The staff was really helpful and answered all of my questions. The food was good we ate lunch here. But mom didn't like that they had no options on food. Over all mom didn't like it she would have had to share a room and a bathroom and they were more expensive. Mom also noticed that not much activity was going on just a bunch of elderly people sitting in wheelchairs not looking healthy.

This community was our first choice if we would have stayed in the state. They do not offer a memory care unit. The people I met were friendly and the community was nice.

The staff have been great at helping dad to get adjusted to living here. The food is ok and they do offer healthy options. He has started to participate in some of the daily activities. The community is clean and the grounds are well maintained. I would recommend this community.

Provision Living at West County is a gorgeous place. The atmosphere is very calm and pleasant. It is very clean and well-kept. All of the staff that I have come into contact with are wonderful and very professional. The food they offer is excellent, I have dined here often with my parents. They provide a wide variety of healthy choices but be prepared to wait if you order something other than the meal planned. You could wait up to a half hour for your meal, even if it's a cheese sandwich. There are plenty of activities that the staff encourages the residents to participate. My dad's room is beautiful, it has a view of the courtyard where they have BBQ,s, and activities outside. I would highly recommend this community to others.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far things are going okay for him. As far as the staff goes I am pleased with the quality of care they are providing her and we have only had one issue with one person in the administration. I was impressed when I visited one time too see the staff come to her room to see if she was interested in coming down to play bingo with the other residents. I know she would not go on her own so I was happy to see the encouragement was there.

My mother lives here and they take very good care of her. She is always well fed and they help her with her personal hygiene.

Cedarhurst is beautiful,brand new facility with lots if amenities & activities. My mother-in-law has been there for 4 weeks and they still have some bugs to work out. We are having difficulty getting follow through on several concerns we have and are also getting conflicting answers from the staff. When this is resolved, we think we will be very happy with Cedarhurst.

Accommodations are beautiful. Difficult to decide, since it is brand new and no one had moved in yet. We absolutely loved the court yard. Concerned about the layout for rooms with a shared bathroom since people with memory issues can wander at night. No one would know that the person was wandering into the other persons room and possibly disturbing their sleep. Rooms are small, but the rest of the facility is beautiful. Unable to meet employees and see the facility being used.

Our family recently selected Monroe Place for our mom's assisted living facility. We found it to be just the right size place for her, neither too big that she could get lost in the shuffle or too small that there would not be enough options for her. The staff has done a wonderful job of making sure mom is aware of the activities and all that is available to her. She enjoys the hairdresser, having her laundry done weekly, exercise class, walks and even getting a library card! She didn't realized before, how lonely it truly was living on her own in a condo.

I toured this community for care. The staff is nice. The community was bigger then what we wanted We wanted a smaller community for her to be able to get around.They offer a nice list of activities that she may have liked. We would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a family member.

I am pleased with the community providing what is needed for my loved one. He is taken good care of by very good staff. I notice that it is pretty clean and from what I see they do activities all the time. The meals are fine and good enough o eat.

We are comfortable with my in laws move to this community. We do feel they are safe, and in a good facility. They have a good, cooperative staff at this community. They have been attentive, and helpful. It is a well-kept community, they do a good job with the cleanliness. My in laws is doing well overall, and I would recommend this community.

Our first meeting was over a holiday weekend and we met with the director, [Removed]. My husband was very, very impressed with her grasp of everything, especially finances. On my mother-in-law's second day, a sprinkler fitting burst in the apartment above hers, which necessitated a move to another apartment. [Removed] spent hours working with staff that day (Saturday) to help us -- even vacuuming the newly renovated apartment herself. Our first 24 hours were rough, but my mother-in-law has settled in happily and loves her caretakers in assisted living. My husband has been very pleased with the staff and their response to his many queries. So far, so good.

I like this community for the care of my father. He does like the staff and they are attentive. The meals could use some improvements in the meals. They do offer him activities. He does not like that they have the happy hour a few times a week. The value is outstanding and it has a home effect here. I like that the community is close to my home to be close to my father. I recommend this community for the good care and value that is offered here.

Flew from Iowa to Indiana to visit my mother [Removed]. Thank you for making me feel at home i lived there 44 years and it was nice to reconnect with people. Your concern was genuine and I am so happy shes around people who really do care for her it gives me peace of mind. Thank you for taking care of the most important person in my life.

I told this community for my father and his needs. The tour went well. Everyone was friendly, and kind to my family and myself. The community looked nice and clean from what I saw. The staff was friendly. My questions were answered, and they were very informative as well. It was a nice experience.

Location was a big factor when considering where to move my mother in law too. This community was far for us to travel too, but it is a nice place.

This is a lovely community. My client is doing well here at this community. They are caring for him and his needs very well. I love how attentive they are. They are always going to extra step to help. He is safe and being cared for well.

The staff do a good job, however I think they could be a little more personable. The food is good and the offer good choices. The community is clean and they offer some activities. I believe they could add a few more activities and maybe a bus that could take residents on some trips. I would recommend this community.

I was very impressed with Monroe Place. I do want to visit other places before making a positive decision. Ms. [Removed] and her staff were very friendly, as were the residents that I met.Every thing was clean and the food delicious. My son visits with me and he too was impressed. Thank you.
