My mom is happy we chose Bartlett Reserve 8 years ago. Her apartment is lovely - well designed with modern finishes and appliances. Common areas were recently renovated and the entire facility is safe and well-maintained. A big factor in her choice to move here was that meals are served all day, and there are many choices available at each meal in addition to daily specials. The staff is friendly and so helpful, a variety of activities are offered, and my mom has said that she feels she is part of a big family. Another plus for living at Bartlett Reserve is that there are stores within close walking distance: Food Lion, Fedex, Dollar Tree, Starbucks, and more. Regularly scheduled transportation is provided for shopping, health care, and recreation. Fee-based (or Medicare/insurance) healthcare options are available as well - Primary care, PT, OT, Speech, emergency call devices, and caregivers, enabling residents to stay at Bartlett if extra assistance is required.

Our loved one was only there for 2 weeks but every category at Charter Senior Living of Williamsburg community receives a 5.

Southern Pines is a well known community in Thomasville, Georgia. The property is big and beautiful and the apartments are very spacious and they have several different for plans to pick from. I would recommend if you are looking for independent. Assisted or Memory Care you check them out.

My wife and I toured all of the senior living communities in Bay City. Charter Senior Living stood out in so many ways. Immediately we noticed the extremely friendly atmosphere and staff. It was so clean. Our tour was by far the most thorough and educational. The residents were engaging. The activities were fun to watch. We enjoyed treats baked by the chef. We knew after our visit we had found something special in Charter. We chose Charter Senior Living of Bay City for all the above reasons and more. The leadership is forthright and real. Concerns have been addressed immediately. They really have a great team of people who truly care! Don't listen to the naysayers. You really need to see this place for yourself!!

Charter Senior Living of Bay City is fantastic. They gave a great team with the best leadership, the most delicious food, and oh my gosh they have fun. No sitting around bored here. My grandmother loves this place! They’ve given her independence and purpose!

I toured with my wife looking for my mother for assisted living. She currently lives with us, and it's become a little overwhelming. However, when we walked into Southern Pines we were greeted by the lady at the front desk. Someone was able to show us around and look. They answered all the questions and more. I am bringing my mom next week to pick out her apartment since they only have a few left. I think we finally found a place she can call hers and home.

I had no schedule appointment and walked in looking for information for my mother for memory care. The environment was so peaceful and welcoming. The residents were engaging and talking. It's a true southern charm. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe and homestyle environment.

When it comes to the value for cost it is expensive but overall good. I do with the cost was lower but I do understand. What we like the most about the community is the staff. They are very friendly and we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

I would definitely recommend them to friends and family for quality and value, compared to another facility I looked into.

We picked this community because it was small and welcoming. It was affordable for my brother. I love the place. My brother is very happy.I would highly recommend it. My brother's, health and his well-being has improved.

My mom moved into Charter Senior Living of Panama City Beach about a year ago. Her health as greatly improved because of the excellent nursing care that is provided here. She hasn’t been this happy in a long time! They always have something going on to help keep her engaged and active. Best decision we’ve ever made!

My mother has lived at Charter for many years. You can not ask for more caring, loving, compassionate people. The staff truly treats each resident like they are family. It’s a warm homelike atmosphere and they even allow pets!

I toured this facility today and was very impressed with the staff and activities taken place during my tour. The residents are very friendly and dogs are welcome there. We had lunch and the food was fabulous- fried chicken!

Toured the community for my grandmother and everyone was so welcoming from the staff to the residents. The food smelled amazing. A lot of activities was going on and the rooms were huge and had wonderful patios, but I loved the independent cottages- 2 bed and 2 bathrooms with a garage and screened in porch. I totally recommend to anyone.

They were wonderful in the memory care unit! Very welcoming and compassionate. Based on the first impression we had, right when you first walk in, the dining area of main entrance looks like a hotel.

I have been very happy with Southern Pines. The facility is very clean and meets all the needs of my loved one. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The grounds are very nice and well kept. The safety on the facility grounds are sufficient for those that are mobile. Overall a very nice place.

My loved one is currently a resident at Cedarhurst of Troy and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The move in process was good. The cleanliness, friendliness, care services and value for cost are great. Everyone is so nice at this facility! The food here is wonderful. Cedarhurst of Troy is a lovely place. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
