When I was interviewed as a new client, I immediately felt welcomed. I felt as if I walked into someone's home instead of an institution. The Cottages are not overly large but are very homey with an open space living area where the kitchen, dining and living area are in one space. There is a lot of natural light and bright colors. The inside and outside of the Cottages are very clean and there are no smells. The admissions person, [name removed] is so welcoming and positive as are all of the staff. There are many activities and field trips for the residents. And the food is good. I feel very good about the care my husband is getting.

Everything is great at The Cottages of Perry Hall. They communicate with the family everyday through messenger and email. I visit Mom once or twice a week. She is always clean and in the main dining- living room Kitchen area. They have lots of activities from exercise etc. They have a huge calendar of events throughout the month everyday. They take the residents out to get ice cream etc. The food always looks good. There are lots of people talking to the residents and making sure that they are safe. The furniture is comfortable. My Mother is more physically active at this facility. At her previous facility she was left in her bed and she was on Oxygen all the time. Since she has been living here at The Cottages of Perry Hall Assisted Living, she is never on Oxygen. She has Physical Therapy and Memory Therapy regularly. I have talked to a woman whose husband was there for three years and she has told me that it is the next best thing to being at home. The bedroom and bathroom that mom has is always clean, as is the rest of the place. I always see the housekeeping staff cleaning. They like my mom and mention things that she has said to them in regards to her upbringing etc. They are always friendly to me and mom. They will be opening a small consignment shop on site for the residents to get involved with etc. in September. I would recommend The Cottages of Perry Hall to others.

The Staff at Dominion Village Williamsburg are professional. I always stay in touch with them. We had an excellent move in experience. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The meals are good. You can order off of the Choice menu if you don't like what they are serving. They make a Beautiful Chef Salad. The housekeeping is on point. I would recommend Dominion Village Williamsburg for an excellent Assisted Living.

I have been in several times and the facility has always been neat and clean. Staff is very friendly, and even most of the residents we encountered were pleasant.- I have not personally dined there but my understanding is the food is good and menu is varied and flexible. They have many fun things to do there. It was our best value available for our budget compared to other options we considered.

I recently(Today) visited Cedarhurst for the very first time and found them to be extraordinarily courteous thanks to Director [names removed]. I would not hesitate placing my loved ones in such a wonderful, loving place! I have (unfortunately) seen many who I could-would not recommend. Refreshing!

My grandma is currently a resident at Cedar Creek of Shiloh and the experience has been great. The staff treats my grandma like their own family. She has a bond and a connection with them. They guided us through a big transition in her life. She loves the food, the activities and how clean everything is. I would definitely recommend Cedar Creek of Shiloh to friends and family!

Based on the experience we have had so far with this community, I can tell you right off the bat that it was excellent. My brother really enjoyed his stay at The Legacy of Anderson. We could not of asked for a better community for our loved one .

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. My mom loves it there and says it's like a real home. She also comments every visit how good the food is. I picked it because her dementia is further gone and no assisted living place would take her. I got lucky because they are amazing

I like it here, it's a nice place to live- I like the staff, I like the food, I feel comfortable and cared for. The staff does a lot for entertainment, games, and family functions. I have nothing negative to say at all.

I love it here! Ive been here more than 2 years, I have been happy the entire time. The staff is fantastic, the food is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make the residents feel welcomed and cared for. We have several outings, my favorite are the china buffet and shopping at festival food! I take part in the activities, and the family events. Come by and say hello!

Being a person who has lost a lot of ability to be steady on my feet, I know that by pushing a button I can get help! Should I fall, I feel confident that I will be taken care of. I know that I will always get the help that I need here. Also, being a retired schoolteacher, the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly, and that's my professional opinion!

We are very happy with the experience so far at Charter Senior Living. I think for the most part I would have to say the reason it has been a good experience is because of the staff members. We would recommend this community to other families.

There are many things, I love about Cedarhurst but particularly, I love how warm and inviting it is from the physical space to the staff. Everyone is friendly and you can tell they truly care about their job and the residents.

Senior Living Care was not an option I ever considered....however circumstances developed with my mother so we checked out Cedarhurst. I loved it for my mom and she loved it. It's never an easy adjustment for someone to give up their home and independence, but the staff at Cedarhurst has gone above and beyond to make my mother's transition a smooth one.

moving from the familiar comforts of your long time home to a new setting certainly is an anxiety filled event for all family members. What was originally planned as a relatively short term stay has turned into something longer. The flexibility is a life saver. I am much relived that our parents are in a spot where they are safe, well-fed/well cared for and kept active with a wide variety of activities!

We have been so happy with Charter Senior Living in Franklin. We were dreading moving our father to assisted living, but the staff at Charter have gone above and beyond to make our father feel at home! Would highly recommend!

I can not say enough about Charter Senior Living. From our first interaction with [name removed] [name removed] and [name removed], to when we met the staff when moving my mom, our experience has been fabulous. Everyone working there is so welcoming and wants to help the individuals living there, they are true to the word of giving. If your loved one is going through the stage in the life of memory loss, look to Charter Senior Living for their place to live. We are truly blessed to have found a place for my mom to enjoy the rest of her life.

I would without question highly recommend Charter Towson. One aspect I would recommend is to have "Companion Care " for residents. It's a wonderful choice. I know I made the right decision for my mother. We picked this community, because it has a home like atmosphere, tenure of staff management and cost.
