Its difficult to rate quality of care one uncaring aide can mess up the average for outstanding staff. We have been very fortunate to experience excellent care givers except for several individuals who are in the wrong profession.

we are very happy with Charter. I'd give them 4 stars only because they've had several staff members leave recently. We hated to see them leave but it was all for good reasons. Medical and admin staff are dedicated and truly caring. My brother's one bedroom apartment is a comfortable size, well lit and is cleaned once a week. The whole facility is clean and well cared for. They have wonderful musicians come in once week, the exercise program is great and outings offered nearly every day. We're grateful to you all for finding Charter for us.

The communication with the nurse was difficult. I needed updates on my mom's weight but never received them. Overall the facility was clean and the staff was pleasant. Hopefully, we will be back.

The place was very nice and [Name removed] the director who gave us the tour and talked to us about everything was excellent. She was very informative and helped us understand everything..We are figuring things out but happy to know this is an option.

[name removed], the memory care coordinator is fabulous. You can tell she really enjoys her job. The residents can go outside in a nice enclosed garden area whenever they want and they don't have to wear any wander guard devices. They have a lot of activities also to keep the residents social.

We are very happy with Charter for my Mom. There have been a few bumps in the road but we have worked most out.

We love the nursing and activities personnel . The food is good. They are very accommodating of Neil's needs and the physical environment is beautiful and nurturing. The main reason we chose the Charter is everyone's friendly and kind demeanor, and their Christian offerings of Bible study and prayer.

Mom was only at the cottages for five weeks before she passed away. On a whole, we were very pleased with her care. Of course, there are always your favorite caregivers who seemed to relate to mom wonderfully. And then there were a couple that were not as attentive. The administration and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Mom would've turned a 106 years old if she had lived another three weeks. They had planned a birthday celebration and reached out to the community for birthday cards. She ended up receiving 115 birthday cards. My sister and I read each one of them. It was very thoughtful of the cottage to celebrate her in that way.

The move was good. The plan for my future was a good one. They clean my apt once a week do my laundry once a week. Do my drug dispensing ever day as required. They do 3 complete meals every day.

Staff is very attentive, knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly. Great in keeping me informed if mom experiences an irregularity in her routine. Lots of activities for residents and guests always encouraged to join. Mom favorite dessert is ice cream and that is not served often enough even when on the menu for day. Director sends out a monthly newsletter which is very informative on upcoming activities as well pictures from prior activities.

Quality of care was excellent with the exception of one incident which caused a care giver to be fired. Food was outstanding, the rooms are generous and clean. After they hired an activities director there were many good activities to participate in. Staff was friendly.

I would give them a 4 out of 5 stars. The biggest area of concern is the difficulty to request and change the food plan. The place seems clean and friendly. Our Mom is in a difficult situation, stuck in bed and on hospice. Pleasing her is not an easy task.

Staff is great, always smiling and polite, food is "so so" and accommodations are okay. I ordered a two bedroom unit which probably helps even though there is only me.

Dad's getting used to new home. Participating in activities. Eating at least 2 out of 3 meals (probably still more than he ate when he lived alone). Staff is attentive though the response time when I contact is slow; better to address in person. Clean, care is good; dad just needs to have some patience.

What we like the most about the community is that all of the caregivers are very nice and helpful. There are a lot of activities. [name removed] seems happy there. I think it could be cleaner, but I also understand that the residents don't help with that.

Everyone we have met is kind and caring. The day shift seems to be on top of things. It took almost a month to get the night shift to do laundry without me having to ask even though the facility set the laundry days. I would definitely recommend. The facility, staff, activities, and food are all top notch. The location is also good.

I have been very pleased with friendliness and responsiveness of staff. My mom is pleased with the food selection. Room choices are good and my mom is satisfied with size of her room. No issues with cleanliness. Laundry comes weekly. My mom's has enjoyed the activities there. I have had to talk with staff a few times about the care plan for my mom and ensuring it is followed, but again staff is always responsive and try to make adjustments. Cost is generally on par with other facilities in the area, but is on the more expensive end. PT that comes on site has been good. They have provided transport forms appointments and this has been good. Overall am very pleased with Fox Hollow.

My experience with Charter was pleasant. The director was very helpful in providing information about the place and financial details. Everyone was very kind. The place was nice and clean. The food was regular hospital food which she wasn't crazy about.

We are all new to this and don't have a lot to compare to. Mom is adjusting after being in the same house since 1956. The staff has been very helpful and supportive. We also know she will be moving in 4 to 6 months to [facility name removed], resources are limited. The facility is in a very good neighborhood , fairly new. The staff was very helpful as we were settling on a place and getting moved in.

Beautiful facility. New, clean, up to date. Great staff & amenities. Extra-curricular activities & access for family & friends. Beautiful 1BR apartment for mom & great relationships with other residents.
