My mother, who has not been easy to find any sort of comfort for, has finally found a little bit of it. The staff are so polite and patient, it really helped the move in process go over smoothly. I would recommend this community to anyone and everyone looking for a beautiful new home.

We moved our folks into Cedar Village on [date removed]. The transition was a bit difficult for mom because it was necessary for them to give up their home and car. And, after 6 months of them being cared for/assisted by the Cedar Village staff, I can honestly say that it has been a true blessing for them! My parents have been well treated and cared for. Not only have all their needs been met, but they have been exceeded. The facility is ALWAYS clean and inviting! The staff is caring, understanding and helpful. My mom had a last minute urgent doc appointment and I was sick and couldn't go with her and the staff stepped up to get her to her appt, set me up with a conference call in the docs office and were beyond helpful. They truly set my mind at ease! A huge Thank You to [names removed] and everyone else who came to our rescue! It's comforting to know we can count on you for back up when I can't be there. Thank you so very much for helping to make this time of their life so much easier/better for them!

Glenwood ended up in our top 3. The customer relations person, [name removed], was amazing. She took the time to get a feel for our family's situation and showed us many options. The facility is great, especially the sky gym!

We found the place was a decent size and layout. The property and view were one of the better at the places I have toured. We are moving Mom there in 2 weeks

My mom was a resident of Bay Pointe for almost five years. During my frequent visits, I always observed knowledgeable and compassionate care. Mom spoke warmly of the management and staff.

Have lived here for 5 1/2 years and it is a great place to live.

This property was great. The proximity to all family members is excellent. We are hoping that we can get mom and [name removed] to come for the "3 day" trial visit. We also noticed there is a community in Hickory that is also a Holiday property and the "exchange" idea is a much positive point. The monitoring system was a huge plus also. Now to convince them...

I was very impressed with the staff, community and everything that I saw at Pinecrest. The people that live there all seemed so very friendly and happy.

Everyone at Fountain View Village is very friendly, they make you feel at home and live in a place where you feel you belong. If you are looking for a place like an Independent or Assisted Living then this is the best place you can choose.

Review on the Virginian, Fairfax VA. Our mom who is 99 and lives with us, just returned home to us from over 5 weeks of in-patient rehab, post surgery, at the Virginian, after falling and breaking her hip. Words of praise like extraordinary, outstanding, caring, professional, and even loving, just don’t do service to the care our mom received over this period. Many in our family and group of friends thought “OMG, this is it for her,” based on how often our aging parents just don’t have the will and energy to keep fighting the daily grinds of life after such an accident. Yet, in our opinion, while our mom is known for her grittiness and competitiveness, we believe the value the Virginian staff brought to “the table,” far exceeded either what we expected or even thought possible. And it made a HUGE impact on the morale and willingness of mom to hang in there and do the work required to get back home. Without exception, every single one of the many who served mom were “serving up their A game at every opportunity.” Their encouragement, sense of humor, occasionally tugging mom’s chain (who also pulled their chain), amazing ability to judge just the proper therapy to suit her ability and mood, were incredulous to watch. Of the 50 or so combined OT/PT sessions, her daughter or son-in law, attended some 95%. So, our opinion is not based on a few random encounters where the staff might have been on best behavior. Rather, the staff, to a person, truly cares about the welfare, both physical and mental of each patient. Our mom even raved about how good the food is, especially the soup. Ha! We objectively rate the Virginian 10 stars out of five. Some of the wonderful superstars included, but are not limited to [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]- a volunteer.

Very nice facility - 10 stories plus two lower levels - so shorter walks but have to use elevators. Rooms were well appointed but a little small. Great location and amenities.

This place works. The kitchen makes good food, the activities are great and the staff listen. I couldn't be in a better place.

Wonderful stay at Fountain View Village. The staff does a terrific job of caring for the residents. The rehab team is number one. I would recommend FVV and will return to visit my new friends.

I enjoyed my stay here at Fountain View Village skilled and rehab very much. The employees are top notch and help you with whatever you need. The Rehab Dept goes out of there way to help you in anyway they can. Rehab is Superior. As a rehab resident they are so patient and understanding. I am very touched at the caring attitude between the staff and residents. I would recommend Fountain View Village to anyone.

I’m totally satisfied with the tour of Peach Tree that I attended. I found a very friendly atmosphere which is very important in deciding a good fit for my brother. I found the facility very clean and the staff very friendly also. I also found the price range very acceptable.
