Bay Pointe was the best choice for mom. They have taken care of her for 1 1/2 years. [Name removed] is fabulous at seeing everyone is having fun. [name removed] and [name removed] in the dining room are awesome girls - [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] are great caregivers and so loving. Thank you!

My 93 year old mother has been at BayPointe for several months. She came here after a fall and hip fracture and could no longer live alone. The medical staff is competent and prompt. The food is great and care is taken to see everyone has their particular dietary needs met. The office and support staff is professional and caring. I know my mom is being well taken care of with patience and love.

This community is excellent. The residents and staff are friendly. The staff is very accommodating and professional. There are a lot of activities. The facility is always clean. The food is great.

My mom has been a resident for several years. During that time, we have watched the community flourish into a thriving and caring environment. The residents are the primary focus but the love and genuine relationships developed between the residents, staff, and family members are what make the Georgian Lakeside such a special community!

This is a beautiful facility with excellent accommodations, attentive employees and delicious food. All the residents are very friendly. I recommend the Montecito highly.

My Mother [name removed] has been a resident of The Georgian Lakeside's Memory Care unit since January. We are very fortunate that she is there. The fact of Alzheimer's is so defeating. All you can really do for someone is make them as comfortable as possible and put them in the best environment. I believe that the Georgia Lakeside IS the best environment. The staff is so caring. [Name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] - everyone demonstrates such care and compassion for the residents. Visiting there is an uplifting experience because of them. There is laughter and heart. I never worry about my Mom and I know she is getting the best care and experiencing so many more connections with people than before. She has a structured day with consistency that makes her feel safe where before, she just sat at home with a caregiver. I highly recommend The Georgian Lakeside. [Name removed].

I VISITED "LAKE SHORE COMMONS" IN WILMINGTON, NC. A FAMILY MEMBER NEEDED 24 HOUR ...SEVEN DAYS A WEEK MONORITING AND SUPERVISION. I ALSO VISITED OTHER SIMILAR FACILITIES ....BUT THE BEST PERSON....THE ONE WHO HELPED ME THE MOST WAS [name removed] OF LAKE SHORE COMMONS. IT WOULD BEHOOVE ANYONE TO NOT OVERLOOK TALKING WITH HER. GOOD LUCK TO ALL WHO WALK DOWN THIS ROAD

Great energy, nice people, amenities were all there, good options for both independent living and assisted living, lots of residents and a good variety of ages/ability.

Mom and I had a very nice visit with the manager, [name removed], at The Seville yesterday. He was very warm, friendly and welcoming especially to my Mom. I wanted for her to have a positive experience for our tour and it was every bit what I was hoping for. She liked it early on and was very ready to sign the contract after our tour and financial visit with [name removed].

Transitions can be so hard, and it was especially so for my Mother who recently lost her husband of 72+ years, and moved to Avamere from the family properties where she had lived her entire life. (91 years) Fortunately, the crew, staff, and other residents at Avamere were very warm and welcoming and continue to be so as Mom makes the hardest adjustment of her life. I was also welcomed to stay in her apartment for a few days and was able to partake of some of the activities, the dinner meals, and the amenities at Avamere. This also helped with her transition. Some amenities that she utilizes include exercise classes, walking the compound, church services, a beauty salon, the library, the little store, and many musical performances, all on site. The front desk staff is also very responsive to her needs, safety, and well being. Overall, I give very high marks to Avamere.

Mom really enjoys Harvard Park....kind...quality meals...pleasant staff...good activities

My sister and I toured this facility. We met with [name removed] the Sales person. She listened as we shared our story, regarding our concern for our parents. She discussed options with us in a very calming voice. She was very knowledgeable and caring. We looked at cottages and apartments. This facility is clean and well maintained. We noted there was a entertainer singing for the residents. We were very impressed with our visit. Before leaving we talked with a few seniors on the front porch. They spoke very positive about their home. After visiting several facilities in Wilmington NC we were very appreciative that we were referred to Lake Shore Commons.

We found Atrium quiet and appealing. [Name removed] answered all of our questions and gave us a good tour. However, my cousin thought it might be too far from her home in Columbia. Still on our short list!

My Aunt recently moved to Lake Shore Commons. This community really cares about their residents and families. The location is perfect, close to New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Beautiful grounds near Greenfield Lake. So many activities for her to enjoy. [Name removed] in Admissions has many years of experience working with Seniors. She answered all of my questions. Many employees have been at Lake Shore Commons for over 20 years. Their turnover is low. My Aunt [name removed] is feeling right at home. After visiting other communities in area, I am confident we found the Best!

My husband and I visited Lake Shore Commons. This community is a Blessing to Wilmington NC and their residents. We felt right at home. [Name removed] knew all of the residents and staff. I felt her compassion as she shared information with us. Everything was clean and smelled wonderful. There is no comparison in Wilmington to this community. We look forward to having Mom come to Lake Shore Commons as a future resident!

Second hand. I hear from my mother, but she likes it. They were easy to work with when setting things up.

Love everything about this place. And most importantly my mom is happy!

My response to my tour is very positive. Caring for the residents needs was shown. There are many opportunities and activities to stimulate the residents.
