I would recommend to others. It's been a relatively positive experience considering the circumstances. Nice facility. Some really nice staff but some turnover.

The staff is amazing. I just wish there were more activities for patients with dementia. I wish there had been more activities that encouraged him to use what facilities he still had.

My loved one is a resident at Cedar Creek of Muncie. The staff is friendly and caring. They are willing to help the resident and family whenever needed. I definitely recommend this facility to others.

The facility has a unit for Memory Care, Personal Care, and Assisted Living. Mom was in personal care, a level up from Assisted Living. She had nursing staff, caregiving staff and a doctor available as needed. This avoided a stay in a nursing home. The food and housekeeping were dependent upon staff. There seemed to be a lot of turnover. Moving in was good. The facility recommended a mover and stagers who did everything (not free). I would recommend the facility. The caregivers were extremely attentive and even when mom was difficult, they were patient.

Staff is helpful and responsive. Some go above and beyond, but others do the minimum. Housekeeping is hit and miss. We went without a housekeeper a couple of months when one quit, then the new one left/was fired shortly after being hired. They clean ok, but again, only do the minimum sometimes. Communication is not great. They fired the executive director soon after we got there, a new one was just hired, and the management company just changed, too. Most things are found out by word of mouth from other residents or caretakers. Memos (when rarely sent) are given out on Friday after 5. So there is no management to explain or talk to until Monday. Food and the dining room has been a big issue. A new chef was recently hired, and they have been trying to improve the way the food is served the whole last year. Waitstaff often don't show up and caretakers have to take up the slack. Food quality is hit or miss, too. Seems that costs have a lot to do with that. The move in process was fine. Obviously you do that yourself or hire movers. Rules and changes in those rules need to be posted or sent to residents. The facility itself is beautiful and new. The rooms are sized nicely. Maintenance is a little slow, but they get it done. Transportation to appointments was a nightmare, but they have bought another vehicle now. Improvements could be made, but I haven't stayed at another one to make a comparison. If they get some things lined out, I would recommend it.

Be sure the services offered meet your needs. It's easy to underestimate that.

I would recommend Cedarhurst Bethalto to others. A near perfect experience. Location and the presentation was good.

Price is really reasonable. Facility is nice. Staff is very caring. I would recommend Cedar Creek of Warsaw to others looking for assisted living.

The persons I've worked with have been extremely helpful and supportive in all things. All my questions have been answered or answers found to my satisfaction. I would recommend Cedar Creek of Logansport to others looking.

A decent place, a little short staffed, but they are very friendly and try hard. I picked this community because,I think it was the personal attitudes of the staff that I met.Overall, it's been very good.

The staff is very friendly. My mother likes the food. The main reason we chose this facility was because of their scheduled activities. I would recommend Cedarhurst of Springfield for a person that is in a condition that my mother is in.

The staff and the residents are very friendly and welcoming. Like most places they have a hard time getting staffing at times, but that doesn't seem to be a reflection of the facility, just the realities of business nowadays. Overall i have been very pleased with my Dad's experience, and he seems pretty happy there.

Its more suitable than many I've been a part of. Staff and workers are good. Room sizes in memory care are good. Good. Mom is in a 2 person room still adequate. It is a good place for patients with memory loss. Very attentive to their care and needs.

The direct care staff are great and caring. Communication, support during move in process, establishing care plan was horrible. It feels like it's let's get the dotted line and payment set up. Once they are in door, responding to calls, emails, etc was non existent.

The staff has done a great job caring for my husband. However, over a 2 year period, the rent increased approximately 30%. I do not believe this is all attributed to inflation as the letter from management stated. Recently, my husband’s level of care changed and as a result, the price immediately increased $[removed]. Corporate cannot provide an explanation for the increase in cost. I do not understand how Corporate can expect families on a fixed income to pay these bills. It is difficult enough for families having their loved ones in Assisted Living, they should not have to worry about how to pay for specific levels of care. Shame on Cedarhurst for not showing more compassion when it comes to the financial end of the caregiving process.

Generally the experience has been positive. A little bumpy in the beginning when determining level of care needed but after initial transition and understanding of needs it became much smoother. They have some good programming and staff. We picked this community because of the location and beautiful facility.

Our family chose Cedarhurst four years ago. It is a well-designed facility with nice living and common spaces. Over time, and with Covid, there have been challenges with staffing and management. In the past month, improvements have been implemented and I am pleased with the current path of the facility. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I am giving the improvements more time. I believe they will get there, if they continue to put residents' needs first. The cost for care has increased over time, and is a bit higher than several other care facilities.

They have wonderful activities designed to bring extended family into their facility to interact with loved ones. My mother in law seems to enjoy the food. The staff encourage the residents to get out of their rooms and interact with each other and themselves. Great staff!

Staff is amazing- that's the most important thing. The facility is wonderful. Mom has been very comfortable there. We love the all day menu. Personally, I feel like it could be nutritionally denser. I know it's hard to please older peeps with all the dietary restrictions. Too much processed and canned food which is not healthy.

My loved one's only real complaint at this time is the manner in which they do the laundry, but I have tried to explain to him it's not a cleaners. It's simply doing laundry and there is not a ton more of care that goes into it.
