I told this community for my father and his needs. The tour went well. Everyone was friendly, and kind to my family and myself. The community looked nice and clean from what I saw. The staff was friendly. My questions were answered, and they were very informative as well. It was a nice experience.

Location was a big factor when considering where to move my mother in law too. This community was far for us to travel too, but it is a nice place.

This is a lovely community. My client is doing well here at this community. They are caring for him and his needs very well. I love how attentive they are. They are always going to extra step to help. He is safe and being cared for well.

The staff do a good job, however I think they could be a little more personable. The food is good and the offer good choices. The community is clean and they offer some activities. I believe they could add a few more activities and maybe a bus that could take residents on some trips. I would recommend this community.

I was very impressed with Monroe Place. I do want to visit other places before making a positive decision. Ms. [Removed] and her staff were very friendly, as were the residents that I met.Every thing was clean and the food delicious. My son visits with me and he too was impressed. Thank you.

The care is good for my mom. It seems to be a fairly well community. I think the staff could use improvement on returning calls and resolve financial problems. Otherwise, the facility is nice and clean, no problems in that area. I only hope for improvements.

Tesson Heights is a little dated, and kind of has an institutional feel. The service and the people are good. It was a good experience for us.

My first impression was based on the website. The photos were excellent. The initial visit was not disappointing. The rooms are spacious, and the facility blends well with the surroundings. The staff has been extremely helpful in making the transition a positive move. There is always immediate response to any need. It is encouraging to see sincere caring, happy attitudes and smiles on the staff.

It was a good place just my mom wasnt happy their and would rather be at home but I would recommended the place to anyone.

Tesson Heights is a good value for the price. It is a little less expensive than other places we have had experience with, and for the price I think we are getting a really good value. One area I can think of where they could improve is with the activities. It would be good if they had a wider selection of activities to get the residents engaged in.

I like the facility. The staff is very nice and they call you when they have a question. My aunt stays here. The only thing is that when my aunt wants to sit by the window and there is no one else in the room, when she asks if she can sit there, they say no. I don't know why. I'm sure there is a reason. We are very happy with a place for mom for recommending us. We would not have found them otherwise.

This is a lovely facility and appears to be staffed by caring people. Residents are not limited to a schedule for meals, and there is quite a variety of entrees, etc. to choose from. I had lunch and it was very tasty. They also offer a nice calendar of social activities and events both off and on campus, quite a few happy residents participating. The Front Desk was a bit busy and I'm not sure what the safeguards are in place to prevent a resident from 'wandering off'. Otherwise, it appears to be a very pleasant place to live.
