They take good care of this community. The food was good when dad first moved in, however they have lost their chef and the food has declined some. They offer some daily activities. The staff have been friendly and encouraging. I would recommend this community.

Quiet, beautiful, new and tons of activities. The food is incredible!

When I toured Arabella of Longview, it was too quiet. There did not seem to be much going on. It was too sophisticated, is the best way to describe it. The tour guide that took me around was knowable and answered my questions, but this facility was not what we were looking for.

I thought this community was very clean and was well taken care of by the staff. The lady who had gave my mother and I a tour of there facility was very friendly but was not very knowledgeable about there community and everything they had to offer. I guess the guy who normally does the tours was not there so it was not her fault.

The Midtown is a clean well run place. They have has quite a bit of turnover lately and I am not sure why.They have done a good job with his care, but they did give my father a move out notice because he did not comply with their smoking regulations.

This is a nice community, the location is convenient for our families to travel too. I do feel my father is safe, and good hands at this facility. They have a great staff, they have been attentive, and helpful. There are activities offered. My aunt has been, and tired some of the meals. She says the meals are nice, and my father is pleased with the food as well. Everything is working out well for us at this community, and I would recommend it.

Ledgestone Senior Living also met our expectations in terms of the memory unit and common areas, types of services provided, staff qualifications, policies and procedures, pricing, location and suitability for our mom. [Removed] was extremely helpful in walking us through the detailed information we needed to evaluate this location and begin the application process to secure a room.

I thought this facility was absolutely beautiful and offered great amenities to all of there residents. All of the apartments looked very clean and I could tell they take care of there community. This was one of my top choices of all the different tours I had taken but the hospice team I had been working with suggested we take mom to a place where they often work out of.

We are very happy at this community. We both like the staff who are always so nice. The food does need some small improvements. We enjoy the activiries. When like that they are always taking care of the community and always very clean. We recommend other familes to live here for the care and the value that is received.

My loved one has really felt right at home since making the move into this community. The staff have been really great at helping my dad organize all of his doctors and medication. Overall I am very pleased with everything and would defiantly recommend this facility to anyone in need.

We really like this community and all that they do. They are a new community and have a few kinks, but who doesn't? The only thing that I can say that needs work is the food. They do not have a heart healthy menu and there is no variety to the food. However, I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a good place.

I like this community alot. The staff is very nice and caring. They have activities that are offered. They need to have a dietician to help with the needs of the meals for people with special requirements. I would recommend this community to others for good care.

The community is always looking clean with a fresh smell throughout the complex. Housekeeping is also always on top of making sure my mothers bathroom and bedroom remains clean. My loved one has had no complaints about the food and is enjoying her experience at Cambridge Court.

Made an appointment for Tuesday, Sept 20 at 3:30 pm. Toured extended care assisted living section. Rooms were of an ample size and in good condition. David Barnes was pleasant and informative, offering some valuable suggestions regarding our personal situation. The available space for group activities seemed crowded and cluttered as it is also the dining area for the residents on that floor. The location of this community is not as accessible for us as others that are closer in to the White Rock Lake area of Dallas. We will continue looking for a community with a better fit for Mom.

When you first pull up to Valley View Senior Living you don't get a feeling like this is going to be sad. To the contrary. When you walk in the front door you might think you are in a beautiful Apartment foyer. My mother is in the memory care wing now. The assisted living wing was not as pleasant for a couple of reasons but now she is content. The nurses and aides are just wonderful! I've watched them patiently feeding a person who cannot feed themselves. Gently guided people when they appear to be lost. I just cannot say enough about their kindness and patience. I think my mother is in the very best place for her. I know when I leave, each time, that I'm leaving her in Good hands. PS If you're wondering about the Assisted Living experience I will just say that it was a time when my mother was trying to adjust. The bad part is that her wedding ring disappeared and a ruby ring ..one week the center diamond was removed then the following week the ring too disappeared. I mentioned it to the manager and she told me I shouldn't have brought those items into the space anyway. I knew she was right but it stung anyway. By the way. As a caregiver for my mother for over 2 years I was in pretty awful shape myself. Then I heard there was a support group monthly upstairs at VV. I can't tell you how helpful this has been for me and I'm sure for others.

This community is taking great care of my dad. The staff is caring and helpful for all his needs. The food is very good and appealing for him. Activities are offered to him to be involved. This community comes highly recommended for other families.

My Aunt is very pleased with the great care that she is receiving with this community. The staff is excellent in eveyway possible to take care of her needs. They offer alot of activities that are keeping her busy. The food is outstanding and we tell everyone how good it wonderful it is for her. This community is highly recommend for the value and the care that is given.

The community is very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the community has a positive atmosphere. The communication can falter at times because of the turnover. Arabella was acquired by another firm and has been getting even better on improving care for the residents.

Overall everything is well. We are happy with all they of done for us. The community is well maintained, it looks great. The staff is helpful and kind. There are nice activities I enjoy. My father is in good hands at this community.

The transition for my Mother in law was very smooth and easy. She really loves her apartment and was even able to select her flooring, which made her even happier. Richard Mancha, the marketing specialist, has gone above and beyond to make sure her transition was smooth. Even to this day, he continues to check in on her to make sure she is doing fine. The staff are all really nice and treat her very well. She has met and made many new friends. Herself and others are not very happy with the food that is being served. She feels that people in kitchen are not able to cook the food correctly. She has attended a couple of the facilities' staff meetings with other residents and has voiced her opinion and suggestions.
