We like the place, it's lovely. It's clean, and the staff is friendly, the activity level is fabulous. They enjoy the food, though it isn't always served in a timely manor. They are still a new place, and they are trying to staff up. There have been a few growing pains. There have been medication mix ups. I think they grew faster than they could staff. All in all though it's a good place so far.

I think they do a very good job overall at Midtowne Assisted Living! The staff here is friendly and professional, and they do a great job looking after the people who live here. The facility itself is brand new, and they do a great job keeping things looking clean and well kept. I toured quite a few options in the area while I was looking for senior care, and this place really stood out to me as one of the best!

I placed my mother in Canterbury court assisted living on 22 February and she made a quick adjustment. The room is wonderful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The activities are great for the people and they continue to keep the people active and engaged with each other. Mom danced at a Madagascar party. She hasn't danced in years! This was a joy to see. I can find nothing so far that we are unhappy about. This has been wonderful for us and we were assisted by a home for mom. I can only hope others can find such a good fit for there loved ones.

My father really likes it there. Facility is only about a year and half old. This is an assisted living facility but not a skilled nursing place. He gets around ok so it works out fine. The staff seems to really care about everyone there and are super friendly. They make sure that he comes down for every meal and if not, they go and check on him. It was fairly comparable in price with others in the area, but they don't charge extra to do his laundry and some things that other places would charge more for. I also found out that there is a non-refundable community fee just to get in. I found $2500. and also $2250. on some, but this facility was $1500. That being said they gave a break to my father because he is a veteran :-) only $750. My father unfortunately has cancer and is no longer being treated, so one thing that I also found out along the way is that you can get hospice set up ahead of time and they can take over the medical aspect (upon insurance approval). The facility and the hospice service/facility work together to make sure his health is monitored. When he lost balance and hit his head they let me know and between the two they took care of everything. Less stress on me and it wasn't me with him at the ER for once!

I've only visited a few times myself, but my Dad seems to like it here. It is a nice looking, clean community, and the staff all seem very friendly. It's "affordable" as far as assisted living costs go. Dad has also had good things to say about the food.

We love it that mom likes it and feels comfortable there. Communication could be better. There could be more consistency in the overall process of care. Some tasks fall through the cracks at times.

Had an enjoyable experience. We were there for four hours which for my mom was a little long but we ate lunch there and the food was good and we enjoyed seeing other residents. The sales associate was very personable and was very attentive to my mom. Which I really appreciated.

What we like the most about the community is that it is a friendly home with nice people. Sure, I'd recommend the community to other families based on the experience

They are very committed to communication and helping the family as well as the resident. We are adjusting to each other as in all new ventures but it is going well.

The staff was very caring, the activities director was awesome always kept the memory care members engaged with cooking, creating socialization in fun and creative ways Staff always kept me informed on anything going on with mom in real time not after the fact (falls, change in condition etc) The only thing I think could improve the room would be a closet for hanging items or at least a hook for coat, sweater etc

Facility is great as is staff, but we already are experiencing a price increase.

It is a good place. By in large we have been happy with the care. There were a few situations but when it was brought to the attention of the manager, it was dealt with. The food is not the greatest. It is not bad but just mediocre. The Nurse Practitioner is attentive & seems to be knowledgeable. The apartment is quite nice. It is roomy but not too big. It has lots of cabinet & storage space. The maintenance people are quick to respond to problems. The staff is very nice. They all know the residents by name & I think they know all of their conditions. We even had one of the med techs catch us in the parking lot, as we were taking Dad out for the day, to give him his medication for the day. That is great care. I would highly recommend StoneCreek of Copperfield to any potential residents.

I would give it a five, but response times have been kind of slow. However, part of that is my mom's extreme limited mobility and the availability of people to help her. The food is awesome. The place is really clean. And the main staff has been really really helpful. They're also really friendly. They really try hard to fill the day with activities and keep people informed

It's a great facility!! They were not capable of dealing with mean Alzheimer!! It was a good place! They where not prepared to deal with someone that is mean

Staff is great and helpful, only complaint from my mother-in-law is the food. She used to work in the catering business, so she's more knowledgeable in that area. She's been in the assisted living part of it, but transferring to independent living soon. The staff, caretakers and physical therapist are the only reason she's doing so well.

This community is clean, friendly and safe. My friend is so happy loves the meals and active engaged calendar.

My parents were in the independent living cottages, so they did not technically receive care. However, the staff was kind and caring and would provide limited care as needed (e.g., if Dad fell, Mom could call and someone would come to their aid. I cannot be sure about the value as we did not compare so much. We chose what was proximal and it is a lovely community. I did forget to mention that my parents, sadly, did not participate in the activities due to their health statuses. Dad became largely confined to a wheelchair and would very often be sleepy. Mom would not go on her own. It was very sad, because it could have been so lovely.

They were short handed the month my mom was there. Everyone was really pleasant and did the best they could but there were very few activities and the wait was long at meal times. The atmosphere was very pleasant and my mom felt very safe.

There is a lot of staff turnover. The personnel that help get you acclimated are great. It's the health care that work directly with the client that changes. Overall my loved one was provided with good care.

No place can be perfect. For our mom its been very good in spite of shortcomings inherent to this industry. The staff has always been helpful. There have been some nice activities surrounding lunch and dinner activities. Past that mom pretty much stays in her room with the exception of church. My mom has no control over her bladder or bowels. So that is part of reason I have no other comments. The facility is very nice and she is getting good care.
