Overall, our experience with Edmonds Landing has been extremely good. The staff are very communicative about everything. The marketing director and the nurse are extremely accessible and they return our calls and emails within the same day. It is in close proximity to our house and my mother in law is happy because she could stay in the downtown Edmond area.

The staff are very caring and nice. They are very responsive and if you have a problem, they are there to help you through it. We like it so much with we have had several family members live there. First my great aunt, then my mother in law, then a dear friend, and now my brother lives there. The food is okay. They do a good job making the place feel cheerful and inviting. Some other places are depressing, but Harvard square is not.

After looking at five other memory care facilities, from the most successful, longest standing to the newest, fanciest chandelier facilities, I learned what to look for and that was engagement in activities and the compassionate presence of every person on the floor. All of the staff are on the same page concerning the needs and personalities of each resident. You can't plant your loved one with memory issues somewhere and expect them to self entertain and engage, but I found level of engagement here. They are dancing , playing ping pong, and celebrating life. I walked into Inspira and it screamed quality and taste. It has a good energy. The staff are so enthusiastic and compassionate about their work and something deep within me finally unclenched and relaxed. I deeply know I made the right choice. A Place for Mom has changed my life.

I have family members residing at Lake Shore Commons in Wilmington NC. It is a very difficult time for all of us. There have been policies and procedures implemented to keep our loved ones safe. I want to Thank the staff of Lake Shore Commons for always putting the residents best interest first. I sleep well at night knowing they are safe.

Mom lived in retirement communities/assisted living for over 10 years. Where the Heart is was the best of three she lived in. Very nice building and grounds, but the staff and management team were the reason Mom was so happy there. She saved the best for last!

The staff go above and beyond our expectations - they have allowed my mom to help make soups and my father the opportunity to clean out planters, and plant flowers and vegetables. It means the world to both of them. He was allowed to make waffles for the staff.

Our mother is so happy here at W. The Heart is. It is a joy to come visit here. The attitude of the residents and staff is superior. Lots of friendly people and smiles here. The staff is happy to be working here and truly has each resident's welfare at heart. Extremely clean and elegant setting.

The staff went out of their way to help ease the move for my mother to their facility. She needed to move from CA to AZ as soon as possible due to the unexpected death of her primary care provider. There were a lot of irons in the fire for me to juggle and the management went up and above in helping me figure out the lagistics in moving mom into an apartment. There was a possibility that mom was going to have to be in her apartment before her furniture arrived. One evening the administration called me in CA to say they have a furnished apartment mom could use for 3 weeks if that was a help to us. That phone call was highly appriciated. Staff is great - from maintenance workers all the way up to administration. All residents I have met in independent living are happy, plenty of activities, clean and well cared for facility.

We love the Seville. Great value. Like minded residence and staff. Very friendly , great atmosphere, our chief is the best. We also have been able to trade , that is a fun plus.

Very nice facility, had a close knit community feel. Was impressed with how many long time employees work for Home Place says a lot about the management of Home Place. Residents were all active in community during my visit.

This is a wonderful home for my Mom. It is a hard decision to make for family and our parents. The staff understands that and were so caring and understanding with all of our emotions. This place is wonderful! My Mom loves it and has made many good friends. She was not able to socialize much when she lived by herself. The family is always welcome to ‘pop’ in anytime and invited to many family events there. They have so many fun activities and exercises for their residence, the food is great, the building and rooms beautiful, I can’t think of one negative thing to say. But the best part is the staff. They are genuinely nice, caring people and make it feel like a big family. When my Mom needs help, she just pushes a button on a necklace they provide and help is there immediately. Our family knows Mom is well taken care of and she is in a place that she loves. That makes all our hearts happy. I highly recommend this facility.

Georgian was engaging for our in-laws who lived for 6 months. Before passing, [name removed] enjoyed the food, music, programs, movies, outings and was comforted and cared for by the staff. We highly recommend the Georgian regularly.

[Name removed] did a thorough and exemplary job of showing us Emerald Pond. The facility is in a great location regarding proximity to my father's place of work and is on a nature preserve. For the time being Dad is adamant about staying in his home. But knowing we have options like Emerald Pond give me comfort.

My father has lived at Sunridge for almost 3 years. They have dinners and activities for families of the residence all the time and encourage young children to visit. This allows great grand children to build memories of being at papa greats home and the fun thing “he” provides for them. Thankyou Sunridge for being good to Fred and all of his family!

Sunrise of San Rafael has been a really great place for both of my parents who suffer from Alzheimers. It is kept sparkling clean and the staff could not be nicer. The food and activities are also really great and geared towards people with Alzheimers and dementia. Unlike most other places the residents are able to move freely around the residence with only the outer doors managed. My only wish is that they have a visiting Dr. It is really difficult to get my folks out and there are so few Drs in the area who are taking new patients.
