This is a really good community and the people are really nice. It is really clean and all of the residents seem to be very happy. They have activities like workouts, games, bingo, movies and more for the residents to do on a daily basis to stay busy in the community. We have been to a few activities and the people are very nice and the residents really seem to like it here.

This community was very comparable with another community that I went with. Just when I weighed things out there was another community that I was more favorable of.

They did have some turnover of staff members which was really the only issue we had. The staff members were always very friendly. They did a great job with activities for the residents. I would recommend The Grandview of Chisolm Trail to other families looking.

We chose Arabella of Athens because of the convenient location and just the reviews that we read through online. I also heard about them from others that I knew and they all said it was a great place. Everyone you come into contact with seems like they genuinely want to help. The facility itself has a lot to offer and at first glance it is very appealing. I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.

Good deal. I told my Mom after I put her there that If I need a place to go, I want to go there.

Good community, too far from family.

We know this community is struggling at times with staffing and have a consistent chef there so we aren't always getting the A+ services we were expecting but the staff are wonderful. StoneCreek of Littleton is a very modern, clean and well kept up community.

This was our 2nd choice.

I like that they have independent living, assisted living, and memory care. And I've already recommended them to someone I know. There's no place that's perfect, but my loved one is settled, and I don't feel compelled to move him anywhere. He's very mentally acute for his age, so I have no qualms about how he's being treated. This facility is brand spanking new at one year old. They opened right in the middle of Covid and have had some growing pains. Their sales person is excellent. She is honest, upfront, personable, and she was very supportive once we got moved in. She's the type of quality of staff that really makes the place shine. Although I think she's leaving soon though - we'll be sad to see her go! But if you get to work with her, she gives very good support. When we fist got there, things weren't going great. But they've made a number of staff changes, and things are better now. They had a problem filling open spots with temporaries, and that didn't work very well in my opinion. They now have hired full-time staff that have been trained, so things are better. Initially they made some medication errors, but that appears to have been resolved. I think they have a new executive director running the place, and I think that's going to be favorable. Early on, their quality control just needed improving, and I think I'm seeing some improvement now. But early on it was not sufficient. The food is improving as well over the last month or so, which seems to coincide with the new executive director. It looks like they have a lot of good activities available if you choose to participate. I feel it's a good value overall. It's actually a little less expensive than an independent living facility he came from, even with medication management included. However, the higher levels of care are quite a lot more money.

We chose Double Creek because they were really close to my house so we could go visit often. It is a very cute facility and the staff are all extremely friendly. The care staff is awesome and have been good with communication. I would recommend to others looking

The meals are really good and they have a lot of options. They also have a lot of activities to pick from. The staff are friendly and the community is really nice. This is a brand new community and they take good care of it and the residents.

This community was okay but it was not as nice as other communities that we were looking at. It was just now what I was looking for and for the price that they wanted.

This community was fine and would have worked out for my loved one. I did not have any complaints at all but there was just a different community that gave me that right vibe that I was looking for.

We chose Ledgestone primarily because of the convenience of the location from our home as well as the staff were extremely friendly. The security at the facility is great, they have check sand balances for everything. They do have program and if your loved one does any activities you get a text showing what they did. Our loved one got covid along with some other residents and it was a hectic process to have to move her and we sometimes had trouble getting answers on things. Overall it has been a positive experience and I would recommend them to others.

We really liked Legacy Oaks, the only downfall was that dad was really wanting a 2 bedroom apartment and they only had a few here and none were available at the time.

I really like Arabella of Red Oak so far. There are a lot of very friendly people, whether it be workers or residents. They have a lot of fun activities and fun things for the residents to do. It's a very beautiful location, and they've done really well decorating it and making it look nice for the residents.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a good tour

First impression was a very nice community, and a lot of nice amenities. It was newer and smelled good and fresh. The staff even with staffing issues has done a good job keeping up with response times with families.
