I rated cleanliness lower because my loved one's apartment was very dirty when she moved in. We like that all bills and meals are included. They offer lots of activities. A house cleaner comes once a week at no extra charge. Like I said, the apartment was not cleaned when she moved in. We would definitely recommend it to others.

It was more expensive. It was a newer facility, and aat a nice location. They have a really nice progression system, between memory care, and assisted living.

It takes time for your loved one to settle in and for the staff to get to know them. Don't make hasty judgments, especially if your loved one goes in to memory care! Memory care residents take longer to adjust and may complain at first. Our previous experience with another facility was a nightmare. Cambridge Court is such an improvement!!

The staff at Cambridge Court are very caring and work well to quell any fears and answer all questions. And they are very patient.

The staff is exceptional and caring. I praise them everyday for their work. They really care about the residents and take pride in what they do. It takes a special kind of person to fill those shoes. The Ridglea is an inviting community and I would highly recommend them to everyone who has a family member in need of assistance. Couldn't say anything negative about The Ridglea. My family and I made a good choice for my momma and step father. They really like it there too!

It is an awesome place. It has been a fantastic experience. They have been great with my loved one. The staff is very nice, including the nurses. They have been very helpful and was ready to answer any questions . that I had. The food looks good. It's great value for the money and is a very clean place.

They are excellent and easy to work with. During the initial meeting they cover all information you could need and are great at answering your questions. The staff are just absolutely incredible. We are so happy with our choice of The Avenues of Fort Bend and would highly recommend the facility.

It has been a great ex. My loved one met new people and made friends. They love the food and activities. My loved one doesn't want to go home. It's been a wonderful experience.

The Grand Senior Living has been excellent and my brother is very happy here. Our initial interview with [name removed] was great - she gave us the tour and all of the information up front. [name removed] the activities director is awesome as well. [name removed] has been extra attentive to my brother as well. These are 2 of the staff members that really have stood out to us. Overall this was the best decision we could have made and we are happy that he is here - he calls it his home now. He enjoys all of the social activities as well as the physical activities. The location is super convenient to the hospital which gives us peace of mind. The facility is new and very open and vibrant. His apartment is airy and he has huge windows so he gets a lot of natural light. I would absolutely recommend the facility to others.

We were very impressed with our experience at West Fork at Weatherford and could not give them a higher rating - they were amazing. Their new executive director [name removed] was wonderful. She was very approachable and really worked with us while dad was with them. They were absolutely top notch and we would highly recommend the facility to other families.

My husband has been in Memory Care for almost 3 months. I, and my children have been pleased with Ledgestone. The staff is very caring, and know their business. I give the credit to their boss, [name removed]. [name removed] is on top of everything, and when a certain department needs extra help, [name removed] is there. I cannot say enough about her… She has been extremely kind to me and my family.

They work really well for you.

Cambridge Court is the perfect size for our loved one, we know she is safe there and you can tell the staff show genuine care to the residents. They have a ton of activities going on all the time which is great and based on our experience so far we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

I loved The Riglea! I thought it was a really cool place. The facility was really new, the people were very nice, and they had neat rooms. The cost was more though, and also they didn't have any rooms available.

The whole transition was very easy. They made us feel welcome right away. They've been very caring and very helpful through the whole process. They communicate well with us and keep us informed, especially since we live out of state. There's an app they use to communicate with families, and they keep that up-to-date. They've just been very helpful.

We are very happy with Ariel Pointe. Friendly staff, great activities and super nice facility. Mom enjoys it there

Long Creek was an absolutely gorgeous facility that looks brand new. The staff were extremely nice and the location was just around the corner from my home. They even sent us home from the tour with a sample dinner so that we would be able to try the food. The issue is my mom did not want to move from Louisiana. If she would have made the move to Texas, Long Creek would have definitely been our top pick.
