I can not say enough good things about the care my Dad received at Midtowne. Everyone was extremely friendly always greeted you with a hello and how are you. I would gladly recommend Midtowne to anyone that is looking for a place for their loved one.

My mother in law is doing good since moving into Valley View. She loves it there and we are even looking into maybe moving my parents into the community. The food is good and they offer a lot of activities for the residents. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

Unfortunately our loved one was unable to move in due to some medical issues that came up, but up until that point our experience with Valley View was absolutely wonderful. The gentleman who helped us out, Richard, was a huge help throughout the whole process, and the people were nothing but accommodating to us! They got the room set up just the way we wanted in terms of paint, carpet, appliances, etc! The facility and the grounds are beautiful, and everyone seemed very friendly. Even though we didn't end up getting to use them I could tell it would be a wonderful place, I'd definitely recommend at least looking into them!

I had to choose a place for my husband and ended up going with Cambridge Court. I am very happy with the decision and it definitely gives me a peace of mind. The staff are all nice and friendly and very helpful. The only thing I've noticed is sometimes they seem short staffed but they still get the job done. Since my husband is on the Long Term Care floor there isn't too much for him to do other that watch movies which is okay. The food is very well prepared and very good. I would highly recommend Cambridge Court.

Midtowne Memory Care was wonderful. I regret that my father was not moved there earlier in his illness. They treated my father with respect and dignity in the last days of his life. Every time I visited the unit, I saw engaging activities going on with the residents. My favorite was the Halloween party I happened upon. I highly recommend anyone who has a family member with memory problems to place them at Midtowne.

My mother absolutely loves it. They are very helpful and nice. The food is good, my mother loves the food. Some of the others we looked at were more expensive. The activity director has fun activities. They had a birthday party yesterday and all the memory section was able to come down and participate in the party.

The activities at Midtowne Assisted Living and Memory Care are phenomenal. Their community director is amazing. The activities director is just as sweet as can be. All of the staff are nice individually. They just need more thorough follow through and routine. I would like to see the staff be a little more aggressive when it comes to getting things done. If I were older and my family place me here I would have no issues.

There is a good variety of activities at Midtowne Assisted Living and Memory Care. As a new facility, the staff has not always been able to keep up with the growing number of residents. But I know they are trying their best even as they hire and train new people. The administrators are so friendly here and are willing to answer any questions you may have.

We're very happy with the price, location, and care that mom is getting. The facility is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's excellent. It has been great.

It's going pretty well so far. It's kept very clean. The food looks good, and they say it's good. They are very well taken care of and everyone is nice. My loved ones don't participate much in the activities, so it's hard to rate that part.

Our experience with Oyster Creek has been very good. Everyone there is very warm and friendly. My mother is very happy there. If there were anything that could improve it would be that they could have a little more proactive communication with family to keep us updated on how things are going. Other than that I really can't think of anything they can do better as they are really doing great!

I wouldnt have asked for a better assisted living. They really help my loved one having dementia. There is some activities to help them with it and take it by day by day. He seems really happy their as long as that is then im happy too. The facility is also always nice and clean. The staff does a really great job.

We are new to CC, and have found it to be as we hoped. My mother who is there now raves about the care she gets.

Oyster Creek is a fantastic place! Everyone is so friendly, and they are so accommodating. Anyone you speak to is happy to help with anything you ask, the whole place just gives you a warm fuzzy feeling. The facility itself is beautiful, well kept, and clean. My loved one is doing great here, I would highly recommend them!

Richard the director of community relations is fantastic. He was so helpful in getting my dad and step mom moved into their apartment. As for cleanliness the carpets in the hallways are worn and stained. The Apartment itself was very clean and nice. The meals are good and lots of activities if your parents want to participate.

They're doing a great job here so far, I'm very comfortable, and that is what really matters. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and they keep the facility looking clean and well kept. They have a full meal service, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and while the food is not spectacular it isn't bad. I'd give the food a 4 out of 5.

So far, she seems to like it very much. The meals are good, and there are always people around if you want. It's nice that you can go to your room if you want to have some privacy.
