The staff wants the family to be comfortable and made the transition very easy. Communication is good between the staff and our family, They keep us well informed and up to date. The community is very neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

You should feel secure that your loved ones are being looked after there. Prior to COVID the food was excellent when we ate there with our loved ones. I don't know anything that I would change about the community. The friendliness is one of the things that is from the Director down to the care givers is amazing!

I am very happy with this community. I like the staff a lot. They are responsive and know my name. They keep an eye on my loved ones for me. The communication is good. All the residents are vaccinated and are able to go back to the dining room for food. I felt comfortable with my parents here during the pandemic.

The community is very open with lots of windows. It felt homier than other facilities. I would recommend this community to others. The communication between the staff and the family is very good.

The friendliness of the staff members are very good and they are extremely attentive to things. The food is really good, the service is great and you can even give the chef you favorites recipes for them to make. We think the price is incredibly reasonable.

Our loved ones were first in independent living and that was great, the employees that worked with our loved ones were wonderful. However, the care services on the assisted living side we had some issues with. They were giving our father wrong medicine for a month, and our mother takes the same medicine everyday in the morning and at night with 12 hours in between. They were giving her the medicine within 5-7 hours so it was making her dizzy and foggy headed. The biggest problem with the assisted living is communication between the staff, they are not all on the same page and the director is not able to communicate with us either. It is just not managed well.

It has been a great experience for my dad. He is really enjoying it here. The community responds well to needs of the residents and families.

All the people that work here are incredibly caring, compassionate, and kind. They go above and beyond for the residents and families. They work individually with the residents.

Arabella is a brand new independent living, assisted living and memory care community. The second you walk in their doors it smells amazing. The residents looked like they were having so much fun and the staff was very engaging. They have a lot of high end finishes and is a place I would be proud to bring my mom to.

I work for a third party. Residents are always happy and say wonderful things about the Hamptons. They are always out doing activities or visiting with one another in each other's apartments.

The staff at the community really are awesome, I know my parents are being well taken care of and it helps me sleep at night. We do believe they are trying the best that they can, but due to covid the food is being delivered to their rooms so sometimes it is not on time or it is cold. However, even with covid they are still doing small group exercises which social distancing and bingo. We absolutely feel that we are getting our money's worth, the value is spot on.

I had my mom move here several months ago. It has been the best decision. The Grandview property is beautiful, clean, and well cared for. The staff is perfect. My mom is well known because the people who work here genuinely care for her and all the residents. Even support staff—maintenance man knows her, calls her by name, and one of her favorite persons is the precious lady who cleans! She comes to clean but sits and visits with mom, which she thoroughly enjoys. She receives constant attention. The activities keep her attention; she enjoys staying involved. If it’s movies or flower arranging, exercise class or happy hour, she is certain to attend because she feels the warmth and love. The meals are really good! Mom is eating more here than she has in the past couple years. Mom is cared for and knows it. I feel she is safe sound and secure!

This community has been great, they have a ton of activities for the residents to participate in. They can take small day trips, they can play bingo and other board games. There is always arts and crafts and a game room with pool tables. They provide our loved ones a couple meals a day, and they also have house keeping.
