Our family had an in person tour and we actually have a friend there who is having a good experience. The Ridglea is so beautiful, it is like a fancy hotel but we just thought it would be to big and overwhelming for our loved one.

Our family had an in person tour and Arabella is a nice community we even have some friends moving in there quite soon, but the reason we did not choose it was because of the price. Another facility we were looking at as a set rate for life, but Arabella's pricing is one that fluctuates which we did not really want.

This was the facility I liked the most out of the many that we toured, I wish my mom would have moved here. It was brand new when we were touring and it seemed like they provided a ton of activites, especially in memory care. We also liked that it is faith based.

I'm very impressed with them. I've been pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and how well they have worked with us. We had actually visited Valley View several years ago, and I was not impressed with them whatsoever. This time, my experience and my opinion has been totally turned around. My understanding is they had a change of management since the time that we visited previously. My loved one likes the food. The menu is always posted, and I don't really hear complaints from the other residents either. I've been a little disappointed there aren't more activities. But they're trying, and I think they're doing the best they can at the moment. But overall I think it's a good value. Her little apartment is cute, and the people are friendly.

We really liked StoneCreek. The facility was convenient for us, but we went in knowing they were already at capacity. I toured with my aunt and they took additional time to show her their regular apartments for when it comes time for her to start looking. In the end, we decided we wanted a facility for my mom that was strictly memory care.

This community was good but not as good as my top choices. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and willing to show me around.

I really liked Harvest of Roanoke. The only problem for us is they don't have medical services there on-site, and they didn't have respite services at the time that we needed them. But I believe they do now offer respite stays.

Our family is very pleased with having our mom move to The Brooks of Cibolo. She is making friends, is socializing more and she's participating in some of the various activities available. Our family believes the decision to move Mom to The Brooks was the best for her and the assisted care she needs. It has also given us more peace of mind knowing she is happy and safe at The Brooks.

Stone Creek is new retirement community and is going through the predictable growing pains of opening a new community along with the challenge of Covid. I could not disagree more with the negative review, as we have had a completely different experience with both of my parents. Stone Creek is one of the nicest communities that we encountered in our search for Senior Living. The staff are compassionate and treat the residents and their extended family, " like family". My father passed away this July and Stone Creek took residents and staff to attend his funeral. They have taken such good care of my Mom since the loss of my Dad. They take all precautions with Covid and communicate with families. I feel my Mom is in a safe environment that is not only beautiful and well appointed, but I feel she is loved. A doctor visits her room, a hair salon is on site and growing activities are provided. I sleep well at night, knowing my Mom is cared for and appreciated.

The meals and dining services here could be a little bit improved but the activities are really good.

I visit Legacy Oaks of Azle several times a month. I observe the interaction between staff and residents and have to say the staff is great. The staff is quick to respond to any want or need of the residents. The community is always clean and fresh. There is plenty of open well lighted spaces for the residents. The food is also great. I've eaten there several time and always enjoyed the food. Definite 5-Star community.

I am moving my 90-year old parents to the assisted living facility in Legacy Oaks. [name removed] has been so very helpful! She has shown each of my parents and my daughter the new apartment and has patiently answered so many questions! She responds immediately to all of my emails. [name removed] is also great and gave my mom and me a tour of the independent living facility. All of the staff that we have met have been caring and friendly to my parents and this is making the transition much easier for all of us!

when mom is ready we will be choosing this facility. all the others are in areas or streets that are too busy. this is near a golf course and a peaceful residential area. All the art and furniture is super nice in the building and the courtyards have these fountains that mom loved. All the people we met from the staff to all the folks that lived there seemed really happy.

We had a very positive tour with Harvest of Roanoke, I think it is the best of the best.

MY NEW HOME = in over 80 years, one of the best decisions I have ever made = my Family and my Executors are VERY happy my decisions and choice of location! Bottom line, I love my new home and especially how stress free my life has become! And, when I independently go out wearing my name tag, I tell those who ask, living here can only get better with the amenities, activities, food and services provided.

This is a new beautiful facility with a friendly, wonderful staff. My Mom and step Dad live in the assisted living side and they are well taken care of. They eat 3 good meals and have a beautiful apartment. There are lots of activities planned but they like their private time so are happy doing their own things. The nursing staff, housekeeping, and management staff are excellent.

Gorgeous property! The cottages are only for memory care and the rest of the property is independent living. A little more expensive when you consider all the add-ons but a lot of activities and perks. Good location. Not too far from Firewheel Town Center. Quite a distance from the main VA hospital but not the Garland VA.

Very nice, but very expensive and almost full, like 1-2 rooms left. So they don’t have any specials going on or will work on price. The MC is on nicer side but currently at 50% and all very progressed in disease

They made the move in processes very easy, the food is much better. The staff is very caring, and they have a lot of activities. The staff are very easy to work with, our only negative would be that they are at times understaffed.
