We have not been able to move there yet, however everything that we've seen, everything that they have offered has been excellent. It was very clean and attractive with absolutely no odors, the grounds were lovely. The personnel was excellent. One of the things that was appealing to us is that, even though there is some Alzheimers and dementia, he will be able to go on drives in the van. The environment and meeting the needs that we have and the security. I think they are very reasonable. We looked at places that were a thousand dollars more a month for less. The menus looked varied and healthy.

The tour went very well. David was very accommodating. My son and I were impressed. I am giving serious thought about moving me mother to Cambridge.

it is my first choise without a move in date.

I REALLY love this facility! The community manager is the most helpful person and actually took time to answer all of our questions there. She even called to check in on us to make sure we didn't have any other questions, and she even called me back on a weekend that I just happened to pop in to her facility and she was out of the office. Unfortunately, my grandmother is at a point where assisted living is no longer an option, but I am definitely filing this facility in my notes when I start looking for my father.

I would like more craft activities. Hopefully the dining room and kitchen are finished soon. The washer and dryer are not good appliances. Otherwise I'm happy with Ledgestone.

After my loved one moved in, she seems to be adjusting very nicely. We like the facility. The other residents are a lot of nice people and very helpful. They kitchen does run out of sweet potatoes a lot, but other than that, it’s pretty good. And she’s enjoying herself with the activities.

It's a good place, with nice friendly people. My loved one enjoys having lunch with the gals and spending time with the other residents. We've had an overall great experience except for the food and housekeeping. They had a great chef that left, and the new chef is not as good. And I think they need to get some new maids. One of them has a hurt back, so she can't really do things like take out the garbage. She basically just sweeps the floor and wipes around things. She doesn't pick things up and move them to clean anything, which has been kind of frustrating. I feel like we're paying an awful lot of money to not have good food and cleaning services. They've also been charging us late fees when the automatic debit didn't go through on their end. But all in all, it's pretty good place.

I think it's one of the better places in Tyler. They have a friendly and caring staff. The food is good. It seems fairly nutritional, and they give you plenty. Cleanliness is good but could be a little better. It seems like the floors don't always look clean, but I know that's difficult. What activities they do have are good, bingo and other games. I think it would be good if they had a little more of that. If a resident is struggling, the workers will sit with them and help them participate, which is good. One other thing I would like to see more of is exercise. I know there's a woman who comes in the mornings and leads some easy exercises, but I would like to see more of that, maybe another session in the afternoon, especially since they don't have regular rehab and machines and that sort of thing.

This property is Top Notch! From the friendly professional staff, cleanliness of the property all the way to the commitment to excellence was evident and we knew this would be the perfect spot for our family member.

Love Legacy Oaks and they do for the aZle community with their events.

The building has a beautifully decorated interior and it is a friendly community. The staff are accommodating and very respectful of the residents and their families. The apartments are spacious and modern with an accessible, open, and bright floor plan. I looked at several other communities and we chose this community because of the location and the feeling we got. The food is good, They offer a lot of variety, specials and a ala carte menu. The residents input is included in the menu planning as well. They offer a good variety of scheduled activities.

We are happy with The Avenues of Fort Bend. I know my parent is safe and looked after. I wish more attention was given to the daily hygiene of my parent, though. We pay for a certain level of care, and they tend to lack attention in this area.

When I first visited Cambridge Court trying to find a facility for my mother I was impressed with so many details. It started with a greeting when I opened the door and asked if they could help. It was just the beginning of many years of outstanding services until the day Mother passed. Her room was sunny and bright and always kept clean, as was the whole facility. It became a home with many friendly faces wanting to help with any issue. The care she was given surpassed any of my expectations. Also, as one who took care of finances, I found that Cambridge Court was most affordable for all the services provided.Warm

As you can imagine, it was very stressful to move Mom to assisted living. Everyone at Midtowne made it as easy as possible for us. I have yet to meet a single employee who isn't kind and considerate. My Mom loves everyone there and they love her. My complaints are trivial in the big scheme of things (a few laundry errors, some paperwork errors, etc) because they take GREAT care of my Mom and that's all that really matters!

Great service. Easy going and sensible personnel that identifies with your worries for Mom. They are with you all the way through the search for a good home for your ove ones. Thanks for all your help. It was much easier to find a nursing home for my Mom with your help. Thank you sooo much

When I first toured this facility, I felt comfortable and my Mother has adjusted very well. This facility is not perfect but they try really hard to be. Anytime I have questions, the staff is very responsive in getting back to me. They treat my mom very well and if anything small happens, they let me know immediately. I feel great knowing that she’s here. The facility itself is clean and picked up. They try really hard because it is an older building. They do offer a lot of activities to keep her mind busy like balloon volleyball, trivia games, and music therapy. I would recommend this facility to other families.

We really wanted to move my mother into Valley View, but unfortunately, she now needs skilled nursing. Valley View would have been great. The people there seem really nice, and both [Removed] are just phenomenal people. The rest of the staff is super helpful, the food is good, and it is all around a very nice community. It is by far the nicest, cleanest place with the nicest rooms and people we saw while we were searching for a place for my mom. We have moved her to a skilled nursing facility that is also very good, but we were quite pleased with Valley View.

This community was very nice. It is brand new everything was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was extremely nice and informative. We really had no complaints other than there would be a transportation cost to bring my mother back to Weatherford if she had any sort of appointments. That I felt was a little extreme.
