The staff was friendly and caring, but sometimes they seemed to be short staffed.

The staff at Arabella took good care of my father during the time he was a resident there. They provided updates on his status and worked with hospice to coordinate his care to provide a comfortable environment and a good life experience.

It offers more selections with larger apartments, garage's and covered parking. Very friendly community with many activities on and off site.

Moms in assisted memory care. They go above and beyond--from the staff I have encountered want to be here. They actually care about the residents. I've noticed staff hugging and giving comfort to confused or crying residents. They have a memory care skilled facility here as well. Testing happens promptly and prescriptions timely. On a side note they have smart toilets which are proving effective at diagnosing UTI's. Mom's been here a few months and hers was detected.

I absolutely love it here and wish I had moved here sooner! This is a wonderful, wonderful facility! The staff at the Brooks are very compassionate and caring. If we don't go down to meals, they check on us to make sure that we're OK. They are always open to suggestions and feedback regarding activities or outings we might want to participate in. Family members are always welcome to join in meals and activities, so the residents and families feel included. This feels more like home than any place i've been in years!

I have lived in several assisted living facilities in the last year. Legacy Oaks of Azle is the best of them all. Their staff is kind and caring. They respond quickly when needed and carry out tasks quickly and efficiently. If they say, " I'll find out and get back to you, " they really do it. From my experience as a business owner and manager, it is obvious that Legacy Oaks has a good business model and is run better than any of the assisted living places I have lived.

This placement was for my independent 90 year old sister. She is happy with the activities, food and responsiveness of personnel to help her adjust to a new home. I am pleased that she is happy in her new home. I highly recommend Ariel Pointe of Sachse.

I love Stonecreek and I have found that it gives many opportunities to be joyful and content. The staff makes me feel like I am welcomed and valued by being so friendly and so receptive to my needs. The small town atmosphere makes it easy to make friends. We enjoy a great variety of activities, entertainment and celebrations of all holidays. New friends are very important to me, I enjoy talking to the many residents that have interesting and different backgrounds. The medical aides are very efficient and caring, their cheerful personalities are very encouraging. The housekeeper’s keep my apartment clean, do my sheets, take out my trash and deliver clean and folded laundry. Our activity director plans many activities to chose from including exercise, devotionals, brain games, wordle, painting classes, field trips, bingo, chef demonstrations, jewelry classes and live entertainment. I am blessed to be at StoneCreek, I think of it as home and my new friends and staff as extended family!

Nice option for someone with professing needs. My grandpa got evaluated regularly and started off as assisted living, moved over to memory care then hospice. Nice that it was all in one facility and they were regularly evaluating his care needs

We are absolutely thrilled with the efficiency apartment that we just moved our mom into at Clear Fork. The facilities are beautiful, inviting, and homey. The apartments are clean, have a large bath, cute stylish kitchen, and good sized rooms. She can look out onto the courtyard and even hang bird feeders or plants outside your window. The food is delicious (3 meals a day), and there are activities galore. One and two-bedroom apartments are also available. There is a nurse on staff and an interior pharmacy. They have trash service daily and cleaning service once a week. The best part is the peace of mind that we have knowing Memaw is safe and in a clean, beautiful place where I’d like to live in myself. My husband and I laughed and asked the director how old we have to be before we can move in. This facility has different levels of care as Memaw needs it. I love not having to ever move her. If you are looking for a place for a loved one, look no further. You’ve found it.

I have made so many great friends. I love the activity program. The staff is wonderful, competent and attentive. The food is fantastic and I love the chef, [name removed], he will make any meal you request, he has monthly meetings, he listens to feedback and absolutely delivers! The whole building is beautifully decorated, very light and bright, so inviting and welcoming.

My husband fell and my son was so worried about me staying by myself, My son toured stone creek the next day and got me an apartment, he moved me here against my wishes. After two days I realized this was the BEST place I could possibly be in. The girls that work here are MARVELOUS! I am happy, I feel safe, and comfortable. My only complaint is I’ve gained seven pounds because the food here is so good!

Toured a few months back with [name removed]. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond for us. Mom isn’t quite ready to move but when she is ready we will head back to her.

Obviously, it’s always a difficult transition for a family member to abandon their everyday lives and routines. The staff has been so supportive and helpful. With the counsel of staff member [name removed], we are all certain that attaining residency for my parents has alleviated worries and guilt for us children. While it gave my parents maintainable living, social interaction and pride.

Toured this community for my parents. They are still a while off from moving but Midtowne will definitely be our first choice. [name removed] did an amazing job showing us around and answering all our questions. You could tell she was genuinely cared about the residents and staff.

I come to Midtowne and just hang out with the residents. They tell me stories and we talk about football. We do fun activities and play games. There is so much to Learn from our seniors. They have lived through so much.

I came in for a tour of a room for my mother I was very skeptical of sending her to a home but [name removed] made us feel so comfortable explained everything perfectly and definitely made me feel a lot better 5 stars for her she’s the best I definitely wouldn’t have even considered sending my mom to a home if it wasn’t for her.

My mother-in-law lives here, and the staff have been amazing taking care of her. All of the activities are great and I know she loves them. I can’t say enough great things about Midtown assisted-living. me and my family are truly grateful for all of them. And my mother-in-law loves living there.

A facility full of love especially between staffs and residents, a place to call home from home. Clean environment, residents well dress looking gud all the time. When I see residents well dressed I am not afraid of old age trust me.
