Legacy Oaks is an amazing facility that truly cares for it's residents. They go above and beyond to make sure they have everything they need. From chef prepared meals to fun, engaging activities, Legacy Oaks is the whole package!

This place is so beautiful and classy! The food is delicious and the staff is so friendly. [name removed] gave me a tour and she is just a joy, so knowledgeable and kind! Anyone would be so lucky to live here!

I would tell my friends, that they are very considerate. They are very kind to the families. However, they are very slow at getting maintenance to the apartments, and sometimes uses COVID as an excuse. They do a great job at keeping an eye on my loved one and other residents. The building itself is very nice. You walk in and it feels like a resort or hotel. The community rushed to get my loved one's apartment available. We were on a wait list. Then they called quickly, and said there was an apartment do you want it? I let them know that we could make it work. I rushed to get my loved one packed, and up to the community. The Hamptons called three days before we were to move in, and said the room wasn't ready. I let the community know they needed to find a way. They were able to make it ready for us. They stated they will raise rent on average 4% each year. We have a continental breakfast and one hot meal a day included in the price we pay. The community has home health office on the premises. This has been so helpful to my loved one. This is very affordable. They do his laundry, check on him daily, and dispense medication. This is a separate company than the Hamptons. The residents keep an eye on each other. They let the families know if they see something that is concerning to them.

The staff are communicative, they know me by name, and who I am visiting. For the money and the care and it is well worth it. They do offer a lot of activities on and off site. The activities is a well rounded program. I was impressed and I am very pleased. I am totally confient that she is well taken care of and 'comfortable there. I would absolutely recommmend this community. The community is spotless, very clean, and smells pleasant.

I love this community. One of of benefits is that my mother lives right across the street from me. When someone is in your daily path, you see them more often and you can't put a price on that. Some of the caregivers they have right now are some on the most phenomenal people I have ever dealt with. The caregivers do things out of the kindness of their hearts and treat my mother as if she is their own mother. I would recommend this community to other families.

We felt that is was a good and safe environment for our parents. The staff are great, friendly, and caring. The food was not that good there. We chose this community because the cost was excellent and couldn't be beat. I would recommend this community to other families. Their apartment was nice, the building was older and some of the repairs weren't the best quality. Overall, it was a good experience.

I think the staff are very friendly, very kind, and its a very nice brand new beautiful facility. Overall, it's a nice place. We chose this community because it was new and I wanted my aunt to feel comfortable and enjoy it. I would recommend this community to other families. The food is good and they offer a variety. With COVID lock down, there no activities or mental and physical stimulation, which has been extremely frustrating. They are doing a great job keeping everyone safe.

I chose this community because it is close to family and close to home. The food is average. I have been working on a flower bed in the courtyard. The caregivers are very good and very dedicated. They have gone out of their way to keep themselves away from COVID exposure and to keep the residents safe as well as all of our staff. Our activities director tries so hard to get as many people involved and participating in activities, with social distance procedures, as possible. I would absolutely recommend this community. It is worth your time to take look and consider Arabella.

Stone creek is the best place that I have seen. The caregivers are very caring and personable. We chose this community because the timing with availability and location is close to my work. The food is good and they offer a variety in restaurant style dining. I would recommend it this community to other families.

It is awesome there The staff are caring, loving, and very concerned about my mom. I get phone calls telling me how she is doing. Right now with COVID, the communication is awesome. My mom says the food is good and they offer a variety. The staff are super friendly and I would give them a ten out of five if I could. We chose this community because after looking at quite a few communities, they had availability. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

It a very comfortable place. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They have done a very good job during the Corona virus and for several months they had no cases and have keep the residents safe. We chose this community, they offer the continuum of care so that my mom can age in place so she never needs move again. I would recommend this community to other families..

Especially under the current circumstances, they are doing the best that can at this point. Most of the caregivers are dedicated to the care of the residents. The food was excellent before COVID but now is not as good. We chose this community because they were able to accommodate both of my parents so they could stay together but still meet their different care needs.

Considering their age, they don't offer enough activities to keep her occupied. She would like more of a variety of activities. They do offer exercise every morning, which she really enjoys. She enjoyed being able to to church, but they can't right now during COVID. The apartments are very nice, the common is nice, and awesome dining area that looks like a restaurant. They have the bistro that offers coffee, fruit water, croissants, and snacks. The bistro opens up to a big covered patio. The have a nice TV and activity room as well. The do awesome on her medications and their is a close by pharmacy. Her PCP comes to the community as well.

The staff takes care very personal interest in the residents. They are a great support to both families and the residents. I chose this community because they has an immediate availability, it was very clean, and the staff were clearly knowledgeable. They offer activities in the memory care that are appropriate for the residents. The food is good and they offer some variety.

They have lots of things to do at Valley View. It is a great place. Communication is wonderful. Everything they promised me they have delivered. They call me all the time with updates. I feel very comfortable with my mom being there even now when I can’t go see her.

The staff at Cambridge Village has been amazing! The meals are delicious...no one leaves hungry! Repairs are made in a timely manner. Everyone is so helpful, too. We love it here!!!

Beautiful facility. Not established enough to rate activity and engagement level

Our parents lived in a big house out in the country, and had been using home caregivers for 12-hour daytime care. Their declining health and their isolation, prompted us to seek out a different, better care situation for them, where they could continue to be together. We visited 5 assisted living communities that also had memory care units, and Ledgestone Assisted Living Community definitely surpassed them all!!! We were wowed when we first walked in the door by their beautiful open dining room, common living areas, and fully stocked bistro. We were further impressed when touring their spacious one bedroom apartments (perfect for our parents), their activity room and hair salon. We loved the calendar full of fun, varied activities, and learning about the availability of an in-house nurse practitioner and lab. We brought our mom to lunch and a tour. Although she said it was all very nice, she and our dad did NOT want to leave their home. However, with the amazing assistance of [name removed], the Community Relationships Director, in a week’s time we had our parents moved in with their own familiar furniture surrounding them. After just two days of the delicious meals, and the lovely, conscientious caregivers and med techs, both our parents told us they loved their apartment and would be just fine there. My sister and I left that evening with happy tears and a huge sense of relief, knowing our parents were happy and well cared for. We are so grateful to the genuinely caring,competent staff at Ledgestone for helping them create a new home and a loving extended family.
