Mother lives here. Employees go above and beyond their jobs, especially during Covid. [Names removed] and staff are exceptionally, good people.

Welcoming and professional.

I was impressed (after variety of 8 places) with the friendly residents and staff. The cleanliness, the gardens, and the meals. Also activities of many. The transportation available. Since the virus concerns, it is harder since no food in the dining hall which was always the best social time. We are doing 9 residents but socially not easy for communication. But appreciate the feeling of being safe.

Recent managers exceptional. Chef and staff are talented. Housekeepers and servers devoted all have become friends. Food choices have become limited. Food sources need to be explored.

I loved Carson Plaza. I was sad to have to leave. The residents and staff are wonderful. I Just couldn't afford to stay.

A safe, caring environment! The staff has been particularly attentive and adhering to national and local guidelines for the Covid-19 pandemic. It is clean and well run. Great staff!!! Food O.K. but could be better Activity Director is outstanding!!

Harvard Square is a great place for my wife or any family member. The caregivers are great ,and when I talk with them they are polite and intelligent. The food is good, the soups are great, and evening meal is great. We chose this community because when we were doing the research , and my daughter found it we went and visited. I was thanked for for coming, they showed us around, and I knew if I had to place my wife in a memory care, this would be the would be the one. I would recommend this community to other families.

I have lived here for almost 9 years and I love it. I love playing bingo and pokeno.

My mom has been a resident at Georgian Lakeside since February 2019. The staff is kind, caring and knowledgeable. There's good communication from the administration and medical staff. The community is attractive and clean. The dining options are varied, fresh and healthy. They offer many activities and encourage the residents to participate. During the Covid 19 pandemic, they worked diligently to keep the residents and staff healthy. I highly recommend Georgian Lakeside.

My mother has been at The Georgian Lakeside for a year and a half. Her care has been excellent, the facility is beautiful and well kept, but it is the staff that make this place so very unique and special. The staff always goes above and beyond in their care of my mom and they are so kind and loving. They stay on top of my mom's health, help her to make friends, and provide tremendous love and support to her. The way that they have dealt with the Covid crisis has been amazing. They have taken action promptly at every turn and have done everything possible to keep the residents and staff safe. I honestly feel like my mother is in excellent hands and she is in the most wonderful place possible.

We had an interesting situation in that my dad started out in assisted living and then moved to memory care a year later, I wish i did the move sooner because he is doing so much better in the memory care. The activities are more appropriate for his cognitive abilities. The food good and they offer a variety. We chose this community because they have continuum of care and of the staff, When we visiting,the community was bright and cheerful ,no unpleasant odors, and the residents were engaged in activities.

Took a tour with my wife to determine if we were ready to move from our 4 BR home to a Senior living residence. Our tour guide [name removed], made sure all of our questions were answered especially those regarding the health of the current residents. We found the facility was well appointed and the rooms were spacious. We were delighted with the time we spent at Acoya Mesa.

New management and employees are friendly and always helpful.
