Our loved one and family had a good experience with The Avenues of Fort Bend. The staff are friendly and care about the residents here. There are meals and activities to engage the residents in socialization. Overall this is a community we would recommend to others for their loved ones.

We picked this community, the proximity because of I would recommend! They are capable, compassionate,and professional. They offer activites such as; movies, and crafts. Each resident has individual needs and issues, the staff handles everything quite well and professional .

My parents [name removed] and [name removed]lived at assisted living in Longview for 15 months and independent living for 4 years. I can't say enough of the staff and care they gave to them. Thanks so much for the quality of care and love given. They miss you all. A special thank you to [name removed] who was the best advocate for our parents always making an effort to make them feel comfortable and cared for. I wholly recommend Arabella for if I had to do it all over again, I would never change a thing. Nice facility,care,compassion and dignity for all our loved ones. Thank you all.

My loved one is a resident at Harvest of Aledo. The staff in the Memory Care wing are very good. We have good interaction with them and they are very helpful and attentive to my mom's needs. The meals look good, although I have not tried one. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We chose Harvest of Aledo because their director is certified in nursing, not just an administrator. She actually understands the Alzheimer's disease. the staff are all helpful, honest and very understanding. They work very hard to help their clients feel at home. I would recommend Harvest of Aledo all day long.

What we really like about StoneCreek is the responsiveness of the staff members It is a well organized, clean and safe facility. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families.

As it turns out my Mom was only there for about 10 days. She passed away after coming back from hospital following surgery for a broken leg. We were very pleased with the experience at StoneCreek. Excellent staff. My Mom was difficult to deal with...very combative and argumentative but they handled her well. I having nothing negative about the experience.

We are at peace knowing our loved one is in a clean, safe environment, and all of her needs are being met, emotionally and physically.

The food looks good, and they are provided with snacks. They communicate very well. We were on a waiting list for Legacy, so we were waiting on an open spot. They could improve on better communication with the doctors, when they are changing meds for my loved one. We love it here. I would recommend to other families.

[name removed] is awesome - she is the Activity Director. Food was amazing ..totally a 5 when first moved in... the chef left and some of the quality of food left too...example...the burger used to be one of the best burgers I've ever had, gourmet style, juicy and full of flavor... now it's pretty simple boring patty on a cold bun. Food now is more like cafeteria food … not bad...but not gourmet taste and appearance like before when the Chef was there. . Have had some snarky attitude from newest Wellness Director, and lack of communicating back to family has been an issue. We've had to be persistent with calling for answers etc.

My sister’s stay with you was filled with care and love! The staff was always so kind to her and she dearly loved them. They were her friends and they were always thinking of ways to bring happiness and comfort to her. From management, to the nurses and aids, the therapists and kitchen, everyone’s goal was to help her. I thank everyone there. Additionally, the facility was clean and always immaculate and all the meals delicious and well planned. Thank you, Ledgestone Assisted Care!……

The staff in the memory care cottage are amazing. They took fantastic care of my mom. Always contacted me with any updates, if she was having a bad day, whatever. I appreciate them all so very much. She got much better care and a nicer place than Legend Oaks Ennis, who kicked her out, and it was also less expensive. No complaints at all.

The entire staff is extremely friendly. Our mom was very resistant to moving. She is happy there and involved in activities. The residents are very friendly also. It's an active community with great people!

Our family has had a great experience so far with StoneCreek of Flying Horse and we would recommend them to other families. The staff have been extremely helpful - anytime we have questions or concerns they answer them right away. They got us in with their doctors because the doctors we had prior were not helpful. No matter what time of day it is - morning, noon or night they give us a call to updated us if anything happens whether its something small or not. They really are amazing. It feels like a family there, the residents go in and our of each others room, they are happy and they get along with one another. It was just not what we had expected, its been a great experience, we have had no issues.

We picked this community, because they have a memory care unit, that is more open and bright. It's a newer, and clean facility. The food is okay. For the money, it's a good experience. I would recommend to other families.

In the limited interaction we've had with the staff, they have been fantastic. They're very friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean. They provide a lot of activities. The apartments are nice and well taken care of. Housekeeping comes in once a week. And any maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner.

Our family had an in-person tour and we absolutely loved this community, it was a great tour experience.

My husband moved into Arabella Memory Care about 3 weeks ago. Everything went as well as it could under the circumstances. I was so looking forward to him being able to use all of the activities in the facility. But Dreaded Covid had moved in and they had to be restricted to the room as much as possible and meals were taken in the room. Many of the staff were out with covid and the staff was short handed, but they managed to take care of the residents and I was impressed. Since the move in after a couple of weeks, they lifted the restrictions and my husband has adapted very well to his surroundings. He seems happy and that is what matters to me. I am very pleased with everyone at Arabella. The staff is very friendly and attentive to family and the residents.

My mom resides on the Independent Living side and she loves it! Things that stood out to us about this facility: proximity to our house, cleanliness and attractiveness of the facility, it smells good, talking to the residents who told us they loved it here. Meals, housekeeping, and utilities are included (not out of pocket). My mom recently moved from a one bedroom unit to a two bedroom unit and they moved her from one to the other, free of charge. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends!

What stands out to us at this facility is the staff and cleanliness. The staff is great. They offer activities every day. We receive housekeeping is once a week. The facility is very clean with the exception of the dining room, which needs help. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family as a place to live in Independent Living.
