As your loved one gets older and is struggling with quality of life, Cedarhurst of Rockford works with St. Croix Hospice to ensure that they can stay in their environment. The staff at Cedarhurst are very professional and friendly. The meals are good and they adjust to dietary needs. The staff members are always open to speaking with the residents' family. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends. I toured other facilities, but Cedarhurst stood out for the value.

I am so pleased with Southern Pines. The staff there has always been open to me when inquiring how my mom is doing. I was even notified immediately when she fell. I appreciate that they want the family to be involved in the care of their residents .I would recommend it as a safe and caring place.After comparing three places, I felt this was the best fit for my mom.

We've had a great experience at Charter Senior Living of Jackson. The people/employees there are very friendly, and they care about their residents. Very good food and very clean facility too.

Having been here for the past 7 months, I have found this to be BY FAR the best place in town. The people are very "family" oriented, the food is great, and we have noticed a genuine caring in the very hands on service. Communication is very important to me and that is something we have seen a lot of. When your family is being taken care of, I feel it is important that you're able to get a response quickly or updates frequently. I've seen a great lacking in other places around the area and country...not here. This team is extremely available and sincere. I recommend Southern Pines for all the services they provide and know people in all three levels of living there. Happy and Family are the words I would use to describe them.

5 stars for all categories. The things that stick out most would be that the staff is friendly and responsive to all of my loved ones needs. The facility itself is also very clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend Charter Senior Living of Hazel Crest!

A Place For Mom was helpful in identifying nearby facilities, which helped us start the process. It gave us direction and confidence in starting the unfamiliar daunting task of finding a place Mom could live safely and happily. We have been so pleased with Cedarhurst from the beginning. The tone and manner of their representatives during phone calls was especially appealing because it was relaxed, polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and thus reassuring. Kindness and a slow, gentle voice can really make a difference and instill confidence and trust. Well done! The country-like setting, the welcoming, clean, and well-appointed décor all gave a nice first impression. Very friendly staff all the way around. Good- humored, attentive cleaning staff. Cleanliness is topnotch, in the dining room, the hallways and other common areas, and with the bed linen laundry services. Kitchen and meal serving staff are very friendly, always respectful to residents and their visitors. Smiles, eye contact, and quick service from each one of them. Activities opportunities abound, and the enthusiasm of the Life Enrichment director is inspiring. Food choices are good. Having the kitchen items available throughout the day is a plus. The only areas that might need improvement would be 1) the grounds cleanliness near the front entrance (which might have to do with some structural issues with the balcony above the entrance and or front landscaping in the winter?), and 2) the recent multiple changes in administrative staff (could be due to industry-wide staffing problems, but it is heart-breaking that favorite good people are no longer there). Otherwise, we are so happy with our choice of Cedarhurst as a safe, clean place for our mom with a kind and friendly care staff. Makes Mom and us, her family, feel like she has the best place to live and enjoy this chapter of her life. Cedarhurst has been the supportive environment we hoped it would be. We are all happy with Cedarhurst!

Bartlett Reserve is a great place for yourself if you are aging and also for your parents or loved one. [name removed] gave us a tour and we loved the fact that they had a pool not many places have a pool-great for water aerobics.

Bartlett Reserve has so many activities for the residents - something for everyone. Impressed with the variety of programming. The open seating concept in dining at Bartlett promotes very friendly atmosphere.

Beautiful building! Pool, workout room, theater and some of the rooms even have walk in closets, staff were great! The sales and the E.D. were very patient. Top of my list!

This is one of the friendliest places, and cleanest places, I have ever visited. I have my mother here, and she means the world to me. If I had one complaint... I would say the food could be better.

They are friendly, responsive, and very caring. We picked this community, because it was the atmosphere. The residents seemed happy. The other place I looked at was too sterile, and cold feeling. The food it's a little bland, and maybe that's due to diet issues and ages.

My family and loved one had a wonderful experience with Charter Senior Living of Charlotte. The staff are wonderful and really were sweet and caring towards my loved one. The community is clean and everyone is friendly. Overall, we would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

MY MOTHER IS HAPPY THERE. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. UPPER MANAGEMENT IS EXTREMELY EASY TO DEAL WITH AND AS HELPFUL. I MOVED MY MOTHER FROM ANOTHER ASSISTED LIVING BECAUSE OF NASTY CONDITIONS AND POOR UPPER MANAGEMENT. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THE LINDEN.

I am happy to report that my father is in a safe secure place at Charter Senior Living at Woodholme Crossing. It has been a very positive experience for us.

I highly recommend Charter Senior Living of Williamsburg. The staff has made my mother feel welcomed and well cared for. They smoothed her transition from a previous facility to Charter Senior Living, doing an excellent job of minimizing her anxiety. They care and it shows.
