The staff is very helpful to get my loved ones into the community, and I appreciate all they did to make it a quick transition for my loved ones. At first the communication with the staff was excellent; however, things have started to dwindle a bit. Once I was able to speak to the director about a situation, they moved quickly to resolve the situation.

Areas of improvement - we do understand the current activities director had be out for a medical emergency but all the activities that are currently listed for the residents are not happening and that was on reason we wanted our loved one here is because of the social life, so it is just unfortunately timing. Also the internet and television service - it has maybe worked a handful of days since our loved one has been there but we do believe they are working on that current situation. We do love that they have a tenant meeting, we love that it is all about the residents participating and engaging with one another. This gives them higher numbers and keeps information flowing between them and makes them feel heard.

The reason we chose Tech Ridge Oaks is because they have an outdoor walking trail, and my mom likes to walk. There's also a community patio where the residents can hang out when the weather is nice. My mom did have a fall, and they had to call EMS and transport her to the ER. But they called me and told me what was happening, which I appreciated. But overall it's a pretty nice place. They've been very helpful with the move and the financial side of things.

The aides and nurses were good. The management is a little on the weak side. There was more fried food that I would like to have served, and it would be nice to have less of this. The desserts were readily available at lunch and dinners. It would be helpful to have more Jell-O as an option for dessert as well. The intercom wasn't working when my loved ones first moved in, and the call buttons on the lanyards weren't all working during this move in time and my loved ones had to share one. The community is a little understaffed like a lot of business are nowadays. The rooms, openness of the community, and the hallways were all beautiful. The community has a monthly residents' meeting to get feedback.

We were very pleased with the community. The location was a little further from family and the type of unit available were the drawbacks for us.

Overall it has been a very good experience. The community is bright, new, and clean. The food is good. The community is welcoming. Some of the concerns we have had is because of the staffing issues. The Executive Director left, and the communication about this change has been poor with the residents and families. They have a café that is to be open five days a week, and it hasn't been open due to staffing issues and hasn't been opened consistently. The meal time staff can seem stressed out due to the staffing concerns in the dining room There were things promised in the beginning that hasn't materialized like they should have. Bridge is one of my loved one's favorite activities offered. There is an activities calendar provided and there seems to be several activities for the residents to choose from.

It's sufficient for my family member's needs. It's adequate, but I don't think it's the best around. I think the care needs to be improved on. They don't seem very giving to the residents.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a really good tour experience. We really liked the administration and executive director. This community was definitely potential for our loved one. It is very clean, new, aesthetically pleasing and the apartment rooms were big. They did some neat things to the rooms, they had ceiling fans, and pocket doors to help maximize space.

This was a good experience for us. It was in a good location. It had very nice apartments. The staff are friendly. They are prompt in resolving any concerns or answering any of the questions about our friend. There were a lot of activities available for the residents to choose from.

Our experience has been good. They seem to have pretty much everything that is needed for an assisted living situation. We like the cleanliness and appearance of the facility. Other than one person here and there, the staff overall are excellent. Everything has been very good overall. There is one problem - and that is insufficient parking.

This is a really good community and the people are really nice. It is really clean and all of the residents seem to be very happy. They have activities like workouts, games, bingo, movies and more for the residents to do on a daily basis to stay busy in the community. We have been to a few activities and the people are very nice and the residents really seem to like it here.

This community was very comparable with another community that I went with. Just when I weighed things out there was another community that I was more favorable of.

They did have some turnover of staff members which was really the only issue we had. The staff members were always very friendly. They did a great job with activities for the residents. I would recommend The Grandview of Chisolm Trail to other families looking.

We chose Arabella of Athens because of the convenient location and just the reviews that we read through online. I also heard about them from others that I knew and they all said it was a great place. Everyone you come into contact with seems like they genuinely want to help. The facility itself has a lot to offer and at first glance it is very appealing. I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.

Good deal. I told my Mom after I put her there that If I need a place to go, I want to go there.

Good community, too far from family.

We know this community is struggling at times with staffing and have a consistent chef there so we aren't always getting the A+ services we were expecting but the staff are wonderful. StoneCreek of Littleton is a very modern, clean and well kept up community.

This was our 2nd choice.

I like that they have independent living, assisted living, and memory care. And I've already recommended them to someone I know. There's no place that's perfect, but my loved one is settled, and I don't feel compelled to move him anywhere. He's very mentally acute for his age, so I have no qualms about how he's being treated. This facility is brand spanking new at one year old. They opened right in the middle of Covid and have had some growing pains. Their sales person is excellent. She is honest, upfront, personable, and she was very supportive once we got moved in. She's the type of quality of staff that really makes the place shine. Although I think she's leaving soon though - we'll be sad to see her go! But if you get to work with her, she gives very good support. When we fist got there, things weren't going great. But they've made a number of staff changes, and things are better now. They had a problem filling open spots with temporaries, and that didn't work very well in my opinion. They now have hired full-time staff that have been trained, so things are better. Initially they made some medication errors, but that appears to have been resolved. I think they have a new executive director running the place, and I think that's going to be favorable. Early on, their quality control just needed improving, and I think I'm seeing some improvement now. But early on it was not sufficient. The food is improving as well over the last month or so, which seems to coincide with the new executive director. It looks like they have a lot of good activities available if you choose to participate. I feel it's a good value overall. It's actually a little less expensive than an independent living facility he came from, even with medication management included. However, the higher levels of care are quite a lot more money.
