The transition for my Mother in law was very smooth and easy. She really loves her apartment and was even able to select her flooring, which made her even happier. Richard Mancha, the marketing specialist, has gone above and beyond to make sure her transition was smooth. Even to this day, he continues to check in on her to make sure she is doing fine. The staff are all really nice and treat her very well. She has met and made many new friends. Herself and others are not very happy with the food that is being served. She feels that people in kitchen are not able to cook the food correctly. She has attended a couple of the facilities' staff meetings with other residents and has voiced her opinion and suggestions.

It was a nice place. The people were friendly, and it was clean. I think everyone has their own individual issues no matter where you go. They worked with us as well as they could, for what they are able to do. I would give them an overall 4.

Brookdale is a nice, clean facility. The staff is also pleasant and they are very accommodating to people who have special requests. It is always clean and well maintained here. Everyone has such a postitive attitude here.

The executive director is not involved. I think the facility is beautiful. The people aren't that friendly however, there was a guy there that was really good but, he is not there anymore. I will base weather or not I keep my mom here on my observations going forward.

My mother-in-law doesn't like it at Cambridge Court but my father-in-law does. The staff was a little rude to her and I don't blame her. Their way of communication about my mother being incontinent was just not good. The facility itself is very nice and clean. I just wish they would have communicated to my mother-in-law more nicely.

They have been very nice. They have had some issues on being a new facility and getting started. Some of the food has not been great. That was my loved ones biggest complaint. Everything else has been really good. They are working to make it better. The communication with the staff has been good. It has been a positive experience so far. I would recommend Midtowne Assisted Living and Memory Care to anyone.

I moved my mother to Oyster Creek about a month ago, and I couldn't be happier. The peace of mind I now have with her not living in her home alone is priceless to me. I can trust she is being looked after, eating right and now having the opportunity to be around other people to socialize again. I was afraid that she wasn't going to like it, and be very unhappy; as she was initially very resistant to the move. Seeing how much more vibrant her life is now, and the fact that she tells me how glad she is that she did make the move, truly makes me feel blessed I found this wonderful community.

The staff at Oyster Creek is very friendly. I am a little annoyed with them right now for a couple of things though. They have lost some of my mothers clothes, and some others have been messed up in the laundry. My mother does not have a problem herself with the food, but I think that the chef needs to soften the food. So there are a few little things that are annoying me at the moment, but overall my mother seems to like it. It is a beautiful place and I really like it.

I met with David and he was very helpful. A studio apartment is $2600/per month and is all inclusive with the exception of cable tv and phone services. As my mom's needs become greater, so does the monthly cost, from approximately $300 - $600 additional fees each month. At this time there are no apartments available, but David gave me the option of holding a place for a fee of $1000 - $2000.

The staff are all very friendly here! Although my loved one does not participate in the activities, I see them happening regularly and other residents are engaged. I've heard feedback from my loved one that the care services could be improved. However, as far as price is concerned, they were comparable to the others and right there with them. We chose them because, when we were visiting, our loved one met with the staff, had lunch, and decided this was the one!

Absolutely beautiful there, but they were very, very pricey. Aside from that, the only reason we didn't move him here was because of the transportation issue. My dad is in dialysis. They say that they provide transportation to doctors appointments, but that is limited. Their van was not available every day and the guy left at 4:30 and my dad didn't go to dialysis until 3. In terms of food, they had a chef cook and they were pretty flexible on the food.

Everything that we have seen so far looks really great. They are friendly and helpful. They seem to be taking good care of our loved one. So far we have been very pleased with everything they are doing.

I and my sister/husband visited on two different visits, both were impressed. Is in the top two for choices. Staff gave the tour to both of us.

toured yesterday, the facility is beautiful and staff very friendly! i like the home feeling and the director is very helpful.

The staff does little, to get the residents engaged. Everyone is really nice , and there is good interaction between the residents and staff. It is a clean community, and the care team takes good care of my loved one. There have been changes in staff, so there has been a lot of inconsistencies with staffing. Overall, they could do better with following through with issues.

The only real complaint we have had is we were told if we gave 48 hours notice they would have someone to take her to her doctors appointments. We were then told it only runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays when trying to schedule a ride on a Friday. I do think they could be more detailed with that information up front when residents first move in. It is still pretty early in our expeinrece but my mom does seem to be happy here so far.

We chose The Avenues of Fort Bend because it was a very nice looking facility for the price and the services provided. It is also convenient to where my sister lives. I have only seen my moms apartment, but it is perfect size not too big not too small. The best part about the community is that they have had no outbreaks of COVID 19 and have been great with their safety protocols. I would recommend.

i have recently take a tour of this community for my mother and I have no complaints about the experience we had received. The staff where all lovely people to work with and where knowledgeable with all the details of the facility. They had a variety of activities for the residents as well as a great menu for all the residents. It was just not the right location in the end decision for my mom.
