The facility works all three areas, independent living, assisted living and memory care. I only deal with the assisted living part. Can't comment about the other two. Appears better suited to independent living but that subjective.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff do a good job. Communication with family is good. The move in process went smoothly. The food is good most of the time. The quality of food is good, just over cooked at times. Suggestions: More menu items for people on dialysis and transportation on the weekends for the residents.

I admire the overall dedication of the staff at The Brooks of Cibolo community! It's a bright and clean facility!! We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Clearfork has given us the ability to know while we are away from our loved one we can feel comfoted knowing they are taking care of them and they are recieving the care they need. This provides an ease of mind knowing things are handled.

Super friendly staff. Not always quick to help. They went on lock down this past month for Covid and were delivering meals to rooms and "forgot" about our loved one a couple of times. My loved one was in memory care there for a little over a week. When my loved one was able to eat, they did not tend to the needs. We had to request that they feed our loved one. It was really disappointing

It's a beautiful facility. The staff is caring. They could do better rotating the menu. My Mom gets tired of stuff but other than that I highly recommend it.

I am new to the area and heard about this facility and how great everything was including the memory care. I have been looking for my loved one a nice place to be where she will be taken care of correctly. As I am a nurse that has previously worked in facilities/ homes. The facility is great everything I was told. I spoke with an [name removed]. Which I believe she is the memory care coordinator or manager and a [name removed]. Well they were very informative about everything. While I am still looking around to make sure of the facility. I want to say this is a great place. I just want to look at a couple of more places before I make my final decision. Thanks to [name removed] for all the info.

The meals are good depending on the menu. They have a great maintenance supervisor as well as cleaning staff. My family feels we are well protected and the other residents that are living there are great!

My mom is currently a resident at The Bluffs of Flagstaff. My only comment is the food is delicious, but they run out of stuff all the time. The servers don't know and then they just bring you something else without asking if you would like it. Oh and the staff are great, but as with everywhere else, they are short staffed and many of the employees are trying to do 2 and 3 jobs. Overall, my mom is very happy at The Bluffs of Flagstaff.

I would recommend Tech Ridge to any friend & share my experience has been positive.The staff was welcoming, & the facility is very clean.

Our family had an in person tour with Alexis Pointe and we loved this community. However it was about [fee removed] more per month and they talked to our loved one sort of like she was a child.

What our family likes the most about The venues of Fort Bend are the people that are there. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend The Avenues of Fort Bend community to other families

Overall it has been good! But administration is slow at getting thing done. We have asked for things that have yet to be done, but we know they are short handed and our request are not urgent. Sue to our schedule and still settling -in, we have not eaten there or done activities yet.

As far as value goes, I give it a 4 because we find out as we go that some services we expected to find are "dependent on availability", and some they won't do at all. In comparison to other facilities in the area. The Bluffs is much more affordable. The facility is very clean and inviting, but I feel like there could be more attention paid to the cleanliness of his room. My biggest problem has been with the business end of things. I receive invoices just a few days (a couple times, hours) before they are due and have to scramble to pay them before late fees are charged. When my dad first moved in, twice I had to go downstairs to pay bills while I was trying to get him settled in his room because "we forgot to charge you for this, and if you don't pay it today, there will be a late fee. Oh, and I will only be here another 45 minutes". I didn't have my checkbook with me, and there was no time to go get it. I was told I could pay the bill through the portal which I did not have set up. It was set up for me and I made the two separate payments with my VISA and then found out when I got the receipt that I was charged over [fee removed]for each of the two transactions because I used my VISA. I was never told there would be an extra fee for something I had to do because I was given last minutes notice. The late fee would have been cheaper. They did eventually refund those extra charges after I complained. I was told they would invoice for the next month's rent by the 15th. I was invoiced for July on [date removed] and for August, yesterday [date removed]. Payment is due on the first. They do have an automatic payment system set up so payments can automatically be withdrawn from your bank, but I don't want to use it, because, at this point, I don't trust the accuracy of their invoices. I want to see the invoice before I pay it. On the whole, my dad is very happy living at The Bluffs, and says the care givers are very helpful. We've had a few issues with my dad's physical limitations and his 98 year old decision making skills (or lack thereof), but Tammy, the wellness coordinator, has been phenomenal in working with me to get things sorted out.

Highly recommend. Didn't find anything else near as nice.Looked at multiple places. By far the best atmosphere. Only place I felt good about placing my father at.Wonderful place. Highly recommended. Great staff

Though the reality has proven a bit less than what was presented to us during the selection process, overall we are pleased and grateful to have Mom at Cambridge Court.

We toured Legacy Oaks of Azle when searching for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. The cleanliness and friendliness were good. This was a nice facility. Our tour guide was very helpful and pleasant to talk with.

Double Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care is overall a good place I would recommend the facility to anyone They do or did have some inconsistent management concerns This never caused poor help from the caregivers though The Medicare folks were on the good side. The doctor visit was poor. We ended with the Hospice folks who were the best.

The good: Clean environment and caring staff/community. Lots of activities and events and families are encouraged to attend. Variety of meals. Holidays and birthdays/anniversaries are celebrated. For the most part when concerns are raised I feel they are addressed. Sagely app allows staff to send pictures to families and frequent Facebook posts. The not so good: Always seem understaffed in memory care with 1 aide per floor. The caregivers seem stretched thin trying to help sometimes 9-10 residents at a time. Bathrooms are rarely clean. Some caregivers interact with the residents better than others. Communication all around could be better from the staff. You have to advocate for your loved one and visit often to receive the best care.
