This is a nice community for my father. The staff team is great and attends to all of my father's needs. This is a clean facility inside and the grounds. The food needs a little mprovement. No activities are offered to keep active. I would recommend this community for others seeking good care for loved ones.

My mother has been enjoying the activities that are offered. Her meals are good and prepared healthy for her. One thing i really liked about this community is the helpful staff. They are really nice and help keep my mother safe. I have no complaints about the cleanliness. I would definitely recommend the community.

This facility is a bit older.There was more activity going on here and the residents were out and about playing a variety games.Actually found nice 1 bedroom that would be perfect for mom.Staff is amazing, felt so welcome.

I can't begin to say how wonderful Madrona Hills has been. The staff has gone above and beyond to help my aunt. They have been so sweet and provided extra care for her. I love that the communication on their behalf to the family has been wonderful. The community is clean and well organized. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

The staff is wonderful with my father. I really like the layout of the community it's one floor. It is very easy for my dad to remember around. Meals are good and healthy. The care from the staff is fantastic. The community is kept clean and organized.

The care has been great for my mom. She is living in a clean community and the staff are loving and caring. The staff are also responsive and always looking for suggestions to make it better. There are many and lots of activities to get involved in. My mom is often busy with her activities. This place amazes me everyday!

It was instant friendship! Everyone was helpful, happy to see me and interesting. I don't have the words to express my satisfaction. It's like a greater family of distant relatives sharing what their life was.

My mother is staying at this community and it has been going well. The staff do their best to accommodate her needs and they are nice and respectful. They keep the community very clean and provide weekly cleaning to her room. Meals are brought to my mom if she is unable to get downstairs. She likes to watch politics and knit in her room. I would recommend this community, I do not have to worry about her care and safeness.

We moved mom here from another state and she didn't know anyone but she has adjusted very well thanks to the great staff

Great place out of price range not sure mom would go

A great community to my mom to live in. The food good. My mom does not like to participate at this time in activities. She seems to be happy there and treated very well by everyone. We are happy with the services that they are providing for us. We would recommend it for others.

Everything is a five at Andara. I would not have my mom live anywhere else. The staff are the best. The food is excellent my mom raves about it. The community is clean I would say it was perfect. She does like to participate in some of the activities offered and I would recommend this community. I would also like to thank A Place for Mom for their help in our search.

I have been working with amazing and understanding administration. My friend is trying to adjust into the community and have allowed her time and they have been patient. It is perfect here and the staff are wonderful.

As far as I know this community stays clean and is all good. When I moved dad here I did see it was a clean place. The staff greeted us and helped us when moving in. The care is very good. My dad seems to like the food most of the time.

We are really enjoying our time here, and we are very satisfied. We love our apartment, it is very nice. The food is excellent, we are pleased with the meals. The staff is very kind, they have been very respectful and helpful. Everything is working out very well, and I would recommend this community.

The tour was a good experience for me. I liked that they have an RN here and I felt there are better food choices too. The place looked nice to me. The financial requirement gave me issues. I would have preferred this place if there were more financial options.

Suzanne gave us a wonderful tour! Even though The Georgian is not quite complete yet it is stunningly, jaw droppingly gorgeous! I got to meet the Activities Director who is very excited about her job and meeting the incoming residents and anxious to get activities started! This facility was designed with seniors in mind in how it has wide halls, lots of areas for folks to play games or cards or just sit and visit. There is a theatre room, a coffee bistro, a tavern, an arts and crafts room, and so much more! There are many wonderful floor plans to choose from and what I love best is this is one of the few Assisted Living facilities that have All Inclusive pricing instead of the Catered Care or ala carte pricing everyone has gone to. I can't wait to move my mom here and be able to visit her here!

So far everything is working out very well for my mother here at this community. They are taking good care of her and her needs. The staff is great, they have been very good to work with. A place for mom was great with all the help they provided. We are very pleased with everything they have done for us.

I feel the food could improve and feel that it is at a rating of "3" and I will leave it at that. Otherwise the staff are good people, the community is kept clean and I get good care here. I feel they could have more activities available for those who cant go on outings. The bus should also has wheelchair access for residents like myself. I would 100% recommend this community.
