I would go there in a heartbeat. You can't get that service for the money in my part of the country. I am so blessed my loved one is in this community. The staff take such good care of my loved one. They take care of any requests I have for my loved one. They are phenomenal!

The community encourages the residents to come out of their apartments and socialize. If the staff doesn't see a specific resident in the morning. The staff will check on the resident. Stone Creek is a great place, it is like a hotel. The rooms are very nice. The residents are happy. The staff has been there for awhile and contacts the families weekly and sometimes daily update them on their loved one. They keep track of each activity the residents are doing and report to the families. They have personal pictures of the activity of your loved one. This comforting to have that communication. There was a time that the van driver noticed that my loved one didn't look like herself. Turnsout my loved one's had low blood pressure, and the staff was able to continue checking on my loved one. They even went and helped her contact her doctor that day.

We tried several assisted care facilities in the AUSTIN area before a friend of my Sisters recommended this Ledgestone property. We can finally sleep at night knowing our Mother is truly being cared for properly. The staff is professional and courteous and the property is beautiful. Our Mother is happy and comfortable and we are at peace knowing that she is finishing a fine life in the care of these fine and caring people.

I really like the administration that is in charge. They are proactive in communicating with me about my loved one. They want me to stay involved with my loved one's both the current care and the preventive care of my loved one.

We chose Elk Creek Assisted Living because it was recommended to us, it is convenient for the family, and when when walked in it just felt right to us. She is in a single room without a kitchenette and it is just the right size for her. I have seen what they prepare before COVID and I have eaten here a couple times and I thought it was good. I was impressed because when COVID came along they were one of the first facilities to lock down. They have also been very good with communication during everything going on and proactive. We have been very happy with our experience here.

We chose Stone Creek Assisted Living because when we toured, my mom liked it better than any place we looked at and also the location played a key. Her room size here is spacious, they have different sizes as well to choose from. She said the variety and quality of the food is great. The best part about the community for my brother and I so far has been the peace of mind knowing that she is well cared for. As far as for her, she is happy with the facility overall and considers it home now.

The staff at Legacy Oaks is outstanding. The building is maintained and very clean. Residents are happy and the food is great. Plenty of activities for the residents also.

Legacy Oaks is an amazing facility that truly cares for it's residents. They go above and beyond to make sure they have everything they need. From chef prepared meals to fun, engaging activities, Legacy Oaks is the whole package!

This place is so beautiful and classy! The food is delicious and the staff is so friendly. [name removed] gave me a tour and she is just a joy, so knowledgeable and kind! Anyone would be so lucky to live here!

I would tell my friends, that they are very considerate. They are very kind to the families. However, they are very slow at getting maintenance to the apartments, and sometimes uses COVID as an excuse. They do a great job at keeping an eye on my loved one and other residents. The building itself is very nice. You walk in and it feels like a resort or hotel. The community rushed to get my loved one's apartment available. We were on a wait list. Then they called quickly, and said there was an apartment do you want it? I let them know that we could make it work. I rushed to get my loved one packed, and up to the community. The Hamptons called three days before we were to move in, and said the room wasn't ready. I let the community know they needed to find a way. They were able to make it ready for us. They stated they will raise rent on average 4% each year. We have a continental breakfast and one hot meal a day included in the price we pay. The community has home health office on the premises. This has been so helpful to my loved one. This is very affordable. They do his laundry, check on him daily, and dispense medication. This is a separate company than the Hamptons. The residents keep an eye on each other. They let the families know if they see something that is concerning to them.

The staff are communicative, they know me by name, and who I am visiting. For the money and the care and it is well worth it. They do offer a lot of activities on and off site. The activities is a well rounded program. I was impressed and I am very pleased. I am totally confient that she is well taken care of and 'comfortable there. I would absolutely recommmend this community. The community is spotless, very clean, and smells pleasant.

I love this community. One of of benefits is that my mother lives right across the street from me. When someone is in your daily path, you see them more often and you can't put a price on that. Some of the caregivers they have right now are some on the most phenomenal people I have ever dealt with. The caregivers do things out of the kindness of their hearts and treat my mother as if she is their own mother. I would recommend this community to other families.

We felt that is was a good and safe environment for our parents. The staff are great, friendly, and caring. The food was not that good there. We chose this community because the cost was excellent and couldn't be beat. I would recommend this community to other families. Their apartment was nice, the building was older and some of the repairs weren't the best quality. Overall, it was a good experience.

I think the staff are very friendly, very kind, and its a very nice brand new beautiful facility. Overall, it's a nice place. We chose this community because it was new and I wanted my aunt to feel comfortable and enjoy it. I would recommend this community to other families. The food is good and they offer a variety. With COVID lock down, there no activities or mental and physical stimulation, which has been extremely frustrating. They are doing a great job keeping everyone safe.

I chose this community because it is close to family and close to home. The food is average. I have been working on a flower bed in the courtyard. The caregivers are very good and very dedicated. They have gone out of their way to keep themselves away from COVID exposure and to keep the residents safe as well as all of our staff. Our activities director tries so hard to get as many people involved and participating in activities, with social distance procedures, as possible. I would absolutely recommend this community. It is worth your time to take look and consider Arabella.

Stone creek is the best place that I have seen. The caregivers are very caring and personable. We chose this community because the timing with availability and location is close to my work. The food is good and they offer a variety in restaurant style dining. I would recommend it this community to other families.

It a very comfortable place. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They have done a very good job during the Corona virus and for several months they had no cases and have keep the residents safe. We chose this community, they offer the continuum of care so that my mom can age in place so she never needs move again. I would recommend this community to other families..

Especially under the current circumstances, they are doing the best that can at this point. Most of the caregivers are dedicated to the care of the residents. The food was excellent before COVID but now is not as good. We chose this community because they were able to accommodate both of my parents so they could stay together but still meet their different care needs.
