They are very loving to the memory care patients and interact with them well. Improvements are maybe keeping patients clothes with their owners. (A small thing) but a bigger issue is letting them shower on their own, if they are able.

I thought The Grand Senior Living was great. I liked that it was very new and clean.

The bluffs is newly opened has a great team and awesome community. The community has different departments and each department has great energy. Each staff will go out of their way and put each resident first.

With movie night, arts and crafts, pub night, swimming, and many more things to do, this property is able to bring the AL side and the IL side together to have fun and meet new residents and staff.

It's an amazing place for senior citizens to call home for retirement, it's a brand new building so it's very clean with brand new apartments to call home with an amazing staff all the way around in all departments.

Double Creek is a new build with all the bells and whistles. It was beautiful and I would put myself there, but much more expensive and fancier than we needed.

We have a family friend who is a resident here and she loves it. We have visited on several occasions and the staff is always friendly and attentive, the area is always secure and very clean, and the food always smells and looks really food. Moreover, she has several friends that I have spoken to and they love it as well. One is a veteran and as a veteran myself it was good to hear him give a good review. We considered the Arabella community for my mom, but we don't live locally anymore. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching. They are still at the top of our search in comparison to what we've found locally.

What sticks out most about The Harvest of Roanoke is the staff. They are very attentive and communicate well with the family. I would highly recommend the facility and already have to others!

This was a great community with wonderful follow up questions. They cared for the family and our loved one during the tour.

We picked this community because, of the friendly staff, location, and cleanliness. They should add more, beef options for the meals. Everyone is very friendly, including the employees and the people who live there. It's a 100% great place to live!

I toured with Double Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care. I did like the facility, but personally I did not like the location. The staff were al very nice. It was much more expensive than the facility we ended up choosing for our loved one.

I’m in the independent living section of Legacy Oaks. Staff is very accommodating - meals are great - our apartment and amenities are priced reasonably. The one thing that I like is the different activities that are available to the residents too take advantage of. I recommend Legacy Oaks to everyone that asks.

The Brooks is much bigger with more of a resort-like feel. It is also a little too far out of San Antonio for our needs as this time.

The Bluffs offers enhanced amenities that include an indoor pool, putting green, steakhouse, movie theater, and salon. The residents are very active and social with multiple outdoor events, live music, visual arts, education programs, and workshops. The team provides compassionate and caring service that is like a 5-star resort.

The best place in town. The community has parking for Independent Residents that are still able to drive and have vehicles.

So far so good! One of the things that really struck us about The Grandview was how very bright, sunny, and happy it felt. The people are all friendly and open and have made Dad feel at home. The staff are learning how to figure my dad out and his needs - he can be tricky one to figure out. But they're asking questions of us when they need to, and we expected that learning and growing process going in. He loves the food and cleans his plate all the time. We've also tried the food and thought it was delicious as well. They always make sure he's not sitting alone, which we appreciate. And it's a great value, which is one of the things that initially drew us to The Grandview.

Based on our experience we would recommend the Long Creek community to other families.

The Grandview of Chisolm Trail has been a great experience so far, we have no problems and it is just a night and day experience compared to our loved ones previous community. The cleanliness is great and the staff members are all super nice. Our loved one absolutely loves the meals and dining service. They have quite a variety of activities like Sunday Church services, a gardening club, flower arranging classes, bingo and they take fields trips to the local stores. We would definitely recommend this community to other families

When you walk into Alexis Pointe, you feel like you are walking into a warm home with a loving family. The staff take wonderful care of the residents as if they were, in fact, their own family. The building is absolutely beautiful with a lovely courtyard in the middle. I work with many residents that live at Alexis Pointe and they have been so very happy living there. It is such a weight off of my shoulders to know that they are being cared for, fed well, entertained with wonderful activities, and most of all, the staff is in constant communication with me about their needs. I couldn't recommend it more.

My dad was a resident and now my mom and step-dad are residents. The facility is clean and the food is good. The director and staff are skilled, friendly and compassionate.
