Cedarhurst Living LLC

The facility is very updated and nice. All of the common areas is very nice. There have been changes over the last month, which may have to do with a reduction in staff. It is expensive for the value of money, compared to other places in the area.

I toured this facility. They have a very clean atmosphere and a really nice dining area. The dining area is very nice. Staff was very friendly. They seemed to have a wide variety of activities to offer. Based off of our tour, I would recommend them!

What sticks out about Cedarhurst of Blue Springs is the good location, the staff really tries hard to please, and the facility itself is lovely.

After viewing at least three other Senior Living Communities my father choose Cedarhurst because of the meals. He comments all the time how happy he is with the care and meal selections he has. Just the other day he even had his favorite dinner - Liver and onions.

We choose Cedarhurst, becaise it was clean, the flexibility of dining, and the friendly staff. Our father loves his apartment and he is extremely pleased. The food is very good and the variety is wonderful. The activities are well run and inclusive for alll residents.

Cedarhurst is home to my mom, who has been there 1.5 years. She really loves the food.

My Dad really likes it at Cedarhurst. When it came down to his decision he said he thought they were all the same but once he ate at Cedarhurst his decision was made. He thinks their food and service set them apart.

Cedarhurst of Arnold was a gorgeous facility But it felt very sales-focused. They had a set tour presentation, and I felt they didn't listen to the needs of our family and personalize the tour based on the information we provided to them. Their memory care had a waiting list, but ultimately they didn't accept my loved one for care. Yet another Cedarhurst location did - so I found Cedarhurst's intake and assessment process to be contradictory. Outside of the sales process, they seemed to offer a really great service.

The nursing care the head nurse especially was excellent. Very efficient, very friendly, main administrative staff was the same. Do believe the meals and dining needs improvement, it was hard to recognize many of the dishes the residents were eating. They also have too many starches on the menu. Could use more options and improvement.

Point system cost went from $250 to $600 per month. Nothing changed for the services. This was a 140% increase. No one could answer why this increase (just the wayt it is, "I was told.) No a rent increase of 15%. Outrageous! You are sucking the elderly dry. So sad. Social Security did not increase 15%!

They never fail to answer questions we have, even if it's after hours you can generally get ahold of someone and they will try to resolve any issue you're having. I do feel like my father is getting the expected care that we are paying for there.

Dad was there 6 months before needing skilled care. He received excellent care at Cedarhurst. Sad to have to leave.

Dad will be moving in soon. Have experience with them from another family member. Great place.

My siblings and I have been very happy with the care and the physical facility of Cedarhurst. They strive to keep it clean, friendly and a well cared for community.

Cedarhurst of Owensboro was gorgeous - it looked like a resort. I though it was a very, very nice facility. The staff seemed very friendly as well.

The staff is good and provides great care but frequently overwhelmed due to workload. The activities try to engage all. Food quality varies by day and usually good. I do not regret choosing Cedarhurst.

The staff is very helpful. I know that my mom is taken care of. The activities are fun and the residents seem to enjoy their day
