Charter Senior Living

We recently toured Charter Senior Living and loved it! We took the time to tour all the assisted livings in the area and Charter stood out above all the rest. The staff and residents were friendly, visible, and welcoming. Other places were not in fact, we didn’t even see other people except the person touring us at places down the street. We have chosen Charter for our mother. We are pleased with the room, the food is fabulous, and the service is outstanding. You will not be disappointed.

I am so thankful that my brother is in a living situation with such a kind and warm-hearted staff. The facilities are great and he's made a lot of friends here. He is treated like part of a big family.

My mother transitioned to independent living in August. My goal as my mother's caregiver was to find a safe environment where she would be well cared for and supported as she entered this new stage of life. I have been impressed with the administration and staff. My mother has developed friendships with others and is more independent. I am appreciative and thankful.

The staff were amazing!! They were extremely friendly and genuinely kind. The room was very nice for moms respite care. The only draw back was having to supply our own bed linens and pillows and towels. Made a lot to carry in but they have carts to roll things in so it's fine

I'm very happy with the experience that I see mom having. I like the camaraderie among the staff. They seem very integrated. I like the attentiveness they extend to the residents. I like the activities that are provided. The facility is clean, and mom is always clean and dressed. I would definitely recommend Cedar Creek to anyone seeking Assisted Living.

My mom was waiting for a room at [name removed]. Because the room was not ready we started at the Vero in Orange. We were only there for one month but the service and the staff for my mom was excellent. The aids that were taking care of my mom actually cared about her feelings and were very supportive when it came to helping her to be able to walk better. They brought her down for her meals and helped her to meet people. The overall experience was excellent. The staff from the aids to the nurses to the people at the front desk were always helpful. The waiters and waitresses in the dining hall were always pleasant. I would highly recommend the Vero for a wonderful experience for your loved one. Thank you to [name removed], the sales director, for all her support and help during my mom's transition.

I have been going to The Linden for years now and have enjoyed every visit. The staff always call me by name and are very friendly. The parties they put on for our family members are so festive. The food is good and the music is always great. We dance , eat and laugh. My sister-in-law loves it there, thank you to everyone employed at The Linden.

I can't say enough great things about the Vero, the food is A+, the staff is fabulous, the apartment is a great size, It's super clean and the care is top notch. Every day I hear my mom tell me how much she loves her meals and what she ate. I am so thankful to have found this wonderful place for my mom to live at. I know she is well cared for, has plenty of activities and delicious meals. I look forward to seeing what her future will hold here, knowing that she is so well cared for and she'll be living her best life.

My grandmother moved into The Linden about 8 months ago. There is a wonderful community of people, both staff and residents, who contribute positively to her daily life. From meal times, group outings, and social activities, The Linden has made community and support a top priority. My family and I are grateful for the care my grandmother has received during her time at The Linden.

The staff at Bartlett Reserve is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. It is very clean. The people living there seem happy and always stop to chat. They are welcoming to visitors and it feels very “homey”.

We would recommend The Cottages of Fox Lake to others. The food could be better with more salad options, fish and better prepared fresh. They do well communicating with us and the intake went very smoothly.

Very friendly very personalized treatment, good communication. They are keeping his entrance fee and holding it good for a year in case he needs to go back. He just basically was not ready for that level of care. The reason we gave the activities a 3 out of 5, is because our loved one has not given any real effort.

The facility is clean, the food is excellent.. If you don't have anyone around, you are kinda stuck. The cost was a HUGE factor. Springwood was the most reasonable in the area and overall it is a safe and pleasant place.

The staff at Bartlett are the friendliest I've seen. They do their best to take care of any request they can. The building is clean, bright, and close to stores that you can safely walk to. The building is located in a quiet area surrounded by trees that make for great bird watching or just sitting outside enjoying the sun.

My loved one is currently a resident at Charter Senior Living of Jackson. Overall, things at this facility have been very good to great. Communication with the family has been good, but there is always room for improvement with communication. I have and will continue to recommend this facility to others.

We are so relieved that [name removed] is happy and healthy so near to us. We are especially grateful that there is medical staff available around the clock, that the APRN visits her in her room as requested, that all her prescriptions are delivered to her room and all of this gives us great peace of mind. We are also grateful that the entire food service pers onnel are making [name removed] so happy. She feels she is in a restaurant because she gets to CHOOSE at EVERY meal what she would like. ( She loves the soups and vegetables and we know she has had a much healthier diet these past three years).

I’ve been in numerous communities in the Triangle area. Bartlett Reserve is one of the friendliest and cleanest you will find. They have outstanding resident customer service and truly put the needs of their residents first. Great food, engaging activities, and on-site Therapy make this an amazing Independent Living community for aging in place.

From our first tour, the Linden remained our number one choice even after touring 5 other places for both my parents. The staff at the Linden is caring and warm. The aides who work with my mother are patient and friendly, not to mention very hard working. All of the staff got to know my parents quickly and treated them like family, from reception, to dining, to activities, and maintenance. The women in Sales were not only helpful with all of our needs, but they have also developed a relationship with my parents, checking on their needs, and even sending us pictures from events. We loved the Linden so much, we moved my father in law into Opal, their memory care unit. The staff in this unit are so wonderful at handling different situations and helping them feel calm and comfortable. The best part is both my parents tell everyone how safe they feel living there. Make Linden a stop on your list!

We absolutely love the Charter Community it has chaged my dad's life! Everyone is so nice, caring and helpful you never see anyone unhappy, sad or angry! My daddy feels so at peace for the first time in his life! I thank God for finding Charter Senior Living, if you only knew how depressed my dad was before he moved you would know how it's changed his life! We would definitely recommend it to anyone!!Oh and [name removed] makes the place he loves his community and takes exceptional care of each and everyone of them.
