I'm not sure if they are engaging my father as much there, this is to be determined. For my mom she's going great and she likes the activities. My father is having a hard time with coping on being there. Other than that great services. The staff is very friendly.

It was a great place I had to move my dad but, I would have liked for him to stay here.

The place is in very good shape. The heating system needs improvement. They have a flyer posted so that you can see the different activities they offer everyday. they have bingo and movies you can see downstairs.

Both of my parents live here. It is a super place.

It's a little hard for us to adjust to the smaller area. Other than that they have been good to us.

Things are working out just fine here. As far as I know, everything is going great with the staff, etc.

Our experience with Cortona Park has been a very good one! The staff here is wonderful, they're all very nice people. They are welcoming, helpful to families, and very professional. You can tell they really care about the people that they take care of, they know everyone's name and you always see them talking to the residents when you visit.

I love this place. Our experience picking out a location for my parents was wonderful. What a great facility.

Harvard Square was and is a 5 STAR assisted living home for my Parents. Everyone has been very Friendly, kind, willing to assist with anything and I know 100% we selected the perfect place for my Parents. They are just now starting to participate in their numerous activities they offer

I think that overall, everything is great. They are taking excellent care of my loved one. I am very impressed. Everyone seems to enjoy their job and the residents seem to like it there and i have no complaints about the place.

There were very helpful and open to any and all questions I had. Better than that, they were not pushy. I had limited budget and up front monies so they worked with me to help get my mother the best thing for her and her situation.

The Montecito is going really well. It is far better than the previous facility we were at. It gets all 5 star ratings from me. It has absolutely been an all around good experience here. I cant think of anything for them to improve on.

After looking at several communities in the Snohomish county area my uncle choose this one. We kept hearing odd things and he loved the "feel". He's been here a few months and couldn't be happier. I visit him often, as does other family, and he always mentions how nice the people that live and work here are. We all see how much better he is doing physically and emotionally; he's even able to continue his physical and occupational therapy here through their therapy department; we didn't find this option available at other places. My parent's toured here last week and it looks like they'll be joining my uncle soon. They liked the feel as well and said the staff was very friendly and informative. I live just a couple miles away so this is great news for me!

I think they are great at Cambridge Terrace Assisted Living Community. I like the facility. The staff was really nice. Overall its been a really good experience here.

Every person we meet were great, friendly, kind and knowledgeable with ALL of our questions (Grace Gentry, Linda Timmons, Mekda's with medical and Mary Beth's voice answering phones and greeting everyone). A lot of activities for our Parents to do and staff is with them on a lot of them. Maintenance, dining room and assistance staff all friendly and very helpful

The best part is the friendliness of the residents and staff. We have felt welcomed and cared for from the very first. The quarter mile walking path is a great feature. There are a variety of activities, some off site if you choose to participate. Your day can revolve around getting to meals but the option to have food to go when you need it is a great benefit. Each floor has laundry facilities but time is restricted to late afternoon and evenings and all day weekends to allow for use by housekeeping because they do your linens during the workday. They also do light housekeeping. There is only one elevator which can slow things down a bit. But that gives you time to visit and get to know your neighbors. I'm finding downsizing from 2800 square feet to a one bedroom apartment isn't as hard to get used to as I thought it would be. I do miss my yard, view, and birds. But in exchange I'm making new friends and getting the opportunity to socialize at every meal.

To the nurses and caregivers on the 2nd floor of The Springs: Our sincere thanks for the dedicated and compassionate care showed to our mom these past three weeks. We are so appreciative of all you did to make her stay there so comfortable. You are an exceptional team. A special thanks to Negest, Monica, Elizabeth, Geoff, Lemin, Sana, Rizwan, Mary, Bo, the caring night staff, and all the others. With fondness and appreciation, Susan, Greg, and the rest of Jan's Family.

They have done everything well. What they could improve on is communicating to the new residents and the caregivers some of the rules. We did not know that we could not bring medication that was not being taken into the facility. That would have been helpful. This facility has a brand new medical director and I have expressed my concerns with him. He may be rectifying the situation. Other than that, the food is great, the staff is great, and it was a blessing for us to get my Mom the apartment that we got her. It is a great value. Thank you to A Place For Mom for the help in finding the place because they did not give me a sales pitch. They just spoke the truth.
