Mom loves Arabella. We picked this community for our loved, because of the activities and the facility looks new. I have bragged about the facility to everyone asking about how mom is doing. It is a great place and has a staff that cares about their residents.

The staff is extremely friendly and caring. They keep me informed of any and all matters. My Mom has moderate dementia and they know how to handle her mood swings. The facility is always clean, they even clean her room and change her bedclothes often. Trash is taken out twice a day. The food is very good. The ONLY issue is there's a long wait for food, but that's because they cook to order. They don't make one meal and serve it to all of the residents. The residents also have an option of eating in their room as opposed to waiting in the dining room. I would highly recommend The Grandview of Chisholm Trail to others!

My mom has had a great experience at Elk Creek Assisted Living and loves it there. She especially likes the entertainment and opportunities for socializing.

I think it's a great facility. Of course it costs, but for this kind of assistance and care it's probably comparable. Very nice staff and good communication with them. I feel much better about leaving my father there since we're all out of town and can't really check on him as we would like to.

Based off of our personal experience, I would highly recommend Cambridge Court to other families who are looking for memory care for their loved ones.

Housekeeping is lacking. I.e. dusting of blinds, window washing, dusting of furniture, picture frames, etc. Excessive food and drink during entertainer performances. Based on the experience I have had so far with The Brooks of Cibolo, I would indeed recommend the community to other families looking for a community.

I love the facility and the staff are outstanding caregivers! I surprise visit and it's always the same. Clean and friendly. If I have a concern, I can call (I live out of state) and the staff checks on my mom and then lets me know the outcome. There is a doctor that sees to the needs of residents, so I don't have to worry about getting her appointments and the caregivers make sure that she takes her medication. I have eaten the meals myself and they're good! I feel that my mom is safe and well cared for without me being there, which gives me much relief and appreciation. I would definitely recommend Double Creek! I feel extremely fortunate to have my mom in this place where she's well cared for and visited with by the staff. A five star for them, for sure!

My loved one is a resident at Clear Fork of Willow Park. The staff is friendly. The housekeeping is awesome. Communication with the family is okay. The meals are good. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The staff is wonderful at Double Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care. The nurses are outstanding. They keep the place very clean. I'm always contacted immediately if there are any issues. They need more menu options for dining. My father tires of the same choices. We take him out to eat as often as possible. The price point seems high for rent. I would definitely recommend this facility to others if the price point isn't a concern.

Valley View Senior Living is a great place. I really like it there, and the staff is really nice to my father. I would recommend it to everyone!!

Everyone at Valley View Senior Living is so very helpful and caring towards the residents and their families. Based on the experience so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

I would tell others looking into Arabella of Red Oak that you can definitely feel confident about leaving a family member at the facility to be taken care of. They keep the facility extremely clean as well. Based off of our personal experience, I would recommend Arabella to others looking for care for their loved ones.

The staff at StoneCreek of Flying Horse are phenomenal. They're very loving and tender, even the very large strong young men who are needed for transfer assistance. I can't say enough about the staff. My only offer for improvement is administrative. It would be nice if they had a business office or administrative person. I think they have had some staff turnover recently. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

This is the second time I’ve written a review for Ledgestone. The first review was written after my husband had been in Memory Care for 3 months. It has now been over a year that my husband has been in Memory Care. The staff continues to be very caring, and always there with a smile when I or my husband need them. The staff is very well trained….they always know how to handle a situation, big or small, and it’s always down with such ease. Once again, I say it starts at the top with [name removed], the boss.

The staff is all very friendly and thoughtful at The Hamptons at Greenridge Independent Living. We are having a great experience here. We haven't begun having housekeeping yet. We still have quite a bit to unpack. The meals are very good. The food service workers are so helpful! Of course, there are those who have some complaints, but I would recommend The Hamptons at Greenridge without hesitation.

I am currently a resident at The Hamptons at Greenridge Independent Living. Everything at this facility has been great for me. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, food, and activities are all great, also. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

When it comes to the meals and dining it takes to long because there is not enough help. We cannot comment on the activities because our loved ones had not participated. For the value for cost, we wish the meds and nurses were more attention. They are a new facility. The facility is awesome. Staff for the most part are great as well. Just need to keep up with growth on dining staff...

Very well maintained faculty- beautiful décor and nice amenities like the pool and movie room. The current director- [name removed]- is excellent. She is very hands on, caring, and gets things done!

My family and loved one have had a wonderful experience with Cambridge Court. We are very happy our loved one is here. The staff are supportive, caring, and kind. They make sure to keep in contact with the family, even though, we are out of town. The staff lets us know of any changes to our loved one's health or behavior. Overall, this is a community we would recommend.

The staff is wonderful and most caring. We felt at home the first day, and I would especially point out [name removed] in Memory Care, and [name removed], who oversees it all. My husband unfortunately went downhill quickly, so we were only there for two weeks. However, in that time, he needed tremendous care. [name removed] thought outside of the box and allowed us to do what was necessary to make him comfortable. It was a lot of work, many changes to medications, and they all went with the flow. I can't say enough about them. As far as communication with the family, it could not have been better. [name removed] was available by phone at all hours of the night and weekends. I couldn't have asked for better. The food was exceptional, and again, the thoughtfulness of the staff was so evident. They would make sure I was eating and would leave food for me in my husband's fridge if I had to be away at a mealtime.
