Cambridge Village was an extremely nice and gorgeous facility. I absolutely loved the apartment styles, they were spacious and modern. It looks like things I would do in my own home. It was a great tour, my loved ones just needed more care.

The staff is very nice and friendly; the community is very clean. It's like being at home, it gives you a home-feeling and not like you're in a facility. The people there are awesome, I like the idea that they're always doing activities. They've done word trivia, made bird feeder kits, beach ball basketball, painted nails, etc., they do so much stuff. My friends apartment is very nice, we had to provide the furniture. I like idea the there's a window on every side of the room. There are two people in her room, with a wall in between them. There's a window on both sides of the room, unlike a hospital where there's only one window. It's also really bright in her room. I would recommend The Brooks of Cibolo to others!

This has been a very hard move for my mom and our family . The staff have been so kind, supportive., always a listening. ear and ready to give a much needed hug. I love Alexis Pointe!

The staff members have been super helpful and pleasant from the front end - they were not pushy at all and just calmly showed up everything they have to offer. We really like the cottages the residents have and based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

Absolutely the most beautiful facility that we have looked at. Bright open and inviting with tall ceilings and a grand entry way. It has a private dining area where you can sit and eat with family ar friends. Large and open dining room area with great food and wonderful residents that are very friendly. The staff is absolutely amazing and were very helpful to dad. We really enjoyed the outdoor car show with awesome hot dogs and more. Dad absolutely loved the sweet lady that drove the transportation shuttle for appointments. She was always so kind and helpful. I believe she's the same lady that also does the events and the exercises. She was truly wonderful. [name removed] was also super wonderful and could always find the answers we needed day or night! She was so valuable to us during my dad's stay at Grandview.

My father was there, and he had the best care, he was treated like royalty the entire time he was there. It started with [name removed], she stayed late to help us get all the paperwork completed so we could get him admitted in the short time we presented her with. [name removed] treated my father like a king anytime she would transport him to one of his appointments. [name removed] was always helping us along the way, even the maintenance man, [name removed] was kind to us, they were always quick to respond with the best solution and doing whatever was necessary to make Grandview the best place to be. Everyone there, residents included loved the food, appreciated the staff, it was always a pleasant treat to stay and eat with him as we spoke with other residence that really loved this place. There were so many other employees that were there that always went above and beyond. It was a blessing that we found this place.

We love living in our town house, we have our own garage and really great neighbors. We love this town. Right now due to the covid restrictions we are not eating in the dining room but they are delivering the meals and the food is very good. Right now the activities are also fairly limited.

It feels like home; the friendliness of the staff spills over into the residents as well. When there is a new face or couple in the dining room, many many residents go over to introduce themselves and will even sit down and eat with them - it's that kind of homey feeling. What also stands out to me is the employee(s) at the front desk are always so friendly and welcoming. Whether you're brand new coming in for the first time, or a resident whos been there a while; they always have a friendly greeting and I think that's very very important. We lived somewhere else prior to The Brooks and the difference is, this feels like home and not an organization.

I thought Cambridge Court was a very nice facility. The reason we did not choose them was because it was much larger and we did not feel our loved one would get as much personalized attention. It was still very nice though.

What initially drew us to The Hamptons at Pineforest was the location, it is close to my mom and that was important to keep them close by so they could visit often. We have really liked the staff so far, they have been friendly and helpful in every way imaginable and we would definitely recommend the facility to others.

We went with Arabella of Red Oak because of the fact that it was a brand new clean facility and the director was more than helpful and accommodating with our needs. The management and staff was and has been just truly amazing and that was the main selling point for our family as it should be for others as well. My loved one is on insulin and they have been able to help us out with that as well. I would definitely recommend to others looking for assisted living.

I would highly recommend Arabella of Longview to others for their loved ones. The facilities, activities, architecture, and the staff are all things that stand out to me. The staff are very easy to get along with and accommodating the family's needs and questions about our loved one. It is not the most inexpensive option; however, it is worth the money. Laundry, changing of linens, meals, housekeeping, utilities including cable and phone, and the room are included in the monthly rate. The community has activities for the residents to participate in. They also have transportation for the residents to use if needed for doctor appointments, and more.

The tour was great and very nice and gave me the information that I needed about the community. I was able to see everything that I needed about this community.

Overall I have had a very good experience with The Grand of Prospect Senior Living and I would recommend the facility to others looking for independent living.

The staff are very friendly people. They really try to meet the needs of the residents. My loved one said the food was really good. Overall it's a friendly and caring community. I think it was worth the money.

This was a very nice facility, good feel. The people we met where very nice. Opportunities were nice with activities. Only drawback was geographical. Her doctors were just too far.

I would recommend Autumn Wind in general. The main thing is the staff is friendly. It's a bright, sunny general atmosphere there. There are challenges due to the pandemic, but they try very hard and do a good job.
