I moved my Mom to Lake Shore Commons in Wilmington NC this October after touring four other facilities. It was of the utmost importance to my Mom and I she be able to live in a place where she is happy, healthy and safe. A place that keeps her busy and she has lots of fun. The food is very good and plentiful. There is a energetic and caring Activity Director who takes her job to heart and plans lots of activities and outings. Management and staff work very hard, they pitch in and work together as a team. This includes Housekeeping, meals and addressing the resident needs and questions. Due to a very unfortunate moving company delay Mom was left without her Bed, furniture, clothes and belongings. The Management jumped in to save the day and place my Mom and I in a temporary guest room for a few days. Everybody here staff and residents alike are a built in family. They welcome newcomers and show them the ropes. My Mom is very happy in her new home and I can go back to New Jersey with a piece of mind.

My parents moved in last July. Now after 5 months they have settled in and are very happy there. My sister and I now have peace of mind knowing they are in good hands. The staff seems to always be happy and ready to help anyone in need. They offer tons of activities and excursions for the residents. They went to a winery and had a blast! We come to visit regularly since we live fairly close. I have noticed that the staff has very little turnover which is a good thing. We are so happy we chose Sunrise Villa Sonoma for our parents to live.

My dad moved in a month and a half ago. Prior to arriving, the staff worked tirelessly to help us with paperwork and then moving in. Since being here my dad's health and attitude have improved. He is happy. I'm happy because I know he's safe and being taken care of.

My mother has lived at Pinecrest for appx 5 years. I have no idea what we would have done to take care of her needs without the service Pinecrest offers. It has been a blessing to our family. Thanks for all this location does.

What a welcoming and friendly staff. We as her family members couldn't be more happy with the living arrangements at this community. Everyone makes it feel like home. Great environment for our loved one!!!

Thank you! You saw to every detail and worked wonders so that Dad could look and feel his best when celebrating his 90th birthday. We all truly had a wonderful weekend celebrating Dad's birthday and the love of family and friends. This phase of Dad's life is blessed because of you and your staff. Thank you for all you do - seen and unseen.

Thank you so much for all the care you gave my Mom and our family over the last 5 1/2 years. We were pleased with the care of Mom in her final hours. Thank you for everything.

You listened, you laughed, you loved. A Big Big hug to all of you! You all helped make the last eight years of my mom's life so very beautiful. I will miss all of you too. WIth fondness.

Toured and moving my mom here in two weeks. Friendly staff, nice activities for everyone. Mom likes walking trail.
