staff are awesome and keep me up to date. My mom likes the meals especially prime rib night, it is really good. She tends to eat hamburgers and has general favorable comments. We are still figuring the spices in the meals but are glad to give substitutions. There are times when they help by bringing her meals to her room. She thinks it is a pretty good place to be and has meet some folks. They staff are appreciative. My mom has tried bingo and some special programs like singing and goes to work out sessions when she can. She is really trying to get acclimated.

I really like living in this community. The staff have been very helpful and caring. There was a situation that is improving with the maintenance people. My service dog is a great always here for me and there was a situation that was handled incorrectly, but has improved. The offer great activities and alot of great people to help stay active. I like the food and the variety. I would highly recommend others to live at this wonderful community.
