We moved our parents into The Ridglea 3 years ago and could not be happier. We have since moved dad to "the cottage" (on site memory care) and mom is only a short walk down the hall to go visit with dad and have meals with him any time she wants. The staff and level of care are wonderful - not only do they know who our parents are, they really know them as individuals and can tell you all about them! There are tons of social activities and opportunities for the residents to be active and get to know one another - and you can tell the residents have a bond with one another. The rooms are lovely - very spacious feeling with nice windows and thoughtful layout. There are plenty of public spaces for residents to sit and visit with one another or be outside on a nice day. The food is outstanding and the chef puts out a great menu with nice variety. We simply can't imagine a better place for our family and they could not be happier!

We would rate everything a 5 except for the meals/dining which we would give a 3 there are many residents (not all) but including my father in law who complain about the food taste/temperature etc. But the staff has been amazing and very helpful in our thought situation.

I have a family member who lives here and every time we visit everyone is so nice and she has nothing but compliments and high praises for where she lives, the care that is provided, and the food she eats. We have eaten with her a couple of times and the food has always been really good. We have told our friends who have older parents about this facility as well.

The staff at The Bluffs of Flagstaff are so friendly and know all of the residents by name and engage with them all the time. The facility is clean and beautiful. The food is excellent and nutritious and catered to the residents' needs. The activities are diverse and purposeful and the residents enjoy them. The move in process was easy and the communication with the families is also easy. The staff is so understanding and supportive to both the residents and their families. I definitely recommend The Bluffs of Flagstaff to others!

We enjoy Legacy Oaks at Azle for sure. The reason we gave the meals a 4 out of 5 is because sometimes they run out of times. For the activities sometimes things have been cancelled with no notification- water aerobics. We would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones

What a wonderful place!! My mom and step dad live there and they get excellent care. [name removed] (director) is fabulous. Facility is clean, people are courteous, food is great, care is wonderful. I do not worry about my family there. Can not say enough good things about [name removed] , staff and Autumn Wind Assisted Living in Winnsboro, Texas.

My mother is currently a resident at Ariel Pointe of Sachse. The front desk always has a smile. The management team all seems to be on the same page. The move in was flawless. We have had some repetitive maintenance issues without resolution. The food, for the most part, seems okay. It could be a bit tastier. There have been a few instances where there has not been enough; the kitchen has run out of multiple items. Overall, it's a beautiful facility with very nice people. Remember, nothing is like your home or perfect. This facility is pretty close, though.

I picked Legacy Oaks because it was overall impressive with the staff, the environment, the menus as well as convenience for me personally

The StoneCreek of Copperfield community is very clean, and the staff members there are very friendly. We like the meals that are prepared for the residents and the different activities they have going on. We also like the ambiance of the community, and the quality of care services. You make it, they have it all and we would recommend this community to other families.

Mom is 84 and had her second fall in six months-following the death of her husband, my father. We have been so blessed for Legacy Oaks. She did 3 months in assisted living and just recently moved to the independent living side. This is a new beginning for us all and everyone there has made mom and us feel like family.

Midtowne Assisted Living treats their residents like family. The staff is kind and welcoming. [name removed] helped us and went above and beyond to make sure we were cared for. You can tell how much love she has for the residents.

I have not participated in the activities but everybody else has and they seem to love them. The community is affordable and based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend Valley View Independent Senior Living community to other families.

Ariel Pointe of Sachse is a warm community full of loving neighbors who look for each others well-being! It is bright, welcoming and clean, offering many fun and engaging activities on a daily basis!

What I like the most about the Harvest of Aledo is the independent living accommodations as well as the newness of the facility. I do like the staff members. However the improvement they could work on is implementing things in the fitness room.

My Mom has been memory care for a short time. So I would say that she seems happy and content. The staff is very helpful. She had a bad day and the head Aide came over and talked so sweetly to her! I was amazed how my mom's anxiety just left so quickly! They are a trained staff here. Also, the food is very good and good for her, as she is a diabetic. When my mom first arrived at the Hamptons, her sugar was n the 500's. Since she has been here her sugar is fair to normal. Other drs could not help her with her sugar. She has a nurse 3 times a day and she sees a Dr once a week here. I am very thankful for this place and all those who are helping my mom have a happy and good life.. God bless them!

We had a great tour experience with Arabella of Red Oak. Informative staff and it was a clean, new community. The distance was too far for our preference, which was the main reason we did not choose this facility for our loved one.

Mom's new home is amazing. We experienced both the Assisted and Independent Living side at Legacy Oaks. The minute you walk in, you feel a high level of care and compassion. Everyone that works there goes over and beyond to care for the residents. Its our new extended family and we feel not only grateful but blessed!

The residents & staff are generally very friendly & helpful, w/many going the "extra mile." Food is quite good; service is most excellent w/a glitch every so often. There are times when it's difficult to find out to talk to about a particular issue. The location is a definite PLUS - it's easy to get most anywhere I need to in town from her, & it's close to my family.

The number one thing we noticed is that the people who work there really seem to enjoy it. My loved one was there a short period of time, and didn't have a chance to experience food or activities.We were in a time crunch and had to find a place overnight. After reaching out to A Place For Mom, Tech Ridge Oaks was the first place to call us (within an hour) They set up a tour immediately, and it was such a nice looking place we went ahead and signed with them. My dad had been in assisted living for over a year, so we kind of knew what to look for. Tech Ridge Oaks checked the boxes for us-- it was clean, the people were very nice and the vibe of the place was good.
