Very clean; staff really friendly and helpful/ the courtyards were lovely. Lunch was fair, but the chocolate chip cookies were great. The residents we met were very happy and comfortable--several had been there since the first day it opened. One man was very disgruntled and unhappy--he had nothing good to say, but I think he'd have been just as unhappy if he lived in the Taj Mahal!

It was very nice, but the imitation wood flooring was put down with a glue that would not be good for my asthma and didn't like cafeteria style dinning.

Have met most of the staff first hand and and seeing how they treat the other residents. I’m very satisfied that I found the right place for my mom.

I was impressed with eveyone being upbeat & friendly, facility was very clean but the room configurations were not exactly what I expected. I am still learning though. I was disappointed in their response to my rescheduled meeting (at their request) & still not getting to a prospective client for 30 min. I started to leave & was handled off to two other people. I was finally given the tour & questions answered.

A very nice facility. The living quarters are very nice and the staff I met could not have been nicer. It is definitely on my list to consider.

This is our home now, and we are happy to be living here. The management staff, RAs, Med techs do a great job helping me take care of my husband. Everyone is caring and compassionate. We are comfortable and well kept. Grateful to be here!

Short tour was nice. Noticed building was older than I thought,rooms could probably use a makeover. What caught my attention was the fact that they offered extended assisted living, which was somewhat what I was looking for. Not that my friend is ready for extended at this time but glad that it's there. We are trying to avoid a nursing home as much as possible. Any assisted living in other areas of Mesquite? Thank you so much.

Very nice place always clean. Very friendly personnel. They try to keep everyone active and involved.

We enjoyed the visit at Elk Creek. Liked what we saw for the most part. The residents all seemed happy and involved. The individual private rooms seemed very small however, especially for two occupants. That is really my only concern with this facility. We were offered brochures and activity calendars. Elk Creek is definitely a consideration.

My mom and dad have been really happy here. They will come in and clean their spacious 2 bdrm apartment. They provide 1 meal a day and if they can't come to the dining area they will bring the food to them. The staff is very good and they communicate well with me. They engage them to join the daily activities. They have a nice porch and a walking path. I would recommend this community.

Our loved one has been in the community less than a month, but so far, it has been really nice.

We toured this community for our parents. It was a beautiful place and the staff was really nice and helpful. They answered all of our questions. They had a central kitchen so they had the food brought in. It was close to my sister's house. But there was a wait list here and they needed it sooner than later.

Ledgestone Senior Living is a fine community. But my loved one is not doing well after a trip to the hospital and rehab. Ledgestone is doing the best that they can with the staff that they have. When we first moved in the occupancy was only half full. Right now I would rate the care a 3-star only because they are now at full residency and they have not hired enough people. The staff that they have are very caring and work hard at trying to accommodate everyone's needs the best that they can. The shortage of staff is really noticeable when they have to help out in the dining room and at bedtime. Right now my loved one needs extra care and we have hired an extra a person to help manage her needs. It is a beautiful, clean community. The residents seem very happy and there is plenty to do for socialization. The food is excellent. There is a beautiful courtyard for the residents to enjoy the fresh air. I would recommend this community to people who need little or no assistance.

This was a nice tour for the care for my mom. We liked the cleanliness of the community that seemed to have the good staff. The menu was nice and the activities would have been good for her to participate with other residents. We would recommend a tour of this community for the options that are available.

I had a nice tour of this community. The staff I came across was kind, and helpful. The experience was a pleasant one overall. The community looked nice, and well-kept. Everything went well, but I did find another community that met our needs better.

We picked this community and now everything is really good for my dad. He likes the meals and activities that the community provides. The staff give me updates and fills me in with any details, since the last time I visited my dad.

We liked this community really well when we visited. The staff I met were nice and the community was clean. This community does allow pets and they seem to offer a lot of activities. My loved one was not ready to move at the time we visited this community.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment made sure to answer any questions we had for them. They had a a nice open floor plan with lots of great amenities available to all the residents. I would defiantly recommend it to anyone it was just not the right fit for my mom in the end decision.
