Charter Senior Living

We picked this facility, because it was a small community and Mother could bring her cat. They are responsive and resident focused. They offer, a salon onsite, tons of activities of all kinds. Something for everyone. I would recommend to other families.

It's completey clean. All of the people are great. The staff is always checking on me. They have plenty of activites. They have a movie section, and entertainers that come in. The value for the money is pretty good but a lot of things I don't use, such as memory care.

We have been very happy with my Grandma's new home. The staff is incredibly loving and kind towards the residents. We would highly recommend Residences at Wellpoint.

Our family had an in person tour with Cedarhurst of Troy and we had looked into the assisted living side but she did not quality for that However everyone was really friendly and the place was very clean and updated.

Overall the facility is a very good place for a family member. The food is very good. Activities are also good. The only concern is the high turnover of aides. The rooms in memory care are large and spacious.

Excellent experience at Charter Senior Living of Paris TN. Nurses and staff are the best. They loved her and took excellent care of her. Wish I could remember names of the nurses - But when the place switched ownership we weren't told and ran out of money for extras and we found on on my mom's death bed, they paid for her to have her hair and her nails done. She got more care here than she ever had. I would definitely recommend the facility to others.

The staff at Charter are very caring of my Mother. They go out of their way to make Mom comfortable and happy. My Mother is in the memory care and very active. The staff have to constantly keep her engaged in activities or she can get into mischief. The staff is always telling me how much they enjoy having Mom. My Father recently passed and staff had a service for him at Charter. I am very grateful of all the staff.

Wonderful community. Very close to a good hospital and good doctors in the community.Very good care. Good communication. We picked this community because It was close to home. It is about 20 miles from my parents home. We will check it out again whenever/if my father needs to return to assisted living. I was very grateful to A Place for Mom for letting me know that the community could care for my parents while they were recovering from their car accident. I was not aware that assisted living facilities could provide the services that they needed and A Place for Mom made the arrangements for me. I was familiar with the facility, since they were close to home so the decision was a blessing.

Everyone there really takes time to get to know the residents. They are caring and very attentive to the residence needs. Its just like a little community where everyone knows everyone and they enjoy each other's company. I love how much more social my mom has become.

They have been wonderful. The staff is very kind. Everyone from the facility has been so helpful to us in getting through this difficult situation. I would recommend Charter Senior Living of Hazel Crest to others.

Looking for AL/MC is so very stressful. [name removed] the sales and marketing director truly made our search so much easier. I canceled all other tours after meeting with her. She put my mind to ease immediately. This facility is smaller. 4 buildings each with 16 rooms. 32 memory care and 32 assisted living. The staff is amazing. The residents I met while touring were all happy and healthy and clean. There were activities happening which was good. We are definitely happy with our choice of picking The Cottages. Pick them. You won’t be disappointed.

They have kind and compassionate staff. They are very responsive, with any questions or concerns. I would choose the Linden again if I had to do it all over.

Great experience...you actually saved both my mom and myself from a very difficult situation....5 stars out of 5. I would tell others that the facility is small enough and friendly enough to establish a community type environment. The location is also great for me, I am only 10 minutes away so that was a key factor in our decision. Also, the price was actually fair and affordable.

It's been a great experience. Very welcoming and comfortable well taken care of facility. The food and dining is very good. They provide activities such as; Day trips , live entertainment, puzzles, movies laundry service, weekly apartment cleaning, and personal help.

Facility is clean, caregivers are truly invested in the daily needs of the residents. The staff provides daily activities to keep everyone engaged but at the same time if they want to opt out they can. Nursing staff is very approachable and open to discussions and input of what you notice about your loved ones. The place is great overall very responsive and respectful group of people working here.

So far our friend is very happy at Charter of Cleveland. His adjustment period seemed much shorter than we expected!

We're very pleased with The Cottages of Fox Lake. It's a very welcoming community. The staff are friendly. And they provide good healthcare to my loved one.

My sister, whose needs I manage, has been at the Linden for over a year now and absolutely loves it! When we first walked in, the common area was bright, modern and welcoming. Activities are varied and my sister easily found her own level of comfort with exercise classes, resident meetings, entertainment and planned outings. Recent labor shortages have been generally well handled by a responsive staff, although some housekeeping details have been less than desired: sticky counters & doors in the kitchenette, etc. Admittedly, my sister can be messy! Meals have recently improved with more healthy options. Any COVID cases are reported quickly and transparently, with all testing and quarantine plans clearly outlined. The grounds are beautiful and the residence is conveniently located near both the village of Woodbridge and city of New Haven.

All of the staff is friendly and they make you feel welcome. The food is excellent and [name removed] the activities director is amazing. I’m so glad we moved my Dad here. He is very happy here and our family is relieved Dad is in a safe and caring community! I would give 10 starts if I could!

My father in law was moved here from (name removed). Here he has been receiving very good care. All staff members have been so friendly and eager to help. They check in on him often and he likes the meals they provide.
