Charter Senior Living

Cedar Creek of Shiloh was great. They're very diligent and very caring. If you have any issues, they're handled quickly. They transported my mom to physician appointments, which was good. She had to go to the hospital a couple of times, and they handled things appropriately - they communicated well with me, and they transferred her back and forth with no issues. They had activities every single day. I had no real complaints. One area for improvement is their internet access is very poor.

We love the community. They were able to take care of my loved one and family. The staff were able to accommodate, and were attentive to our loved one. The communication with the community was wonderful! We were always able to get ahold of staff to answer our questions or concerns about our loved one. We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The younger family members were able to visit their loved one, as well. The community made sure the entire family felt welcomed.

We would recommend the Charter Senior Living Towson community to other families.

I have found Charter Senior Living to be a pretty nice place that isn't too expensive. It's a nice community where the people are all pretty friendly and happy. And the staff are caring.

Very much like the place and felt very much like the staff and facility cared very much for my loved one.

My mom has been at Charter for only a month, but I wish I would have moved her here earlier. I can’t say enough about the respect I have for Charter’s leaders, [name removed] and [name removed]. My mom is very happy here. The staff is great, very caring. Not only all that, but they also have courtyard ducks!! Great place to live!!

Everyone there is extremely helpful and caring and they believe in being caregivers and that the residents are home not in some hospital or other situation that where they're living there now is their home and everyone goes out of their way to make sure that everyone has a good day everyday and is provided for properly if you need anything either the family or the resident all you need to do is tell someone and it will be taken care of and it has been a real blessing to have meals and medications taken care of that people receive their medications on time as the doctor has instructed

This was a lovely community. We didn't need a secure unit for my loved one.

Love all of the activities that you have for all of the residents. My mom doesn't participate much but I know you always try! Thank you! My mom receives so much loving care here

The staff is very friendly and personable and make an effort to get to know the residents as well as their family members to make it more of a home like experience. I think that is very important. I would absolutely recommend Charter to others looking.

The accessibility of the nurses on staff is something that really sticks out to me. They have 2 licensed nurses and I have 24 hour accessibility to them. I know that the activities director is very engaged, I just have not been there in person to see the activities myself which is the only reason I gave that category a 4. They are doing their best to overcome the short staffing situation. it has been an enjoyable experience for our family and I would definitely recommend Charter of Vinings to others.

We've gone to a lot of different places, and Charter Senior Living is the first place I feel comfortable knowing that my loved one is being cared for. There have been no red flags, they've been wonderful to us and to my loved one. They have a really nice bistro and the dining looks good when we've shown up during mealtime. They are very very safety conscious, which is what we needed because the previous place was not. I was there everyday to address different problems. It's such a pleasure to have my loved one at a place where I don't have to be there everyday and I don't have worries that they will mistreat her. We're very pleased and we're very happy!

Everyone is extremely friendly. The staff have all been very caring. I would highly recommend Cedarhurst of Rockford to others.

This was a very nice tour and I liked the community but we wanted something for my loved one that was one story only and closer to my house to be able to see my loved one. The tour was nice and it was a very nice community.

The food is amazing - we get to pick our breakfast egg options - lunch & dinner is filing and a variety. We have Friday fish fry. [name removed] is a great chef.
