Maintenance staff was unavailable during move in, maintenance is regularly partially done, food is frequently cold or out of stock items.

Personally, I would rate all questions a "3" out of 5. Might be ok for non assistance needs, but not level of care for a stroke victim which they said they were equipped to help. The staff changed several times in the e months he was there. Care givers tried, but language was somewhat of an issue. Wait times for help were not good.

It was a good facility. The admin made a lot of promises they didn't keep though which was disappointing.

Check out the pattern of rate increases for the lease. The Hamptons have increased up to 8% every year for as long as residents can remember

The staff was generally supportive but not always supportive. The food and service was very bad. I would not recommend it because of the lack of adequate staff and the less than adequate food.

Beware the receptionist. There are better facilities

Staff is friendly but not quite sure my mom's daily needs are being met. Her room is not cleaned on a regular basis, her toilet is filthy and her floor needs to be swept and mopped. I've brought this to their attention and they said they're having issues with housekeeping. Maintenance for installing bracket for tv and replacing lightbulbs in her bathroom took forever. In fact, I replaced the lightbulbs myself. My mom's belongings turn up missing, but I'm told that's part of the MC unit. For 2 weeks, I've taken her laundry home and washed it bc it wasn't being done. Her mattress pad is missing and no sheets on her bed. I made her bed myself yesterday. Wet towels were put in a trash bag with clothes and sat there for days and I took them home to be washed, Food is pretty good and activities are as well. Not sure how it's going with them brushing her teeth or hair. Again, I let the MC director know my concerns. She is on Hospice as well and they take care of her showers and meds.

They claim to be fully staffed, but most days, especially @ night, seem understaffed. They have a salon for the residents, but it has been closed over 4 months due to a pipe bursting and the room flooding. They have been through several different head chefs in the past year, & can't seem to keep a good one. Most of the staff is friendly, but there are a few med techs that I'm not sure were fully trained

Executive directors don't last longer than 6 months. Don't waste your time getting to know them. It's very clear there's something or someone at the corporate level causing them to leave because they all say they're here to stay once they join and then comes the email that they're leaving.

The food was very good, we ate there a few times. The memory care was short staffed a lot and did not get the attention they promised.

Stonecreek is a lovely facility that looks/smells good in all areas. However it is similar to other places as far as care is concerned. Some workers are more efficient and caring than others. You really need to keep in touch to be aware of how the resident care is conducted—especially when extra care is required.

They went through many staffing changes from the top down while we were there and that led to an inconsistent experience. If they get that worked out it would be a great facility. As an aside, we bought her all the furnishings of a fully furnished 1 bedroom model unit at tech ridge. If you are working with anyone looking to furnish a room with bed, side table, dresser, entertainment console, tv, small dining table that fits those rooms, we would be happy to sell for a reasonable price. The furniture all matches and it's very nice.

Cleanliness of facility looks great in common areas, but my sisters apt was often neglected. In summary, if a resident is tracking well, I feel double creek is more than adequate but for someone that is a poor self advocate, I would say stay clear I volunteered weekly there and heard many commentaries on the place many patients left and rent was increased in less than a year. I hope the administrators can become more hands-on, going into each apartment and taking time to listen to their residents

I would recommend the Assisted living side. The memory care side has gotten better, but I would like to still see more improvements. I am still considering lower cost facilities. My favorite this far is still The [name removed]. But price is why we didn't go there.

I think with most facilities they promise a lot when you're touring but when you actually get there the care isn't what was promised. If you can afford a nicer facility I would probably look for one.

The facility is a nice place as far as the look from the outside and the assisted living area where the folks can gather for meals, and it looks and smells clean when you walk in at the entrance and hallways. As far as the memory care area goes, it's smaller and seems not as well vented as the more larger area so often times it doesn’t have as nice a smell of cleanliness as the other area. My husband's room has had a few issues and one still hasn't been resolved even though I was told there wouldn't be a problem with it. There are not as many residents in that area, but I feel there should be consistency throughout the facility. There are many staff members who are very friendly but there are also some who I experienced with personally who are not friendly at all. So again, inconsistency within the staff expectations of how they should treat both memory care residents and their family members. I have also witnessed more inconsistency between med techs and their responsibilities in distribution of both prescriptions and over the counter medications. The food is very good. My husband has no complaints about it and I have actually tasted it myself. There are about a handful of staff who I know by name and really appreciate what they do for my husband. My husband has been in Tech Ridge Oaks since[date removed]of this year and I was hoping to rate this place as five star but because of a lot of things that I hope will change with a little bit more time I can't at this time.

The shared living spaces seemed to be well kept but the first time I visited Mom's room it was not good. Clothes scattered on the floor in the bedroom and bathroom, bathroom counter covered in clutter. Her bed was covered in a huge urine stain and the bathroom and bedroom smelled of urine. Her closet was a disorganized mess and many pieces of her clothing were missing and no one seemed to have an answer about where they were. Many items were never recovered. Some staff was better than others. Mom had several falls while at the facility. The last fall a few weeks before her death was a severe one. I was told it happened during a shift change when she was not fully supervised. The staff was not forthcoming with information when things happened unless I questioned them. They didn't seem to have a lot of variety in the meals. Lots of chicken nuggets and fries. I don't think the quality of care justified the cost. Though the care was better than what she had received with home care services.

I could see a big problem after he was there the first 3-4 months! Then there was a turnover but didn't change much! Very nice, clean, facility, but the Menu never changed, same thing over and over, sometimes cold! If patients didn't feel like going to dinning room and they ate in room, they charged an extra [fee removed] to take to your room , crazy for the amount a month you pay, should be included! Short staffed all the time! Medication not handled properly! I will just stop there! Employees needed better training! Staff friendly but not enough to fulfill everyone's needs!

I haven't had house keeping in a month. I paid someone from the outside to come clean but the staff here are very friendly. I could not ask for a better Activities Director [name removed] is outstanding. When it comes to the meals, it is the worst food ever. It use to be better when I first got here. Personally, they get what they deserve, If you don't pay for a professional chef you don't get good food. We're on #12.We pay way to much for what we get here Needless to say I'm really not happy about being here. They rent to people who should be in AL. Not good!

This review is about our experience 15 months ago. I am hopeful they have cleaned up some of the issues. There are constant changes from management to housekeeping. I constantly have to remind the staff to sweep and mop. Restaurant staff are always helpful. would bring dinner. Night nurses always asked if she wanted anything. They are all great. Nurses were very helpful. Head nurse changed several time so we struggled to get medicines approved with the staff doctors. If others have a parent that is not socially active they may want to consider a small facility. We went with Brooks because at the time it was fairly new, clean and close to several of my siblings. Of course Covid still factored in and seniors also struggled with fitting in.
